TLDR: Lily and the rest of the staff are amazing, no haggle pricing, least stressful purchase I've ever made :) I've owned 3 bikes, including the one purchased here. I reached out for a Ducati Supersport, and they were able to answer all my questions without fail, despite being shorthanded during the pandemic. Went in the inspect the bike, Lily and the rest of the staff were so friendly, let me take it out of the showroom (of course they rode it to test), but everything checked out. After that, the process was so simple, it took less than 30 mins to complete. Pricing straightforward, contracts straightforward, and can't compliment the friendliness of the staff enough.
