I have been going to Cybercopy for years now, even though I live in Orinda and there are other copy shops close by. The owner, Sikander, is a delight to work with. The prices are very reasonable, and the work he does is always to my utmost satisfaction. Each year I steer a client who produces an 80+ page catalog his way, and he does an amazing job completing it in a short turn-around time, and it always looks fantastic. That's why this client always goes back to him without reservation, year after year. And this has nothing to do with how great Cybercopy is -- and it is a copy shop -- but it doesn't hurt that the worlds greatest donut shop is a few doors down! WOW! Great service from Cyber Copy, it was my first time here, I emailed the wedding shower invite and under an hour they were printed and I picked them up. I was in a bind. I recently- very recently- started a business. I was invited to a networking event where I would need business cards that same day! I do not have a printer at home and searched frantically for some one to help me print business cards using paper cards I snagged from my office. These cards were for a jet printer while most of the printing centers have laser printers. I was not able to get much help from some of the bigger copy center places and was frantic! I believe I was working with the owner although I did not catch his name. He was very friendly and helpful. I came in to print precut card stock invitations and he helped as much as he could although the printer wouldn't allow for the small size card stock I had (3.5 x 4.5). The man was very nice and even showed me how to crop my in Adobe PDF so that I could print from home. This place is a GEM. I need to shout out their great customer service, quality of work and a lot cheaper than any other printing services, assistance for any office/ schoolwork needs...very reasonable prices. Xerox copy and fax services are really way lower than the usual market. For instance, I have called and inquired everywhere, for a one page fax service, others would charge for $2-$3..cybercopy would only charge $1. The owner Sikander is a very good person and would always care for a quality service and customer satisfaction. The printing itself was alright (in that black ink ended up on white labels) but perhaps I was expecting too much for them to format address labels from an excel file so that the actual zip codes show up! (Post office won't deliver to zip code "0".) Also, why would anyone want one of two names on an address label to be bold? Do you need Miss Manners to tell you the problem with that? I can't see how this was due to a language miscommunication. To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me to fix their first mistake. I had already spent way more than expected, because the website order form doesn't list prices for labels. No proofs were sent to me. No attempt was made to verify what I wanted. Yes, parking is ok, but don't expect full service proofing or common sense. read more
