I chose this CVS pharmacy because it is the closest one to where I live and very convenient, but the service at the pharmacy is so bad. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the pharmacist is actually cool. Her assistants are so incompetent that when my doctor says he called on Monday to refill my meds and has to call them again on Wednesday saying that he had already called and they have no record of him calling on Monday, that's poor customer service!!! The worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. I initially was told waiting for my prescription that it would take an hour. I waited said hour and when I returned I was told it would be an additional hald an hour. Although I was irritated it was whatever. When I returned half an hour later I was told my prescription would be double the price. When I questioned this I was told it was because I told them the wrong dosage (mind you I'm not a doctor or a vet). When I brought up the fact that their customer service terrible their pharmacist Barry jumped right in. He told me that if I didnt like their customer service I could take my business elsewhere. He said they didnt need my business. Forget the 2 hours I had already waited for my prescription, I was done. In fairness i did let my anger get the best of me and cursed after this point because I was done. I am very happy we have this CVS here now. My husband and I have come here often and they really have pretty much everything you need. We frequent this location much more than the other businesses that have rented the building in the 8 years we've lived here. We consider it a big step up from the Longs that was here before. Worst pharmacy ever. They have no working understanding of their own system. Numerous time I get sms saying order is ready to pick up only to be told by staff that it's not and I have to wait 15 mins. Also they do not respect the timings posted in their own site, the pharmacy staff has made their own working hours and cause tremendous inconvenience to customers. read more

I had to wait over a week to get my prescription because they didn't have it ready by the time I needed to take it. Not only that, but they also gave me a different prescription instead of the one I usually get. I asked them to auto refill and text notifications so this wouldn't happen again and that didn't happen. I had to wait and got no notification that the prescription was ready. So annoying. read more

All I can tell you is, "don't waste yor time", pharmacy is too slow and the store manager is always busy or nowhere to be found. Their pharmacy guidelines change every day, one day they tell you there is no text to inform you that your order is ready, another day they say that they will text you when your order gets ready and sometimes they say they will send a text 3days after your prescription gets done. The pharmacy staff here are useless. The pick up line is ridiculously long..EVERY TIME.DAY AND NIGHT.WEEKDAY OR WEEKEND. If ur trying buy medicine..like some brands of cold/flu pills they make u stand in that huge..all the way to the end of the srore just to turn in your "bring to the pharmacy counter" cards. Ridiculous! Also, what's the point of having a consultation window if I needa stand in that freaking line too?!?! Then the pharmacist doesn't even know anything? The only reason we use this pharmacy is because we live close by to go elsewhere. To save you the long drawn out story, I sent my mom to pick up a prescription for my 5 year old who had a raging ear infection. When she arrived whey told her he wasn't in the system. 4 hours later it was determined my sons name was on the card they had on file, after a phone call from the pediatrician to light a fire under them! Forced to utilize CVS for my pharmaceuticals because my health plan required it. This CVS is dirty, very old, and did not have Sharp's containers for my insulin needles. Unheard of!! Called in on Sun to speak to pharmacy member about filling a prescription, was politely put on hold. Waited 19:49 seconds on line and never spoke to a live soul. I hung up and am going to Raleys on. Monday. This is not unusual for cvs but the norm, I figured I would give them another chance after having had so many problems in the past. No more chances. Here are some of the various problems I've had with the pharmacy at this CVS. Summary: always check the name on the prescription you are given. If you want your order filled, stand near the counter where they can see you (even if they ask you to sit down). Try to give me someone else's prescription (always check the name!). Order a refill for a prescription that had not been filled yet. Try to charge me for a prescription that I already paid for. Didn't charge me for a prescription that I hadn't paid for. Say the wait time in 5 to 10 minutes (or "just a few minutes") and then take 45 minutes. Needlessly waste time fighting their own system instead of getting important information from the other pharmacist. Have ineffective equipment like scanners that don't always work and prescription systems that seem to frustrate the pharmacists more than help. Don't fill the prescription until you are there in person: I was there on a Thursday and was told they were out of stock and it would be filled on Friday. After no word, I went back the following Tuesday just to find out that it wasn't filled yet. Only a 50/50 chance that you will get some notification (phone call, email, text) that your auto-refill prescription is ready/filled. Don't call you back. When I called to confirm that my prescription was ready for pickup the pharmacist told me that he would call me back in "just a few minutes" while he checked up on my insurance. Never called back. This happened 3 times in one day, with 3 different pharmacists. Make me wait a long time just to tell me that my insurance was not found (they had misspelled my name). I understand that some of these problems aren't their fault (more the hardware or software that they use). I give them one star for being polite and friendly. read more

