This gentleman was a absolute sweetheart to me and my wife. I have met some techs over the years who have just been about business and treated us like a Walmart just in and out of the store. This guy puts care into his work and treats elderly people with absolute respect. I respect his intelligence and his expertise and the fact he came out a hour after I called is wonderful. I had a issue with my PC after someone broken into it and was in my email and bank accounts. Nothing but absolute trouble for days and he came in and removed the intruder out and setup his magic locks and keys. Not entirely sure what he did but I wrote it down, and he took a extra 30 minutes to add some virus programs and set us up with a clean machine.
