I tried to fill a pain medication prescription 30 minutes before they close. My day was busy and painful obviously. They turned me away because "it will take to long to fill for today." The irony in the name "minute clinic." Went there last Thursday right at 8:30am when the clinic opens and the doctor didn't arrive until 9:05am with no apology she just said "I need 5-10 minutes to set up" and walked past me into the room. Got a strep test and called back 48 hours later for my results and got a reply that they would call me back within 24 hours. 27 hours later and I had to call them for my results. Nothing about this was easy or simple and I will never return. read more

Minute clinic is a joke. I'm having extreme ear issues. I went to the minute clinic to see if I could get something to help the pain/get rid of the wax. She was rude and unsympathetic to my pain. She basically charged me my co-pay to tell me to do what I already had been doing at home. My ear is now worse, and after some research apparently they do wax removals??? Why on earth didn't she just offer to do that for me?? Will not be going back EVER. HEB's clinic is way better, I wish I had gone there first. read more
