The store itself was well stocked with everything from daily home essentials, party supplies, snacks, beverages, vitamins, toys, Valentine's Day items, makeup, cleaning supplies, books, pet items, and more.

I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

This is by far the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. Right next to my house there is a CVS. This…read morewalmart is about 30 minutes drive but I still choose this one. The reason is very simple. They are very dedicated, polite, respectful of my time and always do their job, right. I would rather wait three days to get medication from them rather than dealing with the CVS that is right next to my house.

I'm writing this review to quadruple remind myself to not shop here…read more I generally avoid Walmart, especially this one. It's chaotic, the parking lot is full of break in, the employees are always complaining and the floors are sticky half the time. But ocassionally, I think to myself. "It'll be easier to just swing by Walmart on my way home instead of ordering online or going elsewhere" NOPE. Everytime I come here, I end up wasting more time and the delusional dream of walking in to buy one or two items and leaving in a timely fashion fades quickly. Why? (1) Half the time, they don't have what I need in stock, even if it says they have it in stock on their website. (2) If and when I do find it, half the time, the prices are wrong. I.e. today I went to buy car oil, and it was listed as $23.95, which rung up as $25.95. (3) The lines are always super long, they don't have enough cashiers and the employees are always complaining to eachother as they work. By the time I've waited 30-45 minutes in line, I don't want to bother with the $2 discrepancy, I just want to leave. (4) But of course the card readers at Walmart doesn't work half the time. It didn't work this time, and after inserting the chip and swiping multiple times, I wonder if I'll get mysterious scam charges on my card. (5) So, then of course I have to take out another card to pay. Which ironically I had gone to 3 other shops prior and had 0 problems paying with my first card. There's definately something wrong with Walmart card readers. All in all, I ended up spending over an hour trying to buy a jug of oil. I'm anxiously checking my bank account to make sure I didn't get scammed. Reminder to myself, it will in fact be more of a headache to go into Walmart.

I had a very frustrating experience with the phone service at this pharmacy on March 11…read more Around 1:50 PM, I called because I needed to speak with a Mandarin-speaking female staff member I had previously discussed a medication question with. A male employee named Amo answered the phone. I politely asked if he could ask her to return my call and even offered to leave my phone number. Instead of answering my request, he repeatedly told me to call back in 30 minutes. At 3:23 PM I called again and the same employee answered. I asked again if the Mandarin-speaking staff member could speak with me. I stayed on the line waiting for her. After waiting for 27 minutes with no response, I drove to the pharmacy myself. When I arrived, the Mandarin-speaking staff member finally picked up the phone and told me that the employee had just told her about my call. This means my call had been left waiting the entire time without notifying her. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but basic communication with customers is important. If the staff member was unavailable, he could have simply told me honestly or asked her to briefly explain the situation. Leaving a customer waiting on the phone for almost 30 minutes without any explanation is very disrespectful. What made the experience worse was the dismissive and impatient attitude from the employee. As a Mandarin-speaking customer, this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope management reviews this situation and improves staff training in customer service and communication.

Thank god I don't have regular medical issues to need to shop at a pharmacy regularly. I came in…read morehere to find a specific OTC nasal spray after my husband's surgery, after checking both of the nearby grocery stores with no luck (partly because Safeway now has their entire pharmacy section behind glass). About 50% of the aisles here are behind glass, and it's absolute chaos. The same exact medicine in the same exact box will be both behind glass and not behind glass in different sections of the same aisle. Different formulations of the same thing, different sizes, name brand or generic, there's no logic whatsoever as to what's behind glass and what isn't, or even what section of the aisle something is in. I found the same medicine on opposite ends of the same aisle, both behind glass and not in both sections. So you're left trying to compare the ones you can get without calling over the *one employee in the store* to open it for you. You're scrounging the entire aisle, looking at the fine print on every product to see if it's just another brand's equivalent name for what you're looking for, comparing prices and added ingredients on everything. Trying to decide whether the one you can just pick up off the shelf is the one you want or whether it's worth calling over the employee to open the shelf for you so that you can even look at the other options. And then I got a headache and just bought the cheapest one I could pick up off the shelf. Good thing I already have headache medicine at home, not sure I'd survive trying to find it here. I'm never coming back.

The layout of the store makes you walk the farthest amount to get to anything medically related. I am limping. I had to go get an Ace bandage. I had to walk all the way to the farthest corner from the front door, past candy, alcohol, and 'seasonal things', as well as the Hallmark aisle,-- to get to pain-relief medicine and ankle support). Tell me that wasn't done by design?
