So after leaving the charger on this bike that has LITERALLY 5 miles on it, the service tech, who was direct, unfriendly, and unhelpful, told me that the ECU was fried just because it was charged. I dropped it off with no scratches anywhere, and have pictures of it in their parking lot to prove it. When i picked up my bike today there are scratches on BOTH SIDES, my left handlebar is completely bent inward and there are now scratches on each side of the bike, the tail, the clutch lever, and the bars. Half of my fairings aren't even on properly anymore! Really devious work to drop someone's bike and not own up to it or even be willing to watch cameras and see what happened. He walked over to a far wall and brought back to me the exact item I was wanting. According to the customer…read moreservice representative I spoke to, they have no way of knowing how old the tires are that are on the shelf in the warehouse when they sell them to you. The representative told me that they sell the tires first in first out and that robots select the tires and package them and ship them out. They don't have any human beings working in their warehouse. They sent me a motorcycle tire that was manufactured in April 2024. Motorcycle tires only last 5 to 6 years before you have to replace them. So they're essentially sending me a tire that is over two years old and close to half of its life expectancy is already gone. The customer service representative that I spoke to gave me no other option but to set up a return and receive a refund. According to him, there's no way for them to check the warehouse to see the manufacture dates on the tires. This is extremely poor customer service and also a ripoff because you are buying old tires.
