Called the day the new COVID-19 vaccine came out and they got me right in. I was very pleased with their responsiveness!

She tells me why my coupons weren't working, and works her magic somehow, and I ended up paying $1.50 for the soap, original price $5.38, discontinued price $4 something. I had come to pick up medicine and had to wait in another separate line and they didn't have my order ready. Even though I received a text that my mediciation was ready. After a 15 minute wait, I finally got my medication and left. As I had 15 minutes to kill, I was able to walk around the store and look for goodies that I didn't need to purchase. Hahaha. I got a few chocolate candies and Revlon nailpolish as well. Even a plushie for my niece. The public restroom wasn't as clean and needed refill on toilet paper and seat covers. Easy self-checkout at the front. If you need assistance, a team member will come over and help you out.

Very frustrating experience with the FedEx drop-off at this Walgreens. I brought in a properly…read morepackaged FedEx shipment with a prepaid label. The manufacturer-marked weight was approximately 53 lbs. The employees told me Walgreens has a 50-lb maximum and refused to accept it. Since they seemed unsure, they checked with the manager on duty, who also confirmed that anything over 50 lbs could not be accepted. What makes this especially frustrating is that the store didn't even have a scale to weigh the package--they simply relied on the marked 53-lb weight and rejected it. According to the published FedEx/Walgreens requirements, packages can weigh up to 55 lbs, meaning my 53-lb package was within the stated limit. I understand newer employees not knowing every FedEx policy, but when they specifically check with the manager, I expect the manager to know or verify the correct policy before turning a customer away. Instead, I had to haul a heavy 53-lb package back out and find another location because the manager and staff were enforcing an incorrect 50-lb limit. If this Walgreens is going to offer FedEx drop-off services, management and employees should be familiar with the actual acceptance requirements--or at least verify them before refusing a package. One star for the unnecessary inconvenience and poor handling of a service this location advertises as providing.

Nothing this time around but I have to say Target has been doing great with their display. They now do mini displays of kitchen and furniture and room ideas. Kind of like ikea but more organized. I did that line but still encountered problems so had to wait for a staff member to make sure my coupons worked in my detergent which they did. Overall good visit. Plenty of parking in the front b

Pretty good Target!…read more If you're familiar with the concept of placeless-ness, you can sort of get a grasp of the layout of every Target after being to a couple of them (excluding those giga ones with several floors and elevators and escalators for you cart). This one is similar to the Anaheim location one. Much bigger and the store has a slight curve to lay out of some of the shelves and aisles. I am not schizo posting, those who know, know. Plenty of parking in this location since it's in such a huge plaza. Check out was a tad busy, even in the self check out, so I was directed to the returns for checking out. Stock and selection was decent, a little bit messy and disorganized in some places but makes sense with the sheer size of the store. Was able to get toiletries for a friend's visit, all for under $30 with multiple items, which isn't too bad. Not the cheapest, but it's convenient to shop at Target and know what you need to get and know that it's there.

She worked with purpose and helped her team. That was the first time in a while that there was no line, not because no people were coming up but because the whole team was moving them through quickly! Was CVS in Upland robbed last night? Honestly - it is the only thing I can think of to explain the…read moresituation and unhinged "team members" I encountered last night and was harassed and threatened by. After being released from the San Antonio Regional Hospital ER after four hours and in a tremendous amount of pain, I was informed that my prescriptions were sent to the CVS at 100 W Foothill Blvd, located a block or two from the hospital. I was relieved to start my healing process and go home after a long day. I arrive at the CVS around 8:45pm and I walk up to the entrance and notice the automatic doors do not open. I look in and see the doors are locked, lights are on and then happen to notice a scribbled, unprofessional sign with no explanation, which read (pic attached): WE ARE CLOSE FOR TILL 9:45 MAYBE. Confused by this and also trying to ascertain more information as I was not there to shop in the store but pick up a prescription and happy to pay cash, if necessary, I politely knocked on the glass and was met with: "CAN'T YOU READ THE SIGN," in a threatening/yelling manner from an employee in a red CVS shirt with long gray hair. Immediately taken aback, I said "yes, I am just here to pick up a prescription not to shop. I am in a lot of pain, just out of the ER." (literally wearing my Hospital ID Bracelet, with a bandaged foot and my left arm wrapped where they drew blood). Hoping for some empathy and to talk with pharmacist for a solution - (could they move my prescription to another pharmacy? Somehow get them from the pharmacist with cash?) instead, another younger more disheveled employee came over and said, "CAN'T YOU READ THE FUCKING SIGN?" Our network is down; we cannot help you. We are trying to get it back up, but we do not know. Go somewhere else." I am stunned at this point - and said "I CAN'T GO SOMEWHERE else because the prescription was sent here. So, I knocked on the glass again to be yelled at "We can't help your - our systems are down." I said, "I understand, sorry to hear that, but I need to figure out a solution for my prescription." At this point, more profanity was thrown at me. I then went back to my car and began to research other 24-hour pharmacies in the area - and unfortunately, since covid - most of those are no longer open 24/7. So, I called San Antonio Regional Hospital ER and spoke with a nurse there, told her the story - SHE WAS STUNNED BY THIS - and I recommended that she not send prescriptions to this facility tonight and maybe consider permanently avoiding this unprofessional/poorly run establishment. She then had them sent to my regular pharmacy to pick up in the morning at 10am. It sucks, I lost about 12 hours of starting the healing process, barely slept last night without the pain meds but back home in Rancho Cucamonga, I will go to my regular CVS. I plan to relay them this disgusting story as well. How corporate responds to this is going to be telling. I understand - things happen. Technology is going out but there should be a plan. There should be a manager on site talking to customers. There should be more than a poorly written sign with no information on it. There should be phone calls or a message to the local hospitals to not prescribe medicine there if they are having tech issues and unable to meet this need. There should be proper training in customer service in the event of an outage like this. Which made me think - maybe these WERE NOT EMPLOYEES? Because there is no way a CVS employee would treat their customers with such disdain and anger. Was the place Robbed on Friday night? That is the only reasonable explanation I can think of for my treatment last night. I am going to be contacting corporate and the BBB etc., I hope these "employees" get proper training...or become ex-employees. But UPLAND CVS, you have lost a customer for life. And how corporate CVS responds to this - will determine whether I ever step foot in another CVS again. And to the two front-line staff working last night - all I can say is shame on you.

I have rare medical issues that require medications that pharmacies would continually have to order each time I called for refills. They work very closely communicating with my doctor regarding all my medications. They've never let me down. They are very professional, courteous and I only wished I had listened to my doctor sooner. Pricing is irrelevant since it's governed by insurance or coupons. Of course, I believe our medications are outrageously overpriced.
