THE GOOD: Conveniently located, dropped off my truck before work and picked it up at lunch time. THE BAD: "wow" what a great job they did was my initial reaction, then I started looking at the "details". PAYED $140.00 plus tip to have it "detailed", got a $30.00 discount. "we're slow today" the attendant said and they didnt even clean the windshield right. The one dirty spot on the back seat was still there, it was obvious the seat had not even been touched. The mats were left in the truck bed and only found out when one flew off driving on Valley View, didnt notice they were not in place with the paper and plastic seat cover they threw on. Not a great place. Took my car there today. Got the Silver package. Wash and wax for $45. I am disappointed. Windows are still dirty and the dashboard still has a big area of dust. It doesn't even seem like they waxed it. This wash and wax was definitely not worth $45! read more

This place has taken a down turn. It's filthy. The little guy behind the counter has zero customer service. I came her because you can get in and out of her in 20 min. On a very slow day; I was the lone car to tend to. $12.95 and $5 tip before inspecting, and this job was so bad that I had to go home and vacuum the inside and wipe interior myself. Don't expect any tire treatment, and be prepared to find minimal effort in your interior. I will never go back. read more

I should've pay attention to the reviews. I came to this car wash today because it's the closest car wash from my house (don't usually take my car here). The outside of my car is somewhat clean and I don't think they wipe down all the interiors. I can see dust and dirt when they handed me my key. I showed the guy & he didn't care. I ended up wiping the whole interiors when I got home. Also, they asked me to pick the scent and I told the guy vanilla....my car doesn't smell vanilla at all. I don't wash my car as often as I should, but when I do, I usually come to this place. Last Sunday I wanted to get my car washed before a long road trip so I called to see what time they closed. I called at 4:00 PM, the guy told me they close at 6:00. I arrived at 5:30 to find cones lined up in front of the place you drive up to to start the wash and all the workers hanging out on the curb. I got out of my car and yelled across the parking lot and a guy who didn't speak english responded but when I insisted on getting a legitimate answer as to why they were closed a half hour earlier than they said, he got the attention of what seemed to be the manager or someone one associated with the owner of the place. (Ive seen him around multiple times.) I informed him that I had called an hour and a half prior and the person on the phone said they closed at 6:00 PM. All he had to say was that I had been misinformed. I was pretty upset and I told him that I had been disappointed in the service I have received the last few times and that I would be taking my business elsewhere and all he had to say was "Well, there you go!" Let me tell you, I will not be returning to this car wash. There are so many other places I can take my business. I am surprised this place is still open considering all the people complaining about this place. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE?! I just left this awful place because the other car wash in cypress was closed. Honestly I should of just gone home but I didn't. After paying I sat down to wait for the car. That's when I watched MY CAR coming out of the car wash with no one in the driver seat go up the curb and hit a tree\bush fall back down and go up again. I ran over there and one of the worker guys jumped in the driver seat and got it off the curb. He started laughing and parked. I was fuming at this point when I walked away to get the manager the same guy started laughing at me like it was the funniest thing ever. When I spoke to the manager he seemed upset and walked out with me, he talked to the guys and they tried to deny it. I told him that I watched the hole thing and they absolutely know what happend. When I told him that they laughed at me THE MANAGER asked, well what kind of laugh was it? I said i didn't know that there was a different kind of laugh. And that's not the point. He just said sorry and went into the office. I tried to demand a refund but he just ignored me. Attention to the people who care about your vehicles: THIS IS THE WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! EXTREMELY BAD MANAGEMENT!!! The Persian guy who prices the washes will rip you off to the best of his ability. He is rude to the staff and customers. The unexperienced non English speaking Mexican put a few scratches on my passenger side door. I was pissed but I thought no big deal I'll tell the manager and maybe he can comp me or have it fixed. BUT NO, once the short persian or indian owner came out the fist thing out of his mouth was "This did not happen here". I said, "Can you look at the damage 1st before you say that". The owner then looked at the scratches and continued to insist it did not happen at his car wash and it is impossible for his staff to scratch my car. Dropped the Tahoe off here for a much needed bath. On the plus side, there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance, so you can multi task. On the con side: they do a shitty job on your car. They wash where you can see, but not places like the roof. Hubby discovered this, as he was going to wax my car, and much to his dismay couldn't because of the layer of grime on the roof. This car spa is amazing. Our car is sparking clean. They did an amazing job. If you need a nice car wash or detailing they are the best.

