With that, I must say, this is a 24hr pharmacy, which we need to greatly appreciate because when you need something urgent at the wee hours of the day or during a holiday, this location is one of the VERY FEW pharmacy stores that will be open for you! I work in healthcare and a patient needed their meds on Christmas Day. There was no pharmacy avail in Beaverton and near the vicinity that day that was able to help this patient out - except for this pharmacy! The location is at a neighborhood that is still growing with new homes, so it will get busier and has been for that reason also. I'm just grateful we have this pharmacy for our convenience, location and hours wise.

But they said they don't know the reason why they wouldn't carry it (???) and were unwilling to explain the reason. They were "sorry" but couldn't give me any information. I had been getting that prescription from them for years. Otherwise I've had a great experience but I'm so put off by this. I prefer using a local pharmacy, and mostly this has been a good one, but I am baffled by this latest development.

Go back today, billing issue with the VA even though they are an in-network pharmacy. Go to VA hospital, explain to them the issue. They call CVS to get prescription released... three hours later, not released yet. Call the pharmacy, the digital assistant is garbage, can't talk to anybody. I verify it it is me, try to use automatic transfer, call stalls out, goes nowhere. What a waste of time, while sick. Thanks for expressly not helping this veteran.

And then she proceeded to throw my items behind her as she rang them up not even caring if she broke them. Her name was Jessika. And she was also really rude for no reason to the couple ahead of me in line when she was checking them out refusing to give the lady her receipt until she put her debit card away in her purse even though the lady kept asking for it. I walked up to the photo area that is clearly marked, I was told by the lady at the counter that there is only "one line" and she pointed to the cashier line. There was line rope and her gesturing seemed to indicate I needed to walk around the other side of it. So I walked to the line and walked back up to photo counter to request my photos again. She looked up and told me, "I told you there is one line." At that point I understood what I needed to do: I had to wait at the check out line to request my photos from a cashier. (There was no signage to say this was the protocol.) The photos printed turned out great but I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received today.

I am now with out a necessary prescription. When I spoke to the pharmacy about this they told me that I needed to reach out to my doctor and that this pharmacy is very busy and they don't have time to do it. The woman's response was snarky and said "did you know we don't have a manager?" How would I know this??? Then told me that my medicine is not an urgent need - I need this medicine to avoid a hypertensive crisis and low potassium! I guess potentially dying is not on the top of the list of an urgent medication.
