This review is for the minute clinic. Those ladies are horrible. I needed a general medical exam. They insisted I needed a form from work. When I called the information hotline the lady explained that there is a form in their system for general medical exam I tried to tell them but they refused to even answer the door. When the manager came up and knocked on the door they insisted they didn't have a form. Somehow they felt uncomfortable because I didn't just believe their answer and followed up with the information line. So they didn't want to see me. I'm a lady in my 50's who wanted answers. That makes them uncomfortable?!? read more

Went in, got my stuff, and went up to the checkstand area to buy my one item. There were two ladies in line before me so I stood to the side of the line well over 6 feet away because im not down with standing in a line where I can feel people breathing down my neck. Then the cvs worker tells me im losing my spot in line because im not standing where the X indicators on the ground are. I'm clearly 3rd in the queue and she decides to take the gentleman that came after me. Its frustrating that she couldn't have just respected the fact that I didnt want to walk through a bunch of people to get in line where people don't even respect the 6 feet distance. Wasted a whole 15 minutes of my time and given the circumstance it just felt like forever. That worker is a know it all goody two shoes nancy who has zero flexibility with customers. To top it off she was being extremely unpleasant and rude when I stated my case. Social distancing is most definitely not enforced. Not with that janky set up of a line. CVS wasn't able to process my photo print order, canceled it, and didn't let me know. So I ended up waiting a few days for the confirmation, then went to the store and had to ask about it, only to find out what had happened. My suggestion is not to bother with CVS for photo prints. That's not what they're set up for. Use some place like Fedex/Kinko's, which has a dedicated print shop on site. read more

Pharmacy and front staff are nice enough. Went through the drive thru pharmacy and was told that the wait was 20 minutes. Waited in the car for 20 minutes and ended up having to walk inside (despite my knee pain) and was told the prescription was not ready. Was told to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. I am currently sitting in the waiting area 15 minutes past the time, and yet still no script. There are ample bodies behind the counter but not enough brains. read more

These guys have no desire to provide service. They could not locate info on my prescribing doctor to complete my prescription order despite a 24 hour time limit given to them. On a previous occasion they were all out of any allergy medication for ophthalmic use. Not visiting this branch ever! read more

5 stars for a CVS?? Yes, this is the best CVS I have ever been to - I had a cold, feeling miserable on a long drive home, needed a birthday card, a bathroom and of course - cold remedies. Not only was i able to get everything I needed, but the young man who rang me up was funny. Thank you CVS, your associate made my day. read more

There are many stores nearby that sell the same things CVS does and you don't have to wait in an extremely slow-moving line. This is a review specifically for photo services, which should probably be CVS' second biggest focus behind, you know, the "pharmacy." If you are considering buying photos/prints/etc from a store, DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. Do not consider picking them up from this store. Don't even drive into this parking lot. Save the brain cells. One of the biggest selling points for coming to CVS to print photos, especially Christmas cards, is that they can be picked up same day. Pretty cool, right? We quickly placed our order December 14th in the evening and looked forward to coming in the next day to pick up our photos. When we arrived that next day, we were told, in person, that the printer wasn't working and that we would be called the next day when things were sorted out. Slightly annoyed by the fact we weren't notified beforehand, we tried to at least be understanding and say we'd wait the extra day. We asked about transferring our online order that day, but were told that it was too late in the day to do so. Oh well, one extra day can't hurt. We waited throughout the day. Nothing. No phone call. A half-assed corporate auto-generated email saying that we would be contacted. Still nothing. So we gave a call in to see what was up. Surprise, still broken. We asked again to transfer the photos and we were given a little bit of hope in the form of a "we'll get them transferred, just give us a call back in 20 minutes." Sweet. That's all we wanted after this headache. A half hour later, we attempted, and I emphasize **attempted**, to call into the store. We had to call four separate times, each waiting over four minutes each call in for someone to pick up. That being said, I think we were able to memorize most of the phone tree prompts by heart. Pretty stellar work, corporate. Anyways, we finally get to talk to Marcus, who just so happens to be the manager of the store. Two seconds into trying to explain how we were instructed to call back in, Marcus cuts us off not once but twice to say the printer was broken. This, obviously, was critical information and absolute news to us, lowly shoppers who had no idea what printers even were. Losing it, I explained to him as much as I could before I could be cut off again. I explained that we placed the order days before. I explained that we had already physically been inside of the store and know that the printer is broken. I explained that we were specifically instructed to call in. All Marcus had to offer was that the employee we were working with earlier had left for the day (a lie exposed when we called back in 5 minutes later and had her answer the phone) and that only corporate could transfer those kinds of requests, offer any discounts, etc. Thankfully, Marcus' parade of inaccurate information continued, as he A) did not know the number to corporate help for this issue, B) couldn't look it up himself, and C) had the incorrect hours of their operations. As a result, we will be waiting until TOMORROW to ATTEMPT to call into corporate and play more phone tag just to try and get some answers on this. Not a single phone call was made to us to express any sort of delay or solution. A complete waste of time spearheaded by blatant incompetency. This all could have easily been avoided had someone said from the get-go "We're having technical issues as of 12PM today, so I would try to get into contact with corporate so they can transfer this request and you can still get your same-day pickup." Nope. Too hard. Too much brain power. Too much talking. Too little phone tree. We could, in theory, cancel the order altogether and re-order without the coupon which was the lipstick on the pig that goes by CVS. At least the Postal Service is quick this time of year, in the midst of a pandemic. Wonder if they sell stamps at this location or if that's just another bait and switch like their "30% off" signs that, in extremely small print, say that they're for card holders only. CVS may want us to read the fine print, but I'll make it clear, in big, bold letters: DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CVS. Don't waste your time. Go to Walgreens or Walmart or just print out photos yourself on your own printer. read more