These guys have junk service, do a terrible job, and if there's even the slightest chance of rain, they won't open that day. I find myself making up where they've come up short. Spots of untreated surfaces on my dash, haze left on the inside of my windshield (meaning they didn't clean it), windows have streaks, and water spots all over my car, and instead of throwing away any trash in my car, they put it on my seats or just leave it where they found it. Save your $8 and take it somewhere that will do ten times better for just a few bucks more. read more

Unfortunately it's the only car wash within walking distance from my work so I am forced to this location for the time being. I wanted to try out this place for the first time. Pricing was low but when they finished I checked my car for the result. I end up becoming a ticking time bomb. My car wasnt fully clean. There were still dirt on my car doors. I showed the guy that there were still dirt on my car he had a body language like I dont care or I dont want to work. I just went to this place and got the platinum wash. Let me tell you this was not even close to a wash. there was multiple spots of dirt all over the car and they DIDN'T EVEN WASH MY ROOF!!! i have a large SUV so i paid extra for them to wash my car, and when i got home i noticed all the spots so i checked the roof! Completely dirty like they didn't even run their wash clothes over it! Came in w/ a new car to get washed (interior & exterior). Came out with a ton of scratches in the interior and some on the exterior. Its like I paid for someone to scratch my car and do a pretty crummy job cleaning both interior & exterior. Talked to the manager about it. He just wanted to argue and not take blame for any of it. I explained objectively that there are scratches on the interior that weren't previously there and he (manager) replied saying they don't clean that area (shift handle & dashboard). How does that make sense when you pay for the interior to be cleaned? I would of appreciated an apology for their mistake given he is a manager to say the least and of course that wasn't done. Anyway, I don't recommend anyone to go there & definitely not coming back. read more

Worst car wash ever!!!! They cracked my window the first time I came here!!!! Unfortunately didn't notice until I got back to work (was on lunch break I literally work a block away from this car wash) and didn't have time to take it back. The next day I went back and accused them of the damage.. Totally blamed it on me, said it was not them!!! Of coarse and hassled me for a refund. One of the guys finally gave in and the idiot had the nerve to tell me " so if I give you your refund , you won't return right " ??? OMG duh!!! why the heck will I want to return to a carwash that cracks windows??? BTW he also told me go on yelp read all the good reviews for his business!!! Avoid! There are very few employees there that even know what they're doing (if any at all)! I've given them at least eight chances to do a decent job on my vehicle, and they failed every time. They always leave streaks on the Windows, paint and chrome. Today was the last straw. They didn't even attempt to clean the inside of my windshield. After I came back, and then try to clean it, they attempted to also clean the outside of my windshield without spraying any solution, again, lots of Streaks! read more

