I've been giving this place a quizzical sideeye for a while now but a trusted advisor and yelper's review steered me over there. Let's be clear, attempting to watch your diet here is pointless. They have scoopable cheesecake. Come on now. And that scoopable cheesecake is delicious, though too rich for me to even finish a small cup. I thought the Philly was respectable though it was no Philly's Best and the fries were also still good even doing carryout which can be kind of a wash sometimes. I do have to minus them a star for not remembering the cheese sauce I ordered and paid for to go with the fries and tragically they were out of mac and cheese bites for the kiddies (it was later when I ordered). I will say the sandwich didn't give me the raging indigestion that Philly's Best does but sometimes you just have to go there... I'd scoop myself up another gut-bomb here anytime. They also deliver. Pro-tip for Philly purists and mayo haters - they do put some kind of mayo/secret sauce on these so remember to just say no. I at least always ask if there's mayo on a sandwich because I have been burned one too many times. read more

I have ordered from this restaurant many times and while I must admit the food is good...it seems the staff is unable to make an order the way that it is ordered. Every time I have gone in my order is wrong and I always have to just settle because I've made it home by the time I found out it was wrong. Well I ordered most recently and ordered a chicken philly and fries with delivery and once it was delivered I opened my order and the sandwich was beef (I don't eat beef so I couldn't settle for a wrong order) I called back and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because their delivery driver had left for the night and if I wanted it right I had to come to get the right item. I was baby sitting and couldn't leave right away so I ate the fries because I was really hungry. Well I went to the restaurant to return the sandwich for the right one - I asked as a good faith since I had been so inconvenienced if they would include more fries and they told me no which I felt was horrible customer service because I had previously paid for delivery on an order that wasn't right and mind you they know me by name in this place. With the horrible customer service and the way I was treated especially while at least visiting this place once a week in the past...I will never support this business again. read more

Now, it's not a super fancy restaurant but it's very good for the price and for the area! The cheesecake is good, the cheesesteak is good, and oh my goodness the fries!! I have no idea what kind of seasoning is on their fries but it is the best. Tried this place a couple weeks ago after always passing it on the street and this restaurant is a GEM!! Not only is the food amazing but the staff is soo nice! They helped us pick the perfect cheesecake four our tastebuds. We sampled so many and they were allllll sooooooo gooooodd!!! The cheesesteaks were well seasoned with the perfect amount of cheese. And the macaroni bites those were just sooo good. You need to try them!! The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because I've only been there once and have only tried a few items. Great Cheesesteak!!!! It was well seasoned and steak was tender. I loved the toppings on the deluxe!!! I also had fries which were also well seasoned. All together good food. I was however somewhat surprised/annoyed at the fact that they didn't have cheesecake!!! The lady who took my order didn't even bother to explain and or apologize for the lack there of. I'd been meaning to try this place out for quite some time and finally went in on a Saturday. I ordered a philly cheese steak and a deluxe chicken cheese steak with fries to go. The service was nice and friendly but unfortunately we did not like the food. The cheese steak was way too salty and greasy for my taste. The rolls are nice and soft but I would think the sandwiches should be served on fresh crusty french bread. The chicken cheese steak was drowning in mayo so we couldn't eat it either. We only ate the fries which were basic. We didn't try the cheesecake but I may actually go back just to try the desserts. As for the sandwiches I won't be having those again. read more

Oh my Gosh!!! This is sooooo good! My husband likes the Phili steak but I am obsessed with the Philli veggie which is vegetarian and so delicious. It has grilled onions mushrooms green peppers all grilled up with melted cheese in it! I always have them add jalapeños to kick u the heat! Seasoned fries are so good. Very yummy and unique cheesesteaks! The menu was a little overwhelming, but the staff was knowledgeable and willing to help! I didn't like that in our group of three our orders came up at least 6-7 mins a part. It made it weird for the first person who got their food to wait for the last person to get their food which took about 12 mins even though we had placed it all on one order. Unbelievable cheesesteaks. I've worked within a mile of this place for the last 12 years, and had never heard of it. So glad we've finally discovered it. The fries were ok, but nothing special. Can't wait to go back! My cheesesteak was awesome! The bread was warmed so it was soft. The kids had chicken fingers and they were big pieces of real chicken. Right when we walked in, my boyfriend and I were offered a sample of the house made cheesecake (it was amazing) The cashier greeted us with a smile and took our order. The food was fresh and tasty! You would imagine a Philly cheesesteak would be super greasy. This wasn't that at all. The bread on on the sandwich was soft and didn't fall apart. I recommend the #4! Service was good. Place was dirty but it was a pretty cool looking spot. Can write on the walls. I tried the cheesecake, it was ok. It's cheesecake filling in a cup with crumbs on the bottom. That's about it. Too thick, maybe if they put a layer of crumbs in between it would be better. The philly was honestly really salty which was a big let down. I'm giving them a 3 star only because customer service... I placed an order and they said 20 minutes and when I actually got there, it was another 15 minutes and all I ordered was 2 chicken sandwich's. It was BOMB! Don't get me wrong but they just take FOREVER. And when I finally got my order, it was wrong. Then, when you try to address the issue to the young lady in front, she seems to catch attitude.
