Shitty service literally asked if they could help me find an alternative brand for some pads and the guy at the front didn't really care he took forever to even check if they had it in the back and then I went to the women at the pharmacy.. you think they would be helpful but they weren't they just pointed to where I could find the pads!! Worst customer service ever they should be ashamed to be working for a company that's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! March 2019 the CVS pharmacy in Redlands on Lugonia is a new store nice & clean. To fill a prescription no problem!

This cvs provides the worse service of any cvs that I have been to. This is indicative of the reviews on yelp. Whoever handles my prescriptions will put them on auto refill. I cannot remove the auto refill in the cvs app, whereas in the past I could do that. When I ask a pharm tech to remove the auto refill, she says do it in the app. I informed her that the app doesn't allow it & I have tried several times. I had to speak to a supervising pharm tech who was filling in. During the last time that I was there, my prescription wasn't ready as indicated by the repeated text messages sent to my phone. The pharm tech folded the label on itself & stuck it to the bottle, instead of adhering the entire label to the bottle. The label was barely stuck to the plastic bottle. Just recently another prescription was auto refilled & wasn't even on auto refill. This cvs location is a long drive to get very poor service. Recently the services have gone downhill at cvs pharmacies. Wish that I had read the yelp reviews before transferring my prescriptions here. If it wasn't for my job, I would have never come here in the first place. Thought that this out-of-the-way location would be polite & business like. But it's not. I have used this pharmacy many times now. It is our go-to pharmacy. The line has never been bad--only a few people max. They have been polite every time. Tonight the pharmacist made sure to get some ear drops quickly for my son before they closed in less than an hour. She was very friendly about it. I must say they have consistently performed to my expectations. read more

Customer service lacks here in this pharmacy. Not the first time ... will be changing pharmacy's

The people at the pharmacy seemed nice enough, but the pharmacist I spoke to (a woman I assume, because she wore a hijab, but I forgot to get her name) was horribly rude and incompetent. My doctor said he doesn't know why she doesn't understand the script he sent electronically, and why they "can't seem to find it in their system" when it was sent a week prior and again the day I went there (after the first time they said they couldn't find it). Then she said she didn't have time to deal with me. I suggest no one else waste their time here. I had my doctor send the script to Walgreens down the street instead, and they received it just fine and I was in and out quickly! read more

Horrible horrible! Don't come here! Their "drive through pharmacy" is now only used for covid testing but there are no signs that indicate this. I have a newborn and a toddler and was picking up prescription for my newborn. So as any parent would do we would use the drive through right? It was also scorching hot so why go in when you can wait in car and have AC. Newborn has rashes and it was best to keep him cool. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive through line and when it was my turn to pull up, a red haired lady which looks to be the manager told me sorry this is only for covid testing. You have to come in the pharmacy. And I peered over inside the pharmacy the line was also very long. She totally didn't let me address my concerns or questions and cut me off. Horrible customer service. It's not like I was even yelling ... I was calm. I asked her why didn't you guys post any signs outside so I don't waste my time in line? She just shrugged her shoulders and gave me an insincere "sorry". This has nothing to do with being short staffed and everything to do with communication and good customer service. I will never ever go to this cvs or any cvs again. No wonder they have horrible reviews. I only came here because it's near my home. read more

After many times of going there, I stopped because they screwed up my mom's medication, the Pharmacy Tech did not know how to pronounce drug names AND LAST NIGHT, I needed a bed pan GUESS WHAT? I was told "We don't stock them." read more

They took a week to fill my prescription and still got it wrong. I am authorized through my insurance for the name brand from the original pharmaceutical company. Yet, they gave me a generic and charged my full copay. I overheard one of the staff telling the pharmacist that my insurance company wouldn't cover their high price for the name brand. Even though this place is closer to where I live I will stick with my usual place in Loma Linda. read more

I came in today to buy a get well soon card and gift for my friend where probably one of the nicest sweetest women I've ever met in my entire life Maria help me pick out a card. great customer skill set. I then went to go buy a bottle of booze or Robert informed me of a deal for Jack Daniels 2 for $30 and then when he rang me up he gave me a coupon for six dollars off I was much appreciated and something he didn't have to do. I thought I would give this CVS a try after continuous disappointment in the Redlands Mall CVS. My most recent journey begins like this.....I spoke with my doctor's office Monday, they scheduled me for a spur of the moment produce the following Monday. They require that I take antibiotics several days before the procedure. They called my prescription into CVS Redlands Mall. I am thinking oh no here we go they never get anything right. Can you guess what happened..Yep they said they never received the call. I confirmed with my doctor that it was called in. I quickly said let's try CVS on Lugonia. The doctor's office called it in and guess what 10 minutes later I received a text that it was ready. I show up and they only had 3 people working the pharmacy and that included the Pharmacist. They quickly served me and I was on my way. I am baffled by how CVS Redlands Mall has double the amount of people in the pharmacy and they can't get prescriptions right. I found my new pharmacy on Lugonia near Stater Bros. I encourage others to make the switch you will not be disappointed. read more

Unreliable. My dog is on medication for seizures and has been for the past 3 years. We always fill his prescription here. Everytime, there is an issue: not enough in stock; dispensed the incorrect amount; partial fill and then they don't have records that they owe me the balance of medication. He needs this medication to live. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. I can't risk him going even a day or two without his medication. read more

Cvs will not follow its own corporate policy. Went to purchase a money order and wanted to use my debit card. Before I went to the store I went to cvs.com and money gram.com. Both sites said I could purchase with either cash or debit but not credit card. After the cashier fumbled through my purchase asking for my ID several times to scan it since she had to keep voiding the transaction for some reason, tells me cash only. I show her the cvs and money gram site that says I could use debit still says no. Manger comes out and repeats the same thing and even admits it says it on the cvs site but blames money gram saying they want cash only. Asked to see the policy but she said "it's a verbal one not in writing" a corporate policy about transactions not in writing? The story sounds weird as I buy multiple moneygram order each month never using cash so using my app called their 24 number. According to moneygram "Moneygram honors cash and debit at all of our thousands of sites nationwide. A customer wishing to purchase may use either cash or debit" So who is lying? Cvs manger or corporate moneygram? My vote is for the manger as even cvs corporate site states they take debit card. Good news Rite Aid, you get all of me and my families future business to include my monthly prescriptions. read more

nice to have a drive through pharmacy off the main drag when coming down the hill. it would be great if it were 24 hours, too, but maybe that's too much to ask. ;) read more
