I have read many of the reviews for this car wash before visiting there last weekend. I had such a positive experience with my car wash, that I returned with two more of my family's vehicles to have them washed here as well (construction at our home has kept us from washing them at home). Two of my cars have sports racks on top, and the Car Spa staff were able to clean the roofs to my satisfaction. I found the staff to be helpful, friendly and informative. They did a thorough job on cleaning, and the wait time seemed reasonable. On one car, I asked for an upholstery cleaning, and on another vehicle they recommended cleaning the haze on my headlight lenses. In both cases, the work was very good and exceeded my expectations. Don't let the negative comments of a few picky people discourage you from supporting this business. read more

I thought it was a good deal. Went for morning special and paid extra for my Matts to be cleaned. They sprayed fragrance on my back black leather seats..dripping and oily..I had to use my shirt to wipe it off since they were all too busy to flag down..it kinda went away..then when I got home I opened my trunk and saw they didn't even vacuum my trunk?? I guess you get what you pay for? lol I hope if I pay full price I'll get a better experience next time. Horrible service. Took our car to get a full detail for $150 which took 3hrs. We left the car there and upon returning the car would not start and the gas light came on. Once we were able to get it to start, we noticed that the car most likely had been left on the entire time with the AC on. Upon bringing this to the managers attention, he proceeded to speak to my wife like she was stupid and told us he didn't care how much we spent on the detail and we must have brought the car in that way. Instead of resolving the matter, they became rude and combative. What business owner allows their employees to the tell the customers that they don't care how much they spent? Especially in these times?! They handled it completely wrong and we will never give them business again. Buyer beware. read more

The owner doesn't car at all and the employees are just as bad. For $25 dollars, my windows weren't clean, didn't vacuum and didn't even touch the wheels. Please, do not support this car wash. This used to he my go-to car spa since it was so close to my house. The reason I stopped coming is because one of their staff and the owner lied to my mom & I about something that happened to my car. After the wash, their employee parked my car waaay over the divider block that was in their lot. Because my car is low, it completely scraped the bottom. When they gave me my keys, I backed up to leave and a part of the bottom of my car BROKE OFF. I complained to the employee who then brought out the owner, to tell him that I was the one that parked the car that way and I caused the damage myself. I wish I still had the picture to show how bad it was. No apologies, no refund, no offer to take it to a shop to fix it. They pushed the plastic back under the car and just called it good as new, when it was clearly cracked and needed a repair. I stayed there and argued but there was really nothing I could do about it at that time. I would have even appreciated an honest apology, but I got nothing. Please, for your sake and for your car's sake, just take it through an express wash (or anywhere else). read more

I have been going to Cypress Car Wash for probably over a year at this point. The washes are okay, but honestly with an off-roading vehicle that constantly has dogs (two German shepherds, mind you) in it, I already knew the job was probably more difficult than most. I now, however, will never take my car back. I have now had two objects "missing" after the wash. The first item was a tool to take out the dog hair. I handed it directly to the owner and told him he was more than welcome to use it. Of course, afterwards, it was gone. I honestly did not put two and two together and didn't think about it going missing at Cypress Car Wash until months later. One thing missing? Okay, perhaps it was an accident. I now know it was not a mistake based on my second missing item. I had a patch that was velcroed on to my carpet. It wasn't expensive by any means but it was a gift and more importantly it was mine. I realized it was gone 4 minutes after they closed on 2/19. I tried calling but to no avail. I called again at 9:50 am the next today, 2/20, and before I could even say "hello", I was told "hold please". Although I was not put on a hold, the phone was just lowered. I could hear the conversation. After about 3 minutes of this I decided to just drive down. I'm close enough, it's not a big deal. When I arrived, the front desk lady who put me on "hold" was on her personal cellphone speaking to what sounded like a friend. She immediately said "I can't help you, talk to them outside". So I did. First it seemed like they could not answer my question because it was asked in English. Probably surprisingly to them, I asked again in Spanish. By the time I had spoken to 3 different workers (1 of which actually cleaned my car) it was clear it was a very "I saw nothing" and "I don't know anything"situation. They were at least helpful telling me that the owner would be back at 12. Walking back to my car, the front desk lady again stopped me to tell me today is "not a good time" and that maybe "try again tomorrow". After saying that I've already been told the owner will be back at noon, she said, "... try then ok maybe". I've decided that regardless of what I say or do to this wash, nothing will change. The owner was my first point of contact with both items missing. Instead I'll just warn other people to watch their items closely and avoid this place all together. read more