I'm not sure WHY, but CVS changed the way we connect wirelessly when using the photo booth. I remember coming here earlier in the year which I was able to navigate just fine without having to ask anyone for help. This time I wasn't able to connect wirelessly/automatically like before. I kept getting an error message saying, "Unable to Connect" on the CVS App on my Android phone. I finally asked for help when I saw this female employee walking around. I told her, "I can't seem to connect wirelessly or manually (entered their Wifi password), but nothing moved forward on the screen. I know this girl heard my question yet she played dumbly with me. I have NO idea how this girl even got hired, but IF you work at CVS upper management must train and make sure each employee is capable of knowing how to work the photo booth incase customer like myself need help. I asked this girl in a different way, but still didn't go anywhere. Instead the girl wanting me to *poof* suggested it was the wind outside. I was like, "What?? That just doesn't make any sense. What does the wind outside have anything to do with me NOT being able to connect my CVS App wirelessly or manually with your photo booth?" The girl stuck with her car salesman story insisting the *wind* was to blame. Wow!! I left and drove over to a different CVS location where I have had better service in the past. I'm so happy I did just that. I also experienced not so friendly customer the same time because she realized the 2nd photo booth was down and she basically demanded this incompetent female employee to basically get it running and working ASAP!!! Some people CAN get so entitled. Do these people realize people on the other end are also people too with feeling? Wow!! This is 2019. Where is the compassion and being kind to one another? No wonder the world is messed up as we speak. I didn't want to hold up the line either (photo booth) so I let this entitled older woman go ahead of me thinking she'll be done fast, but instead she took her sweet time (of course) cropping every photo. Seriously?? I only needed 12 pictures which my son needed for his middle school project. Before I let this entitled woman go ahead of me .. there was this really sweet old lady who approached me. Before I could engage in a full conversation to find out what she needed .. this same entitled customer was more worried about herself by cutting off this sweet old elderly woman mid sentence by basically saying, "I'm next in line to use the photo booth, you can't cut because I'm waiting for her (me) to finish up first. This entitled customer was very cold and selfish toward her elders. I eventually found out this elderly woman wanted to borrow one of the stools available to sit on while waiting for her prescription meds to be filled. I wasn't using any of the stools so the elderly woman was welcome to take mine. The same entitled customer tried to paint a NOT so nice picture basically talking for me sounding like I wasn't going to give up the stool. Oh, something about me being at CVS with my child. Like, what does me and my child have anything to do with the elderly woman wanting to sit on a stool to rest?? Apparently, some females decided to wake up stupid today (11/20/19) to be and act just that .. STUPID!!! Don't come here if you have an Android phone wanting to use the photo booth. Would not recommend. I've been a customer for years but in the last year the service has deteriorated, from bad to worse. i am very disappointed about the lady from the pharmacy.(not the whole pharmacy). i can tell who she is from her voice. all other staffs are very friendly and try to help out. however this technician lady, looks like in her 60s, is very rude and unwilling to help customers . my problem started about 3 weeks ago. i requested to refill the prescription and got the message it will be ready in a few day and will be notified once it's ready. however i haven't heard any. so last week, when i pick up my other medication, i asked when i should pick it up. they said it will be ready by sep 9th. On Sep 9th in the morning, I got the text saying they will contact the doctor to switch the medication due to it's back order. If they had let me know earlier, i should have contacted other pharmacy and would have been better prepared. I don't have any medication left now. I called many locations and found Walgreens have it and gave all info they need to get prescription transferred. 2 hours later, walgreeens called me he couldn't get reached. so i called cvs to get some help . however the lady was cold and her ton of voice was very unwilling to help. i just left message to my doctor to send a prescription to walgreens. normally i would not upset at all. She should have consider the situation. it's hard to find the medication now and I luckily found one location.She should have tried a little warm word for me. she seems she docent care at all. i spent the whole morning and some afternoon to figure out this because of last minute notice. so disappointing read more

