They wouldn't fill my post-operation prescription and because I am a chronic pain patient they treated me like a drug addict and wouldn't fill the script from my surgeon. Keep in mind I bad just had kidney stone surgery -- and the male pharmacist seemed to take great pleasure in torturing me. But TODAY ... since my regular pharmacy can't fill my chronic pain medication due to there being a shortage of.the medication I'm normally prescribed I was forced to go to this pharmacy due to it being the closest to where I live. My dr has been filling this prescription every month for me for years and YET the pharmacist said no matter what I said she WOULD NOT FILL MY PRESCRIPTION. AND it was too late in the day for me to do anything about it. I stayed calm and collected and I spoke to her -- Explaining that I have been prescribed this Medicine by a DOCTOR and still she refused. She even admitted the insurance approved it, my Dr's office had called her earlier that day because of the shortage and yet she let me come there knowing she wasn't going to fill my pain medication. This is the second time I have been treated like this and mind you, the first time was after KIDNEY STONE SURGERY. Pharmacists are not DOCTORS. And this power trip the pharmacist at THIS WALMART are on is unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A PAIN MEDICATION. They would rather you SUFFER THAN HELP YOU. And again THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS. We live in a day and age where it's hard to find quality service. But the pharmacy here at the neighborhood market goes above and beyond to provide excellent, exceptional service. And it all starts with who's in command. The pharmacy manager Jordan provides excellent customer service. We are a medical complex family with a son with special needs. His medication's are delicate because he has certain allergies. I've struggled with so many pharmacies trying to get the right prescriptions for my son. Well, when I came over to neighborhood market pharmacy, Jordan and his staff have gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible! Everyone goes to CVS and Walgreens but I'm telling you give this place a shot you won't regret it. They leave CVS in the dust! They get it right the first time! I see this Walmart has a lot of bad reviews but I think I may have been blessed because of timing…read more I came in at eight o'clock in the morning, so it wasn't very full, and everything was well stocked. They had people in there stocking shelves. So this is a really good time to come to Walmart. They had everything I needed. Martin helped me with all the stuff I needed to get everything going electronically. Then I went and looked a little bit at furniture. I didn't come to look at furniture, but I saw a lot in that area. And the prices are obviously good. This Walmart has things like the protein bars, stuff like that. There were people is the isles packing the shevles and nobody in line. Overall, good trip. I got everything I needed. Since I'm going to come back down this way, this was not very far away and a very convenient location, and everybody was kind. I guess I will make sure I come in the morning.

One of the things we wanted to pick up were a few bottles of wine, and liquor. There's a button to press for assistance in the liquor isles, as all alcohol is locked up behind a glass case. We pressed the button a few times, waited about 15 min, no one ever came. I then went looking for someone, I found 2 groups of woman, in 2 different places while searching for help, and all said, we needed to look for the associate with the yellow vests, only they can unlock the doors. I finally found someone who was wearing a yellow vest after about 30 min, and I was told by him he was only wearing the vest, he can't actually unlock the door. It was definitely frustrating especially seeing all these associates just standing around doing literally nothing! Horrible customer service.

It's kind of weird to see so many complaints about the service here. I've always been treating pretty well here. Even taking my passport photos. There was a mom with a young infant taking a passport photo on the counter on its back with the mom shaking a foil bag of snacks to get him/her at the camera. The worker was very patient and I was entertained though I had to wait. They haven't lost any packages or manhandled anything yet so I've got no complaints.

I stop immediately turn around and look for the manager again, at this point I'm walking around furiously when I speak to the manger, the manger apologizes and pulls the APW aside then I speak to a guest service worker, super down to earth and he tells me that the asset protection worker is like that and has had multiple complaints from other customers. I gave the cashier a ten-dollar bill, the cashier had to get change and when he stepped back, gave me seven dollars... So, I'm thinking to myself, "Shouldn't I get coins back as change as well?", so I looked the cashier in the eyes, saying nothing.