I would pretty disappointed in the quality of service I received here. I had just come back from the beach so my car was pretty sandy. After further inspection once I got home, I noticed there was still tons of sand. The car was still pretty dirty from the inside. Outside, they had done a great job, but from the inside I was pretty disappointed. Why else would I go to a car wash if I could just do what they did at home? I even saw one guy start cleaning his own car with the rags at the car wash because some parts were left dirty. It was a negative experience and the car was only cleaned about 60%. I don't think I'll be returning back here. read more

I know this place gets some bad reviews but I've been here 2 times now and both times I left in a beautifully clean car! They even went the extra mile and hand cleaned my convertible soft top! I always go to the early bird special and they never try to pressure me into buying something else or up sell me, they people that work there are super friendly and the little waiting room has lots of fun snacks and plenty of places to sit while you wait on the wash to be done :) all in all I can say cypress car spa deserves all five stars read more

I initially came here for their $12.95 special. When I asked for it they said that it was only on weekdays. I was bummed but the guy I was working with told me he would give me a discount on one of the $60 services he has. Usually I don't pay more than $20 but it was a great discount so I went ahead and said yes. I asked him how long it would take to fully detail and wax my car and he said 40 minuets. A little under 20 minuets go by and they are done. I was completely perplexed wondering what the hell did I pay for when all it looked like was a basic car wash. Going back into my car I felt gypped and as I was about to drive off I looked at my back seat and saw all the dog hairs that was on my seat was not vacuumed. This time I was furious. I went back in side and asked if I could just vacuum the car myself and I happen to talk to the manager. Ok. by now you're probably wondering how is this a 5 star review. Well the manager/owner came to the rescue. He spoke with the worker who gave me the discount and it all boiled down to a misunderstanding. He himself ended up buffing and waxing my car-- to the point where it was all smooth and dirt free and didn't even take my tip when I offered it to him. I'm giving this a 5 star review because yes people make mistakes or there are misunderstandings-- it's hard to get everything 100% right-- but it really depends on how management fixes things and to me he did a great job fixing what would of been a 1 star review. read more

They do a very poor job and I always have to ask them to clean something and I only go when I absolutely have no choice because I've been going here for a few years and I have a Kia Niro which is not a truck it's very small suv type like a car and I pay more and get a crappy job every time I go, I even try to give them chance after chance and it's never done right. I gave this place 2 chances and got the same results they leave your car looking like it just got hosed down, they do a HORRIBLE job vacuuming the workers pretended they didn't understand me when I told them they didn't vacuum in Spanish all they said was oh and vacuumed with an attitude. You have been warned. This place somehow caused a 10 in crack in my front windshield claiming they has nothing to do with it. On top of which they did a poor job of cleaning the car. Seats still had crumbs, floors were still dirty and the car had water spots. This is how I know they damaged my car. 1. If the crack was there they would have made notice of it before washing the car 2. They hid my car from view for 15 minutes before bringing it to the dry location and parked it out of my sight. I hope the owner reads this post. My insurance WILL collect the money owed to replace my windshield and my deductible u will owe me. To everyone else, do not take your car to this place. I came in one early Saturday morning and the place wasn't too busy. I brought a book to read and chilled inside their snack room where I bought hot coffee. Waiting for my Venza to get its well-deserved beauty treatment felt like it took forever. I waited over an hour! Each time I go to this carwash for $50 detail work, I always feel awfully sorry for the person who'll be doing the inside job. Feeling embarrassed, I can't even look the ticket writing guy who usually sells me the car wash straight in the eye. Handing my key over to him, I then walk that long walk of shame to the cash register to pay for the detailing services. I know they will have to really work hard to move the cumbersome double stroller out of the trunk, as well as remove the 2 bulky car seats just get the grossness out that my kids leave in the backseat. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old, so just imagine what a disgusting mess it can be! Stale Cheerios, half-empty water bottles, hardened McDonald's french fries, spoiled milk splatters, lost small toy parts, dirty toddler's socks, lonely quarters, teacher memos from my work...You name it, I probably have it somewhere in my back seat! My car was shiny inside and out. Floormats were washed. Dashboard and side doors had no more stray shoe marks and scuffs. He did a good job waxing the car because I noticed how long the car remained shiny even after the midweek Los Angeles drizzle. The guy cleaned who cleaned my car did a great job. read more