Store is fine. Pharmacy needs a lot of work. Pharmacists each do things their own way and make up rules along the way. They release meds when they want to and then lo and behold another pharmacist will do things their way and none of them are right. Argumentative and it might be nice to smile and be polite also. There's customer service involved here, you don't just go to school to learn to become a pharmacist, take pharmacology and then have an attitude and provide the service of a wet piece of lumber. They're lucky they have a drive thru, or else I'd doubt anyone would go get their meds there. read more

This store is newer, it's very spacious and clean. I can find practically anything here. Make up, school supplies, medicine, overpriced snacks, and sunglasses. I will say that Prices on general merchandise are significantly higher than in similar stores. Most of the pharmacists are helpful and polite. There is the occasional attitude. I am so grateful for the drive through Pharmacy, it is such a luxury when someone is ill. Roll up, get our Rx, roll home! Thanks CVS. read more

We buy our, specially meds from this store for the last 13yrs. On 11/20/'18 (Yesterday) we bought CVS Advanced glucose test strips 100 ct for $23.79 and 50 ct for $12.29. Today (11/21/'18) we found on cvs online the same $100 ct for $19.99 & 50 ct for $8.49 with free shipping. When I checked with this Store supervisor she mentioned that they don't honor CVS online prices. read more

As a GoodRx customer I am dismayed that CVS has decided to not honor GoodRx prices on controlled substances. Despite having a doctor's prescription, on an ongoing basis, they have decided to practice medicine. For 3 days, I have called to ask a prescription to be transferred from another pharmacy to here and be filled. Each time I have to repeat my information and it seems no one working there is assigned to deal with a simple request and order like mine. How SAD!!! How STUPID!!! How RIDICULOUS!!! Never again! 9/9 - I received a call yesterday from CVS that they were not able to process my transfer because the number I gave them only allows a physician to talk to OptumRX. I am from out of town and had forgotten a needed medication at home. We described the problem to the pharmacist and she jumped on the problem. She called my CVS at home and my doctor. Within half an hour my prescription was ready for pick up. Could not have been more pleased. read more

Make sure you double check on the price of the item you are purchasing. I just bought Purelogy Shampoo. It says on the price tag $30.49 but when the Manager rang me up, it says $32.49. And when I asked him, his tag says Store Manager, he insisted the price was $32.49 and sounded upset. He didn't even apologized for the misleading price. Way Overpriced compared to the cvs website!!! I saw an allergy medicine for $15.xx online on cvs.com. However when I went to this store to buy it as my son needed the medicine today, it was 20.xx for the same. I live a couple of blocks away from store, so thought it was a smart thing to stop by the store and pick it up. When you charge your local customers over 30% more than your own web portal for an allergy medicine, why would I ever want to come into your store again? Very disappointed indeed! I get my meds from this CVS and they are fast and efficient. Today, there was some sort of goof in the CVS computer system and it would not refill my chloresterol. Erica, one of the pharma staff, worked on it, trying several different things, until she finally got it sorted out so I could get my refill. I've found all of the staff to be both friendly and efficient, but Erica was over-the-top excellent. Let's face it, most of us just get irritated when the computer screws up, but Erica hung in there, stayed cheerful, and finally got it sorted out. She's the best! read more

Let's start off by saying cashier and shift manager( nimfa )was the most rudest most arrogant employees I have ever incountered in any store. My son's started recycling the water bottles that we drink at home and once a month we take it for him to the recycling Center to save the earth and to teach him the value of money. 1. (Nimfa) stated that they don't help to count the bottle. (Lie cause they do it everytime before) 2. (Nimfa) Stated they don't have room In the back to store the plastic 16oz empty bottles and stated only 3 bags per cust. 3. She then repeatedly stated that they no longer have a store manager that is working and only employees and nimfa her self is the main boss. (I find that hard to believe lol) She made me and my son feel very low and discouraged my son into doing our part in saving the earth. Shame on u CVS for having employee like that. I was in the store to get my meds at 10 min before closing. Without any notice the pharmacy locks up for the night. I see the gate going down and quickly tell them I still need my meds. The pharmacist lady says sorry, come back tomorrow and leaves. No announcement or anything. I won't return there. read more

