They don't answer the phone but pharmacy does call back later in the day. One of my medication only had a half pill in the bottle. The other half was nowhere in the bottle. When I told them they said I should've counted the pills and reported the incident right after I picked up my medication. Well truth be told I do not count my medication nor do I check through the whole bottle to see if there are any half pills. And I don't know anyone who does that. read more

Wow! What a downgrade! Since CVS closed the Rayford store, all of my prescriptions were transferred to the Grogan Mills location. Night & Day! Grogans Mills location never seems to have my basic meds, refills are always on hold until I call to investigate, cost of meds always seems to be higher since the last refill and when I try to get my prescriptions transferred to neighboring pharmacies, CVS Grogan Mills NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! read more

We ended up leaving the drive though and going inside. Sadly to say we don't enjoy our experience at this location ever and just a recommendation to try to get it fixed. Do not be fooled that the Flu Vaccination is FREE as they advertise! check with your insurance first because they'll tell you they take your insurance and everything will be paid for and it's not true. They will charge you 95 dlls for the flu vaccination AND charge you for service. My sister got the same vaccination at Walgreens, she had no insurance so they charge her $58 total. Next time I know where to go. CVS advertising and staff is misleading, I will never put a foot in this place again. read more

Zero stars. DO NOT use this pharmacy. It used to be good but the past year it has changed. Everyone at the store is rude, especially the pharmacy. Not only that, but the pharmacist Stacy Vo will lie straight to your face saying it takes 20 minutes to apply the insurance you always use to your order that is already completed (yet they can do it over the phone in 30 seconds), just so you have to get out of line or go all the way home and come back after waiting in line for 30 minutes because they are so freaking slow. Then when you call her out on it, she just hangs up the intercom and walks away. They will put so much effort into doing anything and everything not to help you. The pharmacy at this store is ok but the people in the store portion are poorly trained idiots. I stopped in tonight to get a few boxes of Kleenex. There were 8-10 boxes on the shelf and every single one had shipping damage. The boxes were crushed, the seams on the sides were split open. I took these photos to show to the Mexican clerk at the register. I asked if they had more and he said no. I asked if he would be removing this damaged stock and his answer was - "the still have the tissues inside so no we won't remove them." If you go to this store for the pharmacy, they will take good care of you - but if you intend to shop for other items, you'll be overcharged for damaged goods. The tall big boned brunette girl working at the front was incredibly rude, all because my boyfriend asked to add cash to my cashapp. For some backstory I came here last week and loaded money to my cashapp, so today I needed to do it again. Dumb me for thinking it'd be as easy as it was that day, today. Anyways, he goes in and says he needs to load money to my cashapp and the old girl working at the front told him they don't do that there and I proceeded to say that they do because I did it last week, he reiterated. She told me she's never done it so they don't do it, so I'm guessing she's the know all and see all of CVS. However instead of being rude he asked if she could get someone up there that knew how to, because she doesn't know how yet. They don't care, they're usually ALL rude, they make you wait (without notification) an inordinate amount of time, whether in store in line or in the drive-through (very very poor service - they do not even deserve one star!). Either they're very under-staffed, or they're INEPT! But the bottom line is they have no urgency, as your time is meaningless to them. They have NO BUSINESS being in business. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Lousy customer service. I was happy at HEB but new insurance company is making us go elsewhere now. Everytime we have to pick up a prescription or get one filled, it's a nightmare. They stare at you like you're an alien and refuse to acknowledge you. They wait on other people that are actually behind you and they talk to you in a whisper. Prescriptions I used to get filled with no problems seem to be troublesome for them. The Minute Clinic is good...been here twice for that, and haven't had to wait long. But the pharmacy is very SLOW!! I had my visit at 11:30, done at noon. The doctor said that while Minute Clinic customers take priority, it's still very slow service. I had to go back to work, so I came back during my 15-minute break. I went through the drive-thru at 2:20, and they told me it still would be about 10 minutes and to pull into a parking space. So I did, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The person in line behind me was apparently told the same thing, so we waited. Drove back through, and I was in line for about 10 minutes more, and the person in front of me still hadn't gotten their prescription. I had to go back to work again, so I still didn't have my medicine! I finally called right before I left work at 5, and they said it was ready to pick-up. Even if they tell you 20 minutes, don't contemplate waiting. It's convenient since it's just down the street from work, but I just signed up for text alerts so I won't have to wait in vain next time. The store itself is fine though. Just hope you're not suffering too miserably while you wait for your drugs!! Maybe they need to hire some more pharmacists...or some competent ones. I don't know what the deal is...most CVS pharmacies take 20-30 minutes to fill a prescription, but over two and a half hours?? Ridiculous. read more

We started using this pharmacy when the Randalls pharmacy in Grogan's Mill closed in February 2020. This pharmacy is the worst one I have ever experienced! They call you to say your prescription is ready. You go to the counter, no one ahead of you, and you wait for a few minutes while everyone behind the counter looks at you but does not come to the window. They finally appear, check your account and (1) they cannot find your drugs, or (2) the doctor didn't send it (call the doc and they did send it!), or (3) it's not ready. If they tell you to come back on an hour, it will still not be ready. If you buy something and go to the store main counter, there will be one person checking out customers with a long waiting line, and 2 other people stocking inventory nearby. They truly do not care about customers. I looked back over the Yelp ratings, and see the same comments dating back to 2016!! I have moved all my prescriptions to an online pharmacy, and my wife is doing that also. I don't know how they stay in business. I guess most people don't mind being treated shabbily. read more

Save yourself a headache and choose another pharmacy. They do not follow through on obtaining Rx's from other pharmacy's. I wouldn't have send them the Rx, but it was required by insurance. They blamed the screw up on HEB, but I checked. They never called. HEB on sawdust finally offered to called them, just to help me out. Then when the order was finally filled, They shorted the number of pills. They can't even count right!! On top of that the automated system keeps trying to refill 90 day Rx's before time. They continually call saying to pick up your Rx. Then when you go they tell you it's to soon!!! Go to HEB sawdust, if you can. They are amazing!! read more

If a prescription is sent in after 6pm-they will not receive or fill your prescription. It has to be received between 8a-6pm. This is the first pharmacy I have ever been to that didn't take prescriptions sent late. I go to this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions. There are some days they are a little slower than others but it is understandable because they are always so busy. There is couple young ladies there that work really hard, they have good customer service and one of them knows exactly who I am. I appreciate this because I am there more often than I would like. I despise this pharmacy. I like the people that work there fine, but they are severely understaffed and it leads to serious oversights. One of my close friends works in a pharmacy, so I try to give them a lot of leeway since I know what kind of stress and all goes on behind the scenes.. but honestly, I've been using this pharmacy for a couple years now and I have just about had it. They've completely lost prescriptions, and it's taken several days for them to get in contact with my doctor (which I'm not sure why, because I'm able to reach her almost immediately).. thus, I've been left without prescriptions for 7+ days at a time. One of the medications they dropped the ball on has serious side effects when they're not taken and I experienced full withdrawal as a result of this "miscommunication". They've lost prescriptions for antibiotics, for yeast infection medications, for everything and it extends suffering and is incredibly frustrating in the process. The pharmacy here is terrible. The line at rush hour is always long in the drive-thru and inside and they are very slow to help anyone. I signed up for text alerts to let me know when my prescription is ready and several times when I have gone to pick them up I have been told that they don't have a prescription ready for me and I will have to wait 45 minutes. Obviously the text alerts are useless. If I didn't get an extra discount for purchasing prescriptions from CVS I would absolutely shop somewhere else. read more