It is a no frills place to take your car to get a wash every once in a while. They never get that busy, so you can get in and out pretty quickly. There is some indoor seating with tables, so you can pop up your laptop while you wait. Don't think they offer WiFi though. Weird, they washed my car in front of the car wash line. Had my truck washed and all over my truck you could see smudges like someone was just in a rush giving it a quick rub down. The worst part of this whole experience was when I got inside my truck it didn't have the nice just been washed cleaned smell. It smelled like mildew. It smelled like they wiped down the interior with a dirty smelly rag. Came for a car wash and left with a dirty car. Paid for an interior cleaning as well and it looks like all they did was throw some wax on it, instead of actually wiping it down beforehand. They used so much wax or whatever it is, that it's coming off on my hands whenever I touch the steering wheel. Also pointed out to them that mirrors were still really dirty. I got an eye roll and a single wipe of a dirty rag to "clean it." Waste of money since I now have to clean up the mess they made. Won't be returning. Update - I found more scratches in my tint in the other windows. Exact same as the ones on my driver window. I happened to be deep cleaning my car and looked up at the windows to see them. I'm the only one that drives my car so I didn't notice the other windows until I took care of my own cleaning. I'm now nervous as hell to take my car to any detailing place because of the horrible treatment at Cypress Car Spa. Steer clear of this shithole. read more

Took my new car here twice. First time was near closing time and got a deluxe car wash. Looked fine except when I drove off the property, water from the mirrors dripped and got all over the door and left water stains. Today, splurged for the hand wax. My two week old car had a major scratch on the driver side door that no one seemed to own up to. The scratch is pretty easy to see so I would have seen it if it was there when I arrived. Their only remedy was to advise me to pick up touch up paint from the dealer and they will touch up the scratch. Very disappointed- if you go there, watch their every move. read more

Tried this local car wash for the first time. Worst $35.00 (included tip...yes I still tipped) I have ever spent. But I must admit I knew better than to go there. ALL of my neighbors and the some of the auto shops next to them have said to not go there for more reasons than just them not doing a good job. **LESSON LEARNED** So I had come here for a regular car wash a couple weekends ago and come to find out my rear-view camera was hanging from the back of my car. I don't usually inspect their work before I leave so I discovered it later that evening when they were closed. After reading multiple reviews on here regarding how the manager doesn't help with anything his employees damage. I took it to the dealership to get an entirely new camera which cost $600+. BEWARE before going here!! They are careless and on top of the damage, still left smeary windows and dirty spots around my car. $15 turned into $600 real quick. Should have came to yelp before choosing this car wash but I was in dire need of a clean car (because kids) and it was the closet thing to work. I got the $16.95 silver wash and it was definitely not worth the money. They missed so many spots in the car. I saw dust on the dash still and they didn't even touch the sides of my center console or in the door handle area on either side of the car. My rear passenger door was still a mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH - first time experience here was negative. This place is incredibly ridiculous. The customer service, well there is no real customer service. They have a big early bird special sign until 10 AM Monday through Friday but they still charged me the full price for the basic wash. When I asked the cashier about the special she acted like it didn't exist. I asked the cashier two or three questions about my car wash and she kept brushing me off to go talk to one of the car wash attendant. How can I do that when no one speaks a word of English? I had to go through 4 people to get any kind of customer service out there. Then they "dried" my car next to the beginning of the washer- where all the dirty water was just spraying out to the side of my car. That defeats the whole purpose of getting a damn car wash. I will NEVER come back here or recommend to anyone. When you pull up there is also a HUGE sign of a list of ten things they are not responsible for. Lol, baloney!
