It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. In the time it takes for your bike to get back you could have fixed it yourself and could easily surpass the very limited knowledge this joke Cory has. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Strong Warning - Hudson Valley Motorcycles…read more Please, before you even consider going to Hudson Valley Motorcycles, read the negative reviews. READ THEM ALL Because this is exactly what you will get. They are not anecdotal; they are what you will experience. No communication, arrogant, etc. My own experience lined up 100% with the bad reviews, and I'm honestly relieved I never let them touch my bike. Here's what you should know: The staff is dismissive and disrespectful. When I checked in the very next day after dropping off my Ducati, the shop manager snapped back with, "You only dropped it off a day ago." That kind of attitude says it all. After 4 days, I was told they had a lot of "recalls" come in so it would be another 4 or 5 days, and there were two more bikes ahead of mine. Had I not reached out, my bike would have just sat there, and who knows how many other recalls would have come in? I guess "recalls" are the equivalent of "dog ate my homework". The reviews repeatedly point out that their work is hit or miss. In other words, you might not only get treated poorly, you MIGHT also get shoddy work done on your motorcycle. The positive reviews? I can't say for sure, who wrote them sine employees and family can also add reviews. I am not saying they did but, who knows? Be aware. Even their responses to criticism show the same arrogance. One answer to a customer complaint was, "It's Westchester, so it's expensive." Let's be clear: Hudson Valley Motorcycles is in Ossining. Ossining is not Scarsdale, it's not Bronxville, and it's certainly not some high-end part of Westchester that justifies inflated prices. This shop is only seven minutes from my house, but I would never step foot in there again. I'd rather drive an hour to a shop that respects customers and stands by their work. If you want to know how you will be treated for service, watch the Seinfeld episode of "Soup Nazi"! NO SERVICE FOR YOU! Bottom line: If you value your motorcycle, your wallet, and your dignity, stay far away from Hudson Valley Motorcycles.

TLDR: Heroic makes a good suit, but their post purchase product support is better than any company…read moreI've ever seen in any industry. I discovered Heroic online after realizing one of the major items holding back my motorcycle riding was the poor fit of my motorcycle gear. If it was properly sized in one place it was off in another, and I was tired of trying to make compromises. I'd never heard of the brand (they're still unknown out west mostly) but came up in searches. After researching the brand and seeing a solid reputation I decided they were who I wanted to do my suit. I'll jump forward and say after receiving the suit my support has been amazing. I have spoken with Todd, the owner, a number of times. A few issues came up (a seam on my gloves I wanted reinforced, the 'grip pad' on the inner knee getting beaten up by my StompGrip) and he had ready solutions at hand. Then I ended up in New York and ran by the shop -- this was an amazing experience. He did all my measurements himself to update my sheet and make sure they were done right, and we went over my suit together to check the fit and see if there was anything else he might want to adjust. Once riding season is over, I'm sending the suit in for a polish pass. That polish pass isn't needed, the suit is great, but I'm looking forward to every improvement he can make on the already great fit. The downsides: When I ordered the suit business was super busy. I had a fairly specific/unique design in mind and it took a while for the two of us to get on the same page. This was frustrating but ended up working out and now that I have my suit I understand how much attention he pays to making sure his existing customers are able to keep riding. My recommendation: Heroic is amazing, hands down. I'd highly advise that you head to his shop, if possible, if you're getting a suit. He knows how he wants the measurements done and hashing design details out in person is far faster than via e-mail. Even if you do it all online though, the resulting product is still top notch.

It's lights years ahead of my old helmet. The stability it gives you when riding at highway speeds its simply beyond amazing. The fit and comfort this helmet gives you is unlike anything else. My old helmet gave a huge amount of buffeting so much so that the road would become blurry. The entire crew is just simply amazing and they need to get credit for their great effort.
