Huge mistake. I provided upgraded parts for the repair, and they tried to pocket them without crediting me or adjusting my bill--telling me to "take it up with insurance." That was shady from the beginning. They were supposed to replace items like my Barkbusters with the exact parts listed in their quote. Instead, they installed a flimsy knockoff you could literally bend by hand. When I asked them to fix it, they ignored me. I ended up replacing it myself. Their workmanship was careless--partially stripped bolts, loose components, and handlebars still torqued from the accident. After eight months in their shop, there's no excuse. And even then, they pressured me to take the bike back unfinished--missing decals--saying they'd mail them later. I refused because they were already paid to finish the job. When they finally got the decals in stock, they botched the install and had to reorder, delaying things again. It gets worse: they didn't replace parts they were paid to replace, and they caused additional damage--likely when they forced on those cheap Barkbusters. When I pointed it out, they blamed shipping. The explanation didn't make sense: the bike was secured only by the wheels, with no sign of external impact. They also repeatedly assured me that the original damage from the accident had been fixed--but it hadn't. They were 100% sure they'd replaced the part. They were wrong. Eventually, they said they'd send a replacement--even though the part is only sold in sets. Months later, I still haven't received anything. After chasing them with unanswered emails and calls, I finally got the owner on the phone. He was rude, dismissive, and belittling. He told me I was overreacting about a "$15 difference"--even though it was over $50. It's not about the money--it's about accountability. They caused the damage and lied about it. Then he asked me what kind of "compromise" I wanted--as if I was asking for more than the bare minimum. Why should I compromise when they messed up? Classic gaslighting. He claimed he mailed a check. Let's see if it ever shows up--especially after this review. That's the kind of people you're dealing with here. I had a cross-country move to manage and no time to keep chasing them. I gave them every opportunity to make it right. They didn't. BMG Powersports is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. If you value your bike, your time, or your sanity--go somewhere else.

I've seen Evo's there, but I seriously doubt he would touch an M8. He's got a ton of experience with other brands, as long as they are old, Harleys just seem to be his favorite. He does a lot of barn-find and heirloom restorations, and he's got the inventory of old parts to keep them original. Maroney's, the Harley dealership around the corner, will send you over to Ed if you bring them an old bike. Also, he does NYS motorcycle inspections. And he always has some bad-a biker cats hanging around.

This year they made an appointment to pick it up for a major service which was more than $500 but I wanted it done. They blew off the pickup and I called and got no response or re-schedule for pickup. I will not give them any more business. They do not follow up or follow through. With an empty showroom you would think they would be better about service, however they do not seem to care at all. Very disappointing!

Immediately, he noticed the belt was too tight. He didn't have time to road test it at that time but he told me how to prep the bike and come back first thing in the morning. I followed his instructions. First thing the next day, he met me and took my bike out. We didn't hear the squeak but he told me to wait so he can adjust the belt on the spot! When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%. I highly recommend and I will never go back to the dealer again!

Okay now, the shop. Open the door and you step into the most impeccable shop and store I have ever seen! The best part was remembering the bikes on display stories. I was thrilled to see the bikes he worked so hard on in person! Okay, I didn't buy one but while I was there another couple came in and we had great conversation about the show & the tee shirts he sells. He's got an eye for quality! I wish he was in the workshop but he travels and was out for the day. The young man at the counter was so funny! Very accommodating, smart as a whip & informative. As I went back to my hotel, I got a chance to say hello to Paul by waving and I got the friendly nod. That made it worth even more stopping by. I wish other retailers would take a page out of his styling book! As far as the 4 shirts I bought. They look brand new so many years later but I handwash, one has a little wear and tear and oil and other gems from my brother in laws motorcycle habit. I decided to have them clean my bike, and see what they could produce. To say my bike was immaculate would be an understatement!! These guys know how to clean bike, and clean them to showroom condition!!! I made sure to pick my jaw back up before the guy cleaning my bike saw me. When I rang out at the register I was shocked that it was reasonably priced as well!! I can now see why people take time out of a beautiful day to have these guys clean their bikes!!!
