Everyone usually puts their weights back exactly where they belong. The equipment is well maintained because I run into few broken machines. The locker rooms are often spotless, too, and they have self-programmable lockers near the turf area in case people forget their locks, which is good because I forget my lock sometimes. The showers consistently have hot water, and the sauna is a comfortable temperature. The front desk and office staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The only negative is that sometimes music laced with profanity plays, and I prefer artists who do not curse.

Everyone is so kind and energetic, and coming in for workouts here is both fun and satisfying (as long as as you like getting your butt kicked during your workout). I never leave this place with regret. It always feels great knowing that I have dedicated time to better myself.

Instructors are all friendly and helpful if you need extra attention. They ensure everyone knows what's going on before going onto the next move. Wednesday intro classes get pretty packed so I Saturday and Sunday intro classes are the way to go for anyone just starting out! I was a little worried about being able to keep up. I tried a ride during their soft opening and was so blown away with how amazing the whole staff was. I was a few minutes late because I didn't realize that Apple Maps took me to a different address than the one on the Cyclebar website. Maria helped me clip in and adjust the bike so that I could join the rest of the class. I already had shoes, but if you don't they have shoes available to rent. I tried the classic ride with Tara, it was so much fun! I loved that they incorporated some upper body workout with weights. Tara was so much fun the 45 min ride really flew by. They have water and towels available which really came in handy as I was not prepared with one. After the ride they had a booth for Yoga6 and Home Long Island - Maria's own brand. There were so many cute items but I HAD to purchase the wine glass! Perfect to unwind after a great cycle class!
