Everyone usually puts their weights back exactly where they belong. The equipment is well maintained because I run into few broken machines. The locker rooms are often spotless, too, and they have self-programmable lockers near the turf area in case people forget their locks, which is good because I forget my lock sometimes. The showers consistently have hot water, and the sauna is a comfortable temperature. The front desk and office staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The only negative is that sometimes music laced with profanity plays, and I prefer artists who do not curse.

I was a few minutes late because I didn't realize that Apple Maps took me to a different address than the one on the Cyclebar website. Maria helped me clip in and adjust the bike so that I could join the rest of the class. I already had shoes, but if you don't they have shoes available to rent. I tried the classic ride with Tara, it was so much fun! I loved that they incorporated some upper body workout with weights. Tara was so much fun the 45 min ride really flew by. They have water and towels available which really came in handy as I was not prepared with one. After the ride they had a booth for Yoga6 and Home Long Island - Maria's own brand. There were so many cute items but I HAD to purchase the wine glass! Perfect to unwind after a great cycle class!

Lots of vines, roots, and rocks here. On my GPS trail maps, it says this trail has an elevation of 1000ft. Probably true because going downhill was speedy, loopy, and fun. Make sure you have your helmet, safety first! Overton is quite popular and it's also close to the Glacier trail, so do both if you can. Go and enjoy!!

The instructors (Tattiana and Giovanna in particular) are warm, welcoming and super professional, no matter what walk of life you're coming from you'll feel comfortable. Classes are small, I would say average 7 people, but most times less, which allows you to get more individual attention. The barre classes are really what I love about Gold Coast. I was a little intimidated going into the first one, having no dance background and little pilates background. But it was nothing to be intimidated by. Don't get me wrong its hard work and you definitely feel the burn but its totally do able. Within the first two weeks I started to feel changes as far as muscle; I haven't lost any weight from it yet (a little over a month in) but I definitely feel a lot stronger and can do the moves for a lot longer. Pilates studios in general tend to be a little expensive but they offer packages that make it a little easier on your wallet. They also offer a package of 3 classes for $30 for new members which I would totally recommend to try the classes out. You have to go more then just once to give it a fair chance!

The studio is also bright and clean and I was welcomed in by the owner who was friendly and helpful. While other studios let you take reformer class barefoot, they are very strict about their sock policy. My first class I came without since other studios I've never been to a studio with this requirement. Be sure to come prepared with your own or to purchase at the front desk.

My favorite part is the HIIT Zone which includes all sorts of equipment to spice a workout up including punching bags, sleds, and TRX bands. Any piece of equipment you need, they have! Also, I dont ever have to wait for any equipment. There is plenty to choose from. Never have I had to wait on a line either for this gym, like others that reach capacity! My biggest worry when going back to the gym was the cleanliness but rest assured this Crunch has a sanitizer going around any time I am there! All parts of the gym are kept cleaned including the bathroom. Crunch has done a great job making sure all members are masked and complying to rules. P.S. If you get a chance to try those hydro massage beds, do it They're a savior after a workout!
