Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

I was introduced to Chuck by a fellow restaurant owner. I didn't know what to expect because this is our first time building and designing a restaurant from scratch. Chuck came out to meet my partner and I at the restaurant site in Gardena couple times to make us feel comfortable working with him prior to us agreeing to officially work with him. Once we agreed to work with Chuck, I have to say he is all about SPEED; everything was completed almost instantaneously as requested. Many times, it was us who was too slow to provide the information for Chuck to do his architectural designs. Once we provided everything for Chuck to finish the drawing to be submitted to the City of Gardena, I have to tell you, Gardena City is a tough cat to work with. However, Chuck made the process smooth sailing. He submitted the plans to all the agencies as required and I expected delays and revisions because it always happened to me when it comes to plans and architecture drawing. To my surprise, the plans were approved quickly. After we go the permit and started our tenant improvement, revisions and questions we had were quickly addressed. After months of back-and-forth and paying additional fees for revisions, the plans still did not meet the requirements for resubmittal. The most basic things were omitted (measurements for setbacks) and when we approached James about it, he denied any wrongdoing or fault in the matter. Ultimately we had to hire a different professional and start over from scratch, losing significant time and money in the process. This hurt our family financially. I see other people have had similar experiences so I would heed warning. James was a very eloquent speaker and seemed very knowledgeable, but when it came down to it, his plans were unusable and he wasted months of our time.

The engineer could not understand simple concepts. He would ask me a question. I would answer it then here we are 6 weeks later going over the same questions. 4. The engineer made a request. I honored the request. I reference the request in an email and he tells me he never made the request. I attach his emails with the request! He then sticks to he didn't make the request. I have at least 15 total complaints but I will stop here. This was by far the worst engineer I have ever done business with. Its hard to believe businesses like this are still operational.
