He does a lot of barn-find and heirloom restorations, and he's got the inventory of old parts to keep them original. Maroney's, the Harley dealership around the corner, will send you over to Ed if you bring them an old bike. Also, he does NYS motorcycle inspections. And he always has some bad-a biker cats hanging around.

Last year it took them 2 months to call me back for my ATV service, by then I already had my plow and chains mounted so it was too late. This year they made an appointment to pick it up for a major service which was more than $500 but I wanted it done. They blew off the pickup and I called and got no response or re-schedule for pickup. I will not give them any more business. They do not follow up or follow through. With an empty showroom you would think they would be better about service, however they do not seem to care at all. Very disappointing!

I called Sal and he said come on in . Since they close at 5pm I figured at least I'd be able to leave the bike inside for the long weekend. When I got there Sal, and his 2 mechanics Jose and Joe all started working on my bike. Even though it went past 5pm they never stopped working until they fixed my bike. They love fixing bikes the way I love riding bikes. It's the beginning of a great weekend and thanks to Sal and his team I'm riding. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my bike

Immediately, he noticed the belt was too tight. He didn't have time to road test it at that time but he told me how to prep the bike and come back first thing in the morning. I followed his instructions. First thing the next day, he met me and took my bike out. We didn't hear the squeak but he told me to wait so he can adjust the belt on the spot! When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%. I highly recommend and I will never go back to the dealer again!

Okay now, the shop. Open the door and you step into the most impeccable shop and store I have ever seen! The best part was remembering the bikes on display stories. Okay, I didn't buy one but while I was there another couple came in and we had great conversation about the show & the tee shirts he sells. He's got an eye for quality! I wish he was in the workshop but he travels and was out for the day. The young man at the counter was so funny! Very accommodating, smart as a whip & informative. As I went back to my hotel, I got a chance to say hello to Paul by waving and I got the friendly nod. That made it worth even more stopping by. I wish other retailers would take a page out of his styling book! As far as the 4 shirts I bought. They look brand new so many years later but I handwash, one has a little wear and tear and oil and other gems from my brother in laws motorcycle habit. I decided to have them clean my bike, and see what they could produce. To say my bike was immaculate would be an understatement!! These guys know how to clean bike, and clean them to showroom condition!!! I made sure to pick my jaw back up before the guy cleaning my bike saw me. When I rang out at the register I was shocked that it was reasonably priced as well!! I can now see why people take time out of a beautiful day to have these guys clean their bikes!!! I will definitely be returning for a cleaning and later I'll review their service dept next :)
