One bathroom was occupied and the other was locked, despite a sign saying the restrooms were unlocked. Several of us were simply waiting while someone went inside to ask for a key. An older man came out and immediately spoke to me in an angry, confrontational way. I walked away rather than engage. When I returned because it appeared someone was getting the key, he confronted me again, demanded to know what I wanted, and then told me he owned the bathroom and I could go somewhere else. A second man came out, asked what happened, and then repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain. His only response was that the first man was 84 years old. Being elderly or hard of hearing may explain a misunderstanding. It doesn't excuse treating a paying customer with hostility, and it doesn't excuse another employee refusing to even listen to what happened. An incredibly uncomfortable experience over something as simple as trying to use a restroom. We won't be stopping here again.

The shop at Platinum is seperate from the service room, which is bright and clean and always filled with friendly, happy faces. Customers, myself included, feel welcome and well cared for. They take good care of the people as well as the cars. Everything is always explained in common terms so that the repairs make sense. They go out of their way to make sure the job is done well and that the customer leaves feeling safe and treated fairly.
