They sold us a more expensive wash which we gladly paid for only to come back and find out that we were lucky to have them vacuum it. Nothing was wiped down. Not even the easy stuff. Went in to get my car washed and get some gum off of my car, specifically showed them the spot where there was gum, they told me it was tree sap and they would get it off easy. Car was returned still covered in gum, the only reason I brought it in in the first place. Poor job read more

I've only been taking my car here for a month and a half ago, and without hesitation, they're ready to help with the bugs stuck to my front end, even though it's mostly my own fault because I took like 3 days to finally bring the car in for it's badly needed wash, they rewashed (for the second time!) my car when they had zero obligation to do so! Absolutely horrible. Do not come here if you have a new car. They use brooms to wash your car and it ruins your paint with tiny visible scratches all around(some areas worse then others) It's very hard to get the paint scratches on camera, but i managed to get 1 of the heaver more visible scratches on my roof. They also don't use new/clean rags to clean the interior or the exterior of your car making the scratches worse. They left scratches on my center console display, the black pieces near my gear shift are ruined, and the clear plastic over my in dash display has HUGE scratches on the lower right side that weren't there prior. On top of that, my car had water spots on the grill, and all my windows, especially the front, had huge amounts of streaks, that I had too clean myself later that day. I will never be returning to this place, and I hope this review helps you to stay away as well. They ruined my 2019 Accord. Don't let them ruin your car. read more

My car was parked under an oak tree for a few weeks so it was pretty filthy w/ sap, dirt, etc..decided to stop here and try their exterior wash for $5.99. Not bad at all. Windows are streaked, still dead bugs and bug poop stuck on the car, inside wasn't even wiped and the guy came back out to wipe that after I complained and said wasn't sure why the girl didn't do the inside. I got the diamond wash and the inside of my car was still dusty and had scuff marks on the inside. they sprayed air freshener on my cd case and it won't come off the the side of my door that they sprayed on too. This is simply the worst car wash I have ever been to. I went there over a year ago and I swore I would never go back. Today I had decided to give them another chance. What a mistake that was. First off, they barely vacuumed my truck. Then they put it in the rack, they had one guy with a push broom quickly go over the driver side of the the truck, about 3/4 of the way through the rack another guy jumps in before the soap was rinsed off drives it out and parks it where it sat for 15 minutes in the sun drying the soap on my 4 month old paint job. I see a lady filling up an empty spray bottle with tap water and hand it to the guy that was going to finish it off. I go over to investigate and there is the guy rubbing the dirt that wasn't inititially washed off into my paint with a dirty towel. I stop him in his tracks and asked him to rerinse the baked in soap off of my truck and to wash the dirt off properly before proceeding. He returned with an attitude. I spoke to the cashier about it, he came out and told them to rewash the truck properly, they inturn started giving him attitude and reluctantly did it again. It came back out of the rack to get reparked and sat another ten minutes in the sun before anyone had started to dry my already dried by the sun and spotted up truck. The guy grabs the spray bottle of only water and starts cleaning my windows. No Windex just water. When they were finally finished my windows were worse than before I took it there. I asked the to reclean them and he walked away. I talked to the cashier once again he had came out and told him to redo the windows, another attitude and argument between them occurred and he reluctantly redid them again very poorly. Maybe because they were using tap water with dirty towels instead of glass cleaner and clean towels. When everything was said and done, my whole truck looked worse than it did before I took it in there. After almost 2 hours of being there I finally asked for my money back and took my truck to a compitant car wash down the street and it came out looking good as new. After 3 hours and 2 different car washes my truck was finally clean. I will never go back to this car wash as long as I live. Beware! read more

This place is horrible, all the rags are dirty and leave swirl marks on your car. I went earlier today on my lunch break as it is around the corner from my work. I left and noticed soap was left to dry all around my truck. I went back and they hand waxed the areas where the soap was left to dry. I left again in a rush back to work, leaving work I was going to charge my phone and my charger was missing. I had just used it in the morning. I called the Carwash and it seemed to be the manager/owner who answered, he placed me on hold and said he would go ask in the back, he came back on the line and said that the person who washed my truck said there was no cord. Which is correct because I had taken the cord down in the morning to charge my phone in the office. So how did he know there was no cord? Person who answered was really offensive and said not to go back, I absolutely will not go back. Some people with money think that they have power and 1 person not going back will not affect their business but after reading their reviews, I can see that I'm not the only person not going back. One star. Should I say more. My first and last time here. They are not sufficient and are incomplete with the job on my vehicle.

The only positive was that the massage chair inside was clean and massaged well. If only the car wash was as good. When they honked my horn and I went to get my car, I noticed they didn't do my tires. When I brought it up to the guy, he said they always forget to write it and asked for my receipt to show I paid for it. After he saw my receipt he took care of my tires. As I was driving away I realized my car didn't smell like Vanilla and they didn't clean the inside at all, except some light....very light vaccuming. When I got home I re inspected the car and realized the driver side of the car was well washed, but the passenger side was still dirty and had a lot of water spots. They literally only washed the side of the car that I walked up to and neglected the other side. I had to laugh at their job and curse myself for tipping. Go there for a good laugh on how poor of a job they was your car and a good massage chair. =) read more

If i could give no stars, i would. After spending all weekend in northern California & Pismo beach, we came home and unloaded car and went straight to car wash. When my husband brought my car home there was still markings on the seats, windows weren't clean, AND the back of my car was still full of sand! My husband went back and they would not give a refund, but a free car wash IF we kept receipt. Thats a joke. Apparently they "don't clean trunks unless it's already open for them" - will never go back. Poor poor service. My 3 year old could do a better job. read more

Really didn't experience anything the bad reviews mentioned. My car was nice and clean by the end of the wash and all of my items exactly where I left them. I got $5 off a $30 value wash so, that was nice. My windows aren't dusty like so many reviews have previously said, and the workers are extremely courteous and hard working.
