The mint malt was missing the extra malt on top THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR, but was tasty and satisfying despite being somewhat melted. Interesting bit of carelessness on their part: someone's two-day-old Old National bank receipt was in the bag as well. Service was pretty quick, there wasn't anyone in line when we went. There was a little bit of a wait but nothing unreasonable. Me and my husband love coming here because of the ice cream but every time we come back the service gets worse and worse. Today we went through the drive through and it took almost 20 minutes for just three items but once we got home, my husband got the strawberry shortcake sundae but they only had cake on the end bits when they normally give u the whole cake. I recommend going inside to order if it's your first time as the drive thru menu is very distracting/hard to read and the audisystem it's near impossible to hear clearly what's being said. I ordered the strawberry shortcake sundae and it was delicious actual pound cake slide and fresh strawberries topped with vanilla ice cream and nuts. You pretty much cannot go wrong with any of the ice cream related treats from this place. The soft serve is always extremely delicious. The food is pretty great too, waffle fries and a hot dog are definitely the way to go! Or the pizza puff for sure! I also absolutely love the onion rings. Only complaints I really have is that at times the service is awful.
