Parking lot is shared with a couple other business', perhaps I was there on a busy day but pretty full. Found things I was looking for, it was mothers day so the pickings were slim, but got a card and wine bottle bag. As I was looking down the aisles sale tags were being ripped off must have been a price change. At first didn't think there were many sales but stumbled across a bunch. Had to go in, because the drive thru is closed again. 3 customers waiting inline, while one worker is trying to find a prescription. Three workers are standing there talking about a class the pharmacist had taken years ago, not getting scrips ready, not bagging just talking. The one person working kept looking under the wrong letters for a last name, the name was Baker and she's looking under the G. Finally the older person working there sees my pissed off face and comes over with an attitude. I had to walk away. They haven't been good here for the last few years read more

Had a run in over the phone with the store manager at 175 main st woburn ma the pharmacy labeled my medications wrong and when I called they said the manager would call me back I thought it would the pharmacy manager it ended up being the store manager he said he was a certified pharmacy technician and he had the same credentials as a pharmacist which he doesn't he wouldn't let me get a word in so I said do you "F" listen so he said you can't use bad words in the store so you are banned from the store. Well that would be fine but you called me we were on the phone I was not in the store well I was never given a written notice that i could go in the store and I do get one that means the manager gave them my name and address that means he violated HIPPA law. I am disgusted with the treatment that I receive at this location. Every time I speak to a pharmacist over the phone I am cut off in the middle of sentences and at the end of my telephone conversation I am rudely hung up on. I say thank you and good by and the phone has been hung up on before I finish. I'm not sue if this is the same person or a different person. It is someone in the pharmacy. This branch seems to be a very unhappy place to work. The other employees are usually grouchy and annoyed. I am going to tell my doctor to switch the location to Burlington even though it is more of a distance. read more

Well, I can't rightly give them one star, especially because they've improved compared to how they were a year or so ago, but this is still the least helpful pharmacy I've ever been to. My latest in a long line of disappointments was running around the store with the pharmacist trying to find a lotion that they stock behind the pharmacy counter (doctors often recommend it -- it doesn't *require* a prescription), but that they refused to sell to me without a prescription, unless we could find it out on the shelves. Eventually I called 891 Main Street -- they also had it behind the counter only, and were happy to sell it to me. And they did. I live within walking distance of 415 Main Street and routinely drive to 891 for my prescriptions. Today's story was precisely why. read more

Went to this store today while I am sick and driving in the snow to pick up a prescription, bad experience with a guy there named "Tan", zero experience with customer service, and no respect for elders - The way he was addressing me like I was not a customer, not sure what drove him, but very impolite. read more

I was just trying to get an inhaler prescription from the pharmacy for pick up and the Pharmacist named Ebony was extremely rude to me as well as having a nasty attitude. The pharmacy staff is not professional, they are rude, orders are delayed and claim order don't go show on their system, even though doctor's office have pushed the order through more than once. Even though changing pharmacies for me would mean an additional 10 mins drive, I prefer that to the kind of disrespectful service provided at the pharmacy. This review is for the pharmacy counter: Slow and horrible service. To start off, there was a bunch of employees milling about but there was only one person at the counter helping a very long line of customers. While I waited, people were complaining about how long they had been waiting and how slow the service always was. So, when I finally got my turn (after waiting for at least 15 minutes), the woman at the counter told me that they weren't sure they had one of the items from my prescription (I should also add that she mispronounced the name of the med and I'm pretty sure she said she didn't know what it was- seriously?!). Now, this prescription had been electronically sent by the doctor several hours prior to my going in so I expected everything to be ready. Why was she so unsure, I wondered? Shouldn't she have known whether or not they had the item prior to my showing up? And, shouldn't she have had an alternative for me instead of asking if I "really needed it"? (I don't know about you, but when I get prescription meds, it's usually because I need them). Anyway, she had to "go check". She came back and said that yeah, they did have it and did I want it? Umm, no, I just thought I'd check to see if they had it to satisfy my curiosity... Seriously, what is wrong with these people? So then I had to wait. Which is completely what I was trying to avoid - isn't that the point of having your doc send in the prescription? So you can just go in and pick it up? While I was waiting, I was chatting with a woman who was also waiting for her prescription to be ready. No, wait, that's not quite right. She was waiting because the pharmacy had to call her doctor to see what "Take as needed" meant. They refused to give this customer her prescription (that was ready) because the directions weren't clear enough. This woman was telling me how all the other times she'd gotten this same drug, it had the same instructions (i.e. take as needed). This was nothing new but this particular pharmacist didn't think it was clear enough. So, my newfound friend had been waiting for 45 minutes while they got in touch with her doc. I'm shocked by the incompetence of these people. I need to find a better drug store in the area because I'm sure not going back to this place. If they can't even pronounce the name of the med (which wasn't a difficult one to pronounce), then how can I trust them to give me the right med? read more
