Very bad store, few product options and bad service. They refused to sell me Allegra D because i didnt have a NY state id. Im a foreigner lawfully living in the us for 3+ year, i dont have a state ID and presented my passport alternatively. They refused to sell it anyway. Will never go back to this store again. read more

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to in the entire Country. It's understaffed, dirty and overall would not recommend anyone shop here or get prescriptions filled here. I'm getting my prescription moved to another location today. Paper sign on the drive through window on 2/27/19 at 5:30 pm said drive through was closed and to come in. I came in as instructed, and only one guy working prescriptions and informed all 6 of us in line that they cut staffing...with no apology for the wait. I ended up leaving frustrated...without my prescription due to the long wait time. On the way out, the front counter was about 6 people deep with one guy working. If you dare go into the bathroom then beware, as it's more dirty than any truck stop bathroom I've ever been in. Bad form CVS. Not sure who owns this or runs this if it's franchise, but it needs serious help. I wont be going back and will tell all my Plano neighbors the same. read more

I just tried to call the pharmacy and no one answered to phone and I tried twice. What kind of place is this. I wanted to get the number so my doctor could call in a prescription, but I would never get it waiting for someone to answer the phone, so I'm going to pick up the prescription and take it there myself. This is why most people use express script and never have to go to the store. read more

This is my first time writing a yelp review, and I'm motivated to do so by the horrible treatment I received from the pharmacist (male, caucasian, blonde hair, 30s/40s). My doc had called in a prescription refill, as I am about to leave town, and he told me it was all good to go. When I'm at the counter, the pharmacist tells me he can't fill it and dismissively walks to the back of the store without an explanation as I am mid-sentence. I call after him to find out what happened - as I'm traveling to an isolated area and will not have a pharmacy present, and I know for a fact my doctor called the script in and authorized it. He just repeats he can't fill it. Then says he can't fill it for another two days. I ask why not, and he shrugs. I tell him the situation about leaving town and he continues to shrug. I ask him what I should do, if I should call my insurance, and he gives me the most dismissive look that could only be summed up as "whatever". There was zero concern about the fact that I could soon be in a situation without a medication that I need on a daily basis. There was also no awareness that coming to get a prescription filled is not always easy and be can a complicated and vulnerable undertaking. And that the prospect of being without a needed medication is frightening. I was not hostile or aggressive, but friendly and polite, not even asking him to solve my problem but asking what I needed to do to solve it and all I got was him quite literally turning his back on me. I still don't know why he wouldn't refill it -- maybe because I have six pills left of my current prescription? -- but as I asked why he continued to shrug. I will be changing stores pronto. To have someone walk away from me mid-sentence and then turn his back on me and then not try and help problem-solve -- when the store was not crowded and there was no one in line behind me -- just showed a profound lack of care for a customer/patient's wellbeing. read more

should be zero. I called in a prescription guy told me would be ready 4pm next day i wen t2 days later and had them tell me prescription was back ordered and not made anymore. Despite having my number and me even calling there they couldnt call back to tell me this. This then calls me to miss doses and have to miss even more as i have to call my dr back and essentially restart the process. this pharmacy doesnt get that they are dealing with people's MEDICINE and a simple "were really sorry" just doesnt cut it when it is literally causing my condition to then go uncontrolled because they are understaffed, unprepared, lazy etc. CVS as a company should seriously takes its customers opinion and address this issue because the fact a pharmacy can operate like this is literally abysmal, illegal, and quite honestly dangerous. Go to a different pharmacy because going here is essentially playing russian roulette with your condition/medicine and EVERYONE who works here should be ashamed. No one should be proud to work here and it is honestly taiting the CVS name as a whole.....a this is an honest review from a really upset customer who is without their medicine strictly due to the laziness of this pharmacy read more

if there is 0 star i would pick that , that's worst ,people who are working there are rude , and the coldest , I was trying to print out some pictures , because that was my first time to use the print machine , I asked for help , that lady who was working around there said she don't know , and she pointed at the guy who is in charge , he was on the phone , I had been waited at least 20 minutes ,he was still on the phone without saying anything to me, people work there are so miserable and seems like let all their bad experience from their low life out on customers , it seems like as a customer I have to please the stuff when I need help from the them ,the worst place to go. and this the first bad review in my life , read more
