This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to - and I've been here on multiple occasions, so I feel that statement is fully justified. If you need a prescription filled, save yourself a lot of waiting time by going somewhere else. The lines for both drop off and pick up are always long, thanks in large part to the slow, SLOW staff working behind the counter. When you finally do make it to the front of the line, it's not uncommon for the employees to jump back and forth between customers, which only makes the process even slower. The rest of the drugstore is usually not very well stocked, and there are never employees available to help when you need to find something. With a Target Pharmacy (which always has much shorter lines and faster, friendlier service) right across the street, do yourself a solid and make the switch. This place is a stressful no-go, especially when you're sick. read more

Not sure what this employees name was but she was so rude to me and many other customers. She wears glasses and is a bit short. When i asked if she could tape my packaging slip since I had forgotten she said "This is the first and last time, I'm not supposed to do this because ITS NOT MY JOB!" Coming from working retail and customer service, I understand how work can be hectic but it was a slow day and I would have never responded that way to a guest. She could have simply said no sorry. Overheard another lady ask her where something was and she yelled at her in a rude way saying "ITS RIGHT IN FRONT YOU MAM. RIGHT IN FRONT YOU" That is not how you help out a guest. read more

You know, at first I was shocked nobody had reviewed this particular CVS but then logically, it makes sense, since it is unfortunately exactly cady corner to a Target superstore. Because of such placement, this pharmacy is often overlooked. Now this is two fold for a customer, because on one hand there usually isn't a huge line or anything if you are wanting to just run in and run out...but also as a customer on the flip side of that, when there is a line, the workers aren't used to dealing with it properly and so service becomes snail like...and not just a regular snail, but like a snail two strokes into senior citizenship slow. It's REALLY bad lol. Fortunately, that only happens around hoiidays and whatnot so for the most part, you will never have to worry about this. I'm not the kind of person that writes reviews let alone a badd review. So for me to actually take the time And energy towards something negative means this place is awful! I'm not even upset that the store was torn up, And I couldn't get to any thing. What did upset me was the way they handled or singled me out assuming I took Merchandise without paying. It's one thing to provide customer service and make sure that a customer doesn't, but if no employee has witnessed that customer put an items in their bag. There should be no reason for LP to be standing at the front door To stop that customer whom no one has witnessed put anything in their bag and humiliate them by questioning them about items or merchandice that was not paid for. Wow, this was the worst experience I've ever had at CVS... Went here a couple days ago to return some unopened food that I had bought the day before. The man who seemed like the manager told me that since I bought it at the West Hollywood CVS, it was a "different district" and acted as though that was a problem. I've never had a problem returning something to a different CVS location. Then, he said they "usually" don't return food and sounded iffy on it and unsure. When I pressed him and asked why, he said "It's policy." OK. So I continue to buy a 6 pack of beer and... I DON'T GET CARDED! Um, is carding people not in your policy either? That makes sense. She along with all other staff were so kind to us during our visit and I'm definitely going to this CVS rather than my other one now! As a frustrated, tired new mom I was picking up my medication and having trouble with my insurance, the pharmacist Jasmine assisted and she was very patient and kind as I juggled to find my insurance card in my phone. I have been coming to this CVS for the past 2 years. I must say their staff NOW is the best I have ever encountered at this location. Lupie the beauty consultant is the NICEST female worker that they have here. Even though she specializes in the beauty department she's always hands on and ready to help. You will always see her with a smile on her face. That feels so welcoming. I was there a few days ago and I was ready to pay struggling with all of the merch at the register, without even asking she quickly went to get me a cart and a extra pack of waters that I was going to purchase but had forgotten to pick up before heading to the register... Oscar, who I think is 1 of the managers there Is soooo nice! He's also very patient at the register. I shop with coupons and Extra care bucks all the time. He has NEVER made me feel uncomfortable or less than because I use coupons. I say this because I have had terrible experiences at a different North Hollywood CVS. There's also another manager, he is part of the night shift. I don't know his name. He's awesome!!! And even though I'm a regular, every time he sees me or my family there he offers his assistance. I wish I could leave zero stars. This Pharmacy is by far the worst Cvs I've ever been to. They are either grossly incompetent or severely understaffed. I can't tell you the number of times I've had to go back and forth with them and my doctor's office while they tell me they've never received an Rx from my doctor, all the while they have lost it amid their ludicrous disorganization. Just this morning I went back and forth with the pharmacy 4 different calls as they couldn't find the Rx my doc called in, then they say they found it and it'll be ready later. This evening after work I'm on my way to said CVS to pick up my Rx. I call to be sure it's ready and they say my doc never called it in!!! I kindly tell her she needs to look around for it because they assured me that morning that they had it. Well what do you know! She finds it. Then tells me it won't be ready for another 30 min. I always have to wait on hold for at least 10 minutes if not more any time I call. I honestly would go somewhere else if it wasn't so close to my house. I'll take this CVS Pharmacy over the sh*thole on Hollywood Way any day. I dropped off my prescriptions and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. No sooner did I arrive next door to get a snack did I get a text that they were ready for pickup. The pharmacists were courteous, not overly friendly though and still appeared to be overly stressed. But at least they weren't rude. Sure he greeted me with "Good Morning" at 3:30 in the afternoon and called me "Sir" when I clearly have boobs, but I'll let it slide and likely return to this location. read more

