Oleg and Zack are AWESOME to work with, no pressure, no lies and work with you to get you into the car you want and can afford and they keep in constant contact with you throughout and AFTER you buy a car from them. They make buying a car easy and with no stress and take care of the financing, registration and paperwork. Thanks again Oleg and Zack. I love the challenger!

I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

Afterward, I learned from Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston that my issue was connected to a recall and that the repair would be covered at no charge by Toyota. When I informed Foreign Motors, I was told that my car was moved to their other location but not to worry because they had a friend at Toyota who would handle getting the recall work done once they towed the car there. Later, when I contacted Toyota directly to confirm whether my car had arrived, the owner of Foreign Motors became upset and told me I needed to trust him and that I was damaging his relationship with his contact at Toyota. This left me with the impression that they may have initially been attempting to repair the issue themselves and charge me for work that ultimately should have been covered under the recall, although I cannot say that for certain. The entire experience left me uncomfortable and concerned about transparency and communication. To be fair, they did help coordinate getting the car to Toyota, but based on my experience, I would encourage customers to independently verify recall coverage and repair details directly with the dealership before agreeing to major repair costs.

They attempted to overcharge me at every turn, and when confronted with facts they were insulting, demeaning, rude and dishonest. I wouldn't tell an enemy to visit this place. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

At that time, we were told everything was fine and there were no issues. Now, at 92,000 miles, the issue is back, and Audi USA refuses to offer any accommodations or stand behind a well-documented manufacturing defect. Beyond the corporate failure, the customer service at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline is completely unacceptable. Because I travel extensively for work, my wife has had to handle this ordeal alone while visibly weak from ongoing cancer treatments. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or professional courtesy, the service manager and advisors have demonstrated zero communication skills. When you are in a sales or customer service position, common courtesy dictates that you make eye contact with the person in front of you. The staff here needs to learn how to get off their computers and actually look at the person they are talking to. They didn't really listen to anything my wife had to say, dismissed her questions about the issue with the car, choosing instead to brush her off with one-sentence canned phrases. When she finally asked for physical paperwork, they just dismissively asked, "Don't you have access to the app?" Treating a customer with such blatant disregard--especially someone clearly dealing with health challenges--is disgraceful. #AudiUSA needs to stand behind their known issues, and the management team at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline needs immediate customer service and communication training. We expected far better from a luxury brand.
