I've been commuting on my bike for a couple of months & just been layering up (pretty cold at 6am…read moreon the highway for an hour). Been looking online for protective boots & pants, but so much is in EU sizes & mixed reviews (size up/down, etc), so I didn'tknow where to start, plus if I try it all on, no return process needed. While in Dallas today I stopped in. I browsed solo for a few minutes & a GREAT lady approached me asking if I needed help. Told her what I was looking for. She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.

With safety and quality in mind, the experts here have much knowledge and care to find what you need. As one of the very few dealers in the country selling brands such as RS Taichi, their support for racing gear is absolutely phenomenal. With a large selection on in stock, a visit is a must whenever in the area. My friends and I just miss their participation in the National Motorcycle Shows that use to frequent the country and especially in Southern California. Online and telephone support is much appreciated.

My only guess was that someone offered more than they agreed to with me. Total dishonesty from the sales manager to finance to the saleswomen. Buyers beware.

Besides the dents in the tank console and v-cover upon delivery, within one week of purchasing the bike, I literally had people forcing me to pull over on the road because of a sketchy back tire. After my mechanics looked at it, turns out it was not mounted correctly (not inflated enough to seat) and very easily could have caused me to go down on the road. Beyond the dents and the back tire, an engine light came on a few weeks after purchasing. I've had it in the shop 4-5 times now in the short six weeks, or so, that I've owned it. All on my own dime. Powersports Forney did order a replacement tank console, but it was the wrong part in the wrong color! I advised Jay and said I'd send it back and asked if they could order the correct part in the correct color, but it has been over two weeks and I have not heard back from him. Since PSF never offered to fix the dented v-cover, I ordered the part myself and had my mechanics put it on. I'm afraid I'm going to have to do the same with the tank console. All in all, this bike was a lemon that I've now invested several thousand dollars above what I paid for it to make safe and rideable. Keep in mind that PSF has a policy of not allowing you to test ride any bike until the sale has gone through / money received. Honestly, I should have walked away at that. I have never been more unhappy with a purchase and I don't know how they are still in business.