Pharmacy employees do not follow through. I had an employee say they were ordering my medication and to come back in a couple days. When I came back it had not been ordered so I had to start over. Other employees say they will check my insurance to see if a certain drug is covered and call me back.....I never hear back and when I call there are no notes in my account that I called. Wow... Dropped off my prescriptions at the drive-through where the gal told me it would be between 45 minutes to an hour and they would text me when it was done... I said that would be fine. I have a horrible back so the drive-through seem very convenient as I just got out of the doctors office. I came back promptly an hour and 10 minutes after I dropped it off where they told me it was scheduled to be done an hour and a half later, I told him no, that the girl told me 45min-1hr. The man couldn't communicate, or didn't know how or what customer service was and so I told him I'd like to retract my prescriptions, someone could've easily called or texted me and said they were too backed up. Not one time did anyone apologize for making you wait an hour and 10 minutes and nothing was even done.... not to mention it was a total waste of my day, I had to go and waste time getting lunch nearby and come back to find none of my prescriptions were done nor would they be done for a few hours, very pissed off and think this is an absolute horrible pharmacy with no customer service... Worst CVS I have visited. I had to transfer some prescriptions from Rite Aid Livermore (Broke my heart, they are AWESOME!!!!) due to work. Today, I went on my lunch, stood at counter to pick up prescription. Had to wait for the blonde who was busy yapping about her vacay for about 2 minutes. Then I asked for a price check on a pack of TP, she asked me to turn it so the code was facing her and she would not have to touch it. If that is the case, WEAR DAMN GLOVES!! When I put the package down, my hands are blue from the package ink, and would not come off with sanitizer.. I had 2 bottles of calcium, CVS brand, that clearly were marked BOGO. She said her computer did not show that, and tried to charge me full price. I had to do her job again by presenting to her the IPC label do have it removed from her computer. On way out, asked for manager, "jessie" was apologetic, agreeing that her staff should wear gloves, but that did not solve my problems, got no vitamins per their own advertisement and signs, no TP but blue hands, and a waste of time overall. Jessie offered me her bathroom there to wash my blue hands. Terrible, terrible, terrible place. As a nurse during Covid, with limited time, this store bites. read more

Normally I shop at my local CVS in Livermore, but I stopped in here this am around 10:00am to pick up a few things. All was well until I tried to inquire about buying a phone card. The older lady at the front tried to help me and was very nice. Turns out this CVS doesn't sell phone cards, ok, no big deal. The reason I am giving a one star review is because of the interaction between the woman who tried to help me and the rude & sullen employee who she asked for help as I was being checked out. The older lady asked this employee (who never made eye contact with either of us) if she knew if they sold phone cards. The rude younger employee snapped "NO" while looking down. It was clear she disliked the older employee and it was embarrassing to witness. The older woman just shrugged at me apologetically. Won't shop here again. read more

The customer service at this location is positively horrendous. The woman who rang me up Friday was incredibly rude. She got annoyed with me for waiting until the person in line in front of me left before I put my stuff down at the register. She snapped "let's go!". I had asked her about an RX coupon site CVS was registered on (per the instruction of my doctor since I am cash pay). Before I could even finish my question the lady cut me off and said "no, no. I don't offer discounts for this medication". She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and explain that not only did the RX discount website say that this particular CVS participated in their program, BUT it also showed they provided discounts for my specific medication. Not wanting to argue I paid for my meds and left. I informed my doctor of the incident. He looked up the information again to confirm it was correct and encouraged me to call and speak to a manager for a partial discount. I called and spoke to the manager and informed her about CVS being registered on the discount website for my specific meds. Her response was "I don't care what the website says, we don't give discounts". Awesome customer service. It's no shock employees are rude to customers when their manager behaves the same way. The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I have had them take up to three tries to get a prescription in my hands. Story is the same every time. Doctor transmits prescription to CVS, I call half a day later and the CVS person says they never received it. I call the doctor, and they tell me they transmitted right after I left their office. I ask the doctor to re-transmit, and sometime CVS finds, sometimes the cycle repeats. I would be suspicious of the doctor, I have had the scenario repeat almost identically, with prescriptions for THREE different doctors. What's the common thread? This pharmacy. Today I tool another prescription to a new CVS location. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a truly professional pharmacy tech, a knowledgeable and professional pharmacist, and the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Finally, twice in two days we had to make extra trips to the pharmacy because the hours posted on the web site were incorrect. When my wife asked about the error, they just said "not my problem. I'm stuck with CVS due to my health plan, but will never use this location again. read more

The antibiotics I picked up for my kid (which suppose to last 12 days) only lasted 7.5 days. I am sure I followed their instruction and didn't spill anything. But the pharmacy manager insist that everything was done by a machine and correct amount was given to us. We then got another prescription from the doctor and picked up the same medicine again. The second one was much more diluted than the original one. Make me think they didn't add enough water to dilute the medicine the first time. Will definitely not use this pharmacy again. read more