I'm giving one star because this CVS is just really bad. The pharmacy people are so rude, it's unbelievable. I always get this one lady when I drop off prescriptions and she doesn't even bother to look at you. I just called because they messed up my order AGAIN and the guy answered the phone and was like "CVS Pharmacy, you need to hold because there are 4 people in line ahead of you" and then switched over. He didn't even give me a second to speak. They're located right down the street, so it's pretty convenient to go to them, but I wish I didn't have to. read more

The pharmacy is horrible. They are slow, don't want to help people, and don't listen or read. I've pick up prescriptions in the past but they still needed to re-enter all my data which took 15 minutes after having to wait 5 minutes for someone to actually get around to serving me. After all this they said I would have to come back this afternoon to pick it up since they were backup up. They get one star because they had my prescription ready the next day when I returned. Dirtiest, dingy-est, dankest, disorganized-est, dismal-est pharmacy in the world. I regret making this my primary pharmacy and am changing to Walgreens as I type. I multitask like that. The pharmacists are fine and work as hard as they can, but the medicine center is simply a tiny little hell hole in the back corner of the building that looks as organized and clean as a two-year old's playpen. I wait in line for 5-10 minutes on average, plus the 10-15 minutes it takes to fill the prescription. There's no privacy, because everyone is huddled around the desk like a pack of desperate wolves hungry for the kill, spreading out down the nearest shopping aisle, which conveniently houses the cold meds and is therefore littered with sneezing flu patients. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever, they have the laziest , slowest people working there. They are not helpful at all. There's always a long line and the staff would rather file the prescriptions and hang out in the back looking like they are working on something then to come out front and HELP the people who are waiting in line to pick up their prescriptions. I am switching to a different pharmacy. Also, I do not like the look since they switched over to CVS from Longs, the store looks like the Dollar Store set up (no offense to the Dollar Store). Horrible customer service in this location. I was waiting in line for the cashier to ring me up. Another cashier comes to the front to ring up people. Everyone in front of me went to the other register except the man that was helped. When she finished with the man she puts up her closed sign and then tells me i need to go to another line cause she needs to go home. I am all about letting people go home on time, but you would think that they would at least finish the people that have waiting there, especially since they had no such sign up when i got in the line. read more

In my opinion this cvs should really get 0 stars. My father and I recently went to get film developed as we looked online and found that cvs did in fact develop film and in as low as an hour as well. When we arrived, it took several minutes of waiting by the photo-area for service until we finally had to go and find the cashier. After this ordeal, we were confronted with the notion that they did not develop film in an hour and that, in fact, they didn't do it at all. The cashier stated that they hadn't even ordered the materials necessary for developing film for weeks and then abruptly tried to blame it on the company itself. We were stunned as we heard these words as we looked upon an entire section of the store dedicated to this very thing with equipment worth thousands of dollars sitting there gathering dust. This area also contained a number of advertisements stating prices for film development, on top of the ones we found online---which now proves that this cvs is 100% guilty of false advertisement(which by the way is illegal and you might be able to sue the company for that). After leaving the store disappointedly we then went to Costco and found that they had prices for film development 60% lower than CVS and actually in an hour instead of 5 to 7 days. So even if cvs did develope the film it would of been a huge waste of money. Sk what have we learned? DONT GO TO CVS TO GET PICTURES DEVELOPED! ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! read more

Had both examples of good and bad customer service at CVS today. I went in 25 minutes before they close looking for last minute Halloween makeup. I finally find a white eyeliner but it's stuck in the plastic shelves they're placed on. After spending a couple minutes trying to pull this thing out I asked for help from an employee. Her name is Ingrid and she was such a sweetheart and determined to help me out with getting the make up out of the shelf. She was having trouble getting the makeup as well and so she asked the manager Brandon? (Not 100% sure that's his name, maybe randon) to help us. Anyways instead of trying to help out he starts walking torwards they're back room basically saying he wasn't gonna help. He then tells me that we close in 14 mins.
