I was sitting for more than 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all so I got up and told Manny at the front desk that I've been waiting for a long time and no one had come and help me even after the fact I had an appointment. So he started helping me right away. Very unprofessional service. Had to wait an hour extra just to get my tires rotated and balanced. They even put the wrong PSI in my tires. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they get hold accountable because these type of mistakes can lead to an accident. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and everything feels great... my car is rolling smooth again. I'll definitely be back soon for those rear tires and would absolutely recommend their business to others. The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. My husband called Y Tires this morning after remembering that a friend had once recommended them, and we also recalled that our daughter had gone there before. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions before we even decided to go in. He quoted us right around the price we were looking for and told us he could order the tires and have them ready by 10 a.m. We arrived around 11:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning and were given an estimated wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. Our car was actually finished within 45 minutes. Great service from start to finish. We will definitely be referring family and friends!