This cvs used to be nice. They are always out of stock on popular things you need from products like shampoo, make up, OTC drugs, deodorant , etc... Their pharmacy needs to pull it together . If you go through the drive thru and there's a problem with your medication don't be surprised that you have to go inside and then wait in another line ! They lost my prescription before and said I never gave it to them and when I asked them to check the cameras they said they delete footage after 2 weeks. There's this guy Mohammed that works there and he is so rude to customers and his own employees. He even looked at my medication and told me I didn't need it . There is always a line of 4 or more ppl because they only have one person at the pharmacy register . The only good thing is the workers at the front of the store. This Pharmacy claimed to not have the prescription that was called in for my dog and I knew for a fact it was called in because I work at the hospital that called in the RX !!! So I called a different cvs in Burbank and they were able to locate the prescription and told me it was indeed at this pharmacy !! The customer service here was horrid ! I know to never ever get anything filled here. The pharmacist at a different cvs was more helpful and he wasn't even the one with my dog's medicine. The only reason why I even had the drugs filled here was because a the other location wasn't going to get it until Monday it was Friday. Worst CVS I've ever been to. The older guy with the white beard that works in the front is so rude and so slow. I tried to return a item, he kept asking for my receipt, when I do digital. I kept telling him to look me up by the email, and gave him my card. Worst cvs pharmacy experience ive ever had. The woman at the drive through was not helpful whatsoever, and when she told me they didn't have my medication in stock she didn't offer any kind of help or point me to a direction where another cvs has it in stock. After asking if there's any way she can look up a place because I needed my medication tonight, she abruptly returned my prescription and just shrugged. Can we be a little more professional? I've had experiences with cvs where they have been able to offer suggestions of where it migt be in stock, and even if she couldn't do that I think there could have been a better way to deliver that information. read more

The Cvs 10945 Victory Blvd 91606 is the worst pharmacy experience I have had. As a customer I will never return there and I will tell of this awful expierence to my friends and family. The pharmacists there are rude and unintelligible. My veterinarian called to give my dogs prescription and the pharmacist got frustrated and hung up on my vet. I had a phone call from my vet complaining. I called the pharmacy back and they were very condescending and rude. They also would hang up on me without ending the conversation. I looked up this store on yelp and found that this is not just my expierence, but many others as well. If I was corporate I would investigate and take out the problem people. Worst experience I've had at a CVS. As I was ready to pay, the security gets next to me and my pregnant girlfriend just starring at us and making my girl uncomfortable, I don't know if he was trying to read the pin # of my credit card as I was typing it or just trying to do his work which he can just do fine by standing near the exit. The staff at this store have made my shopping experience much easier. I use a cane and have trouble lifting heavy items. Whether I ask for help or not they offer to load my trunk and do it with a smile. Many are helpful finding items in the store. I have used the curbside service and it is great! I'm surprised these people even have a two star rating. The pharmacist, Angel, is rude. He very condescendingly told my son that our insurance was inactive and that he's always used a different card. False. I got on the phone with Angel and was told our insurance was inactive and I had to call my insurance company to get the correct insurance number. Then while he was still telling us we had to call our insurance company to get the correct number the cashier told my son the prescription was ready ... and unbeknownst to Angel, approved by the insurance that he told us was inactive! Rude and cocky! We won't be back! We've had the same insurance number for four years and never had a problem. Just to verify our insurance was in tact I called. I live near by I'm a couponer I always bring people with me to help. I've bought hundreds of dollars of merchandise. Theyre somewhat poorly stocked and devin told me why..he said what days to go because of other couponers and he'll save items for me if i call on saturdays. The manager Brian is great! I cleared my pain mess 3 times today with the doctor, called the 800 numbers, went 3 times today and they were still starting from the beginning. Help! These people behind the counter are just like a bunch of zombies on crack! The got a line that stretches halfway to the front of the store and they just ignore the customers and take their sweet time. After I submitted the prescription I was told it would be ready in 1 to 2 hours. When I went back to pick it up I went through the drive thru to try and avoid the long wait. Sat in the car nearly 30 mins while they were serving the car ahead of me. When I finally got to the window she said there were 3 people ahead of me she'll be right with me. Well, after another 10 minutes and seeing her laughing and goofing off I finally could not take it anymore and I went off! She then got my prescription right away. She is chewing and does not even look at your way, aplogy for wait??? What? Thats NEVER! After tolerating her sluggish and ignorant behavior, pharmacy tech Angel topped it off! Just picking up prescription became a 20 minute ordeal: the asian tech(didnt get his name) could not apply a store coupon, even though he was able to apply a system recognized coupon of $20, can't deny giving him credit for that. The computer froze in the middle of transaction, and while he could have used the other register, he did not! When I offered, tech named Angel did demonstrate all the worst aspects of customer service. No apology, no workaround, VERY OBVIOUS RUDE ATTITUDE!!! read more