Such crappy quality of a car wash. Crumbs and hair everywhere in the cracks. No extra attention taken whatsoever. Get you in an out is the focus. Fingerprints were left on my windows... the cup holders weren't cleaned. On other occasions I've had to drive it back around to show the manager or owner.. requested a refund.. instead.. he sends it back through again.. and nothing changed. I couldn't wait another 30 mins.. so he says bring it back next time for free. Yeah.. ok! I come back next time.. dude pretends like he never said that nor does he remember. I came to get my car washed and hand washed. When I came to pick up the car I found that the car was not vacuumed in the back trunk area or in the front driver seat. I ran my fingers over the interior to show the people that they had not cleaned the interior and my finger came back black with dust!! I paid $60 to have the work done and should have come to a nicely cleaned car. I also never got the air freshener put in my car. When I complained the boss told me her would re do the car and clean the interior with amoral but that was after much discussion about what the car washes responsibility is when they charge a customer for such a job. I was not promised armoral originally but at minimum I should have had the car wiped down in the interior. The car wash re did my car and did the interior with armoral but when it was almost complete the man who sold me the original work came and yelled at me telling me that the car wash I paid for didn't include armoral... I told him that the boss upgraded me the armoral because they did a crappy job and they should have at minimum wiped the interior. He continued to yell at me. As a customer I should never be yelled at by an employee for a terrible job done by their employees, this was horrible customer service as well as general work on my vehicle by this company and I will NEVER come back nor will I ever give them a good review or tell anyone anything good about this company. So, like I stated in my prior review, I went in the next day (today), guns blazing, demanding a touch up. I called them in the morning and half way flew off the handle explaining all of the things that I found that were still dirty with my car. Expecting to face a hassle (like a lot of reviewers on here stated), he actually just asked me when I could bring my car in. I told him after work. Around 5:30 I strolled on in there and a different manager was working than was there yesterday. I pulled up my car and before he could say anything, I completely word-vomited aaallllll over him about my experience yesterday and who I talked to on the phone this morning and all of the things I found and why I was frustrated. He just looked at me (with big green-blue eyes, might I add), smiled, and said "don't worry, we'll fix everything." I grabbed my stuff from my car (given I came STRAIGHT from work), and sat in the waiting room. It was nice that he didn't ask me for a receipt or proof or put up a fight or anything. However, it took a turn for the worst inside of the waiting room area. The other manager from the other day ago was inside and told me that the water spots I saw on my car were permanently engrained and there is no way to remove them. Apparently water from sprinklers stains your windows and they can't be taken off easily. ....excuse me?? So I combated his statement with one of my own saying "Oh really? Because when I wash my own car, I seem to be able to wash it without having water marks stay on my car. So how does that work then? If you're saying these marks weren't caused by you guys?" He literally gave me that "I cannot believe she is really putting up an argument over my dumb statement" look. IDIOT! So then Saro (Mr. green-blue eyes from earlier) comes over to my table. It was kind of like a 1-2 punch, good cop-bad cop routine. So he comes over and says that they'll wash my car, no problem. He asked how much I paid before and I told him. Then he goes "How about this. We'll wash and wax your car today - $20.00." I went OFF - I told him why would I want to give them MORE money when I've already had a bad experience the first time to have yet ANOTHER bad experience?! He looked at me again, patted me on the back, and said "We'll take care of you." Did I mention I had a really big headache at the time?? So, I saw my car out of the corner of my eye, went outside, and sat in the closest chair possible - stalking the person who was cleaning my car. In the process of waiting, Saro came out and asked how I was doing and if I wanted anything to drink (water or soda). I thanked him but declined his offer. However, I thought it was really nice that they were trying to make me as comfortable as possible while I waited. The guy cleaning my car gestures me over, letting me know my car is done. I take my keys and tell him "Hold on - I'm going to look over my car this time before I leave." I literally walked all around my entire car, pointing out COUNTLESS flaws and things that were still dirty (like water marks or bird poop spots on the doors/trunk/front/roof). After about 5 mins, another guy came over to help out. Then Saro came out to see the progress. I finally gave the okay for my car and thanked Saro for the good customer service that he provided when I was clearly upset. The only reason I upped this place 2 more stars is: (1) The effort the guy went through, following me around my car, as I pointed out everything I noticed that was still dirty. (2) The very helpful, 6'3, easy on the eyes Saro!! Those eyes can mesmerize ANYONE to shell out an additional star for this place!!! read more

Good value car wash but beware if you have a keyless ignition. I left my key fob in the cup holder and when I was honked at to let me know my car was ready, I tipped the guy $5 and asked if my key was there - pointing to the cup holder. He nodded and I left. When I parked the car I couldn't lock it and remembered I left my key in the cup holder. But it wasn't there. I searched for the key under the seats, on the seats, in the center console, on the dash, under the floor mats. Couldn't find it. I phoned the business and the cashier said to check under the seat so I once again looked under both seats. I asked the cashier to ask the car wash guy. He came back to the phone and asked me if I was driving and I was not. He said to check the windshield wiper. My key was outside by the windshield wiper. I had driven about two miles. This place used to be a good car wash. Haven't been for a while because I moved, but I decided to go today. HORRIBLE. Granted, my truck is black, but you can see every single swirl of the towel on the entire truck. I watched the guy put the wet, soapy mats back into the truck on the newly vacuumed carpet. Inside of windows don't even look like they were cleaned. I love that this is a hand wash service and the quality of job for the $$ is spot on. The owner seems to always be there and while you don't get the smile you may get at another family owned shop they seem like they are honest. I have referred a few to this spot as it's in a good location and nice shade to sit in if that's what you want to do while you wait. I personally like that it's near a nice neighborhood that I walk through while I wait. read more

I have been going here for around a year. The wash has always just been ok, but not bad enough for me not to return due to the convenient location. However after my most recent visit, items that were in the back of my vehicle were missing. I called to inquire if they happened to have them after I noticed they were missing and was greeted by a very unpleasant and unhelpful employee. I was advised they didn't have them and I must be wrong that they were in the vehicle in the first place. Super unimpressed with the level of customer service. I won't be back. read more

First time at this car wash and I'll never be going back. When I pulled in the employee asked me what I wanted done and I told him, "outside washes and inside vacuumed and cleaned." He asked if I wanted my wheels cleaned and shined and I answered yes to that too. The cost was $24.99 which seemed high to me but I figured since if they did a really good job then it was worth it. That was not the case in the slightest. After the 15 minutes it took to "wash" my truck I was flagged down that it was done. I watched them wipe down my truck so I noticed that they didn't vacuum the inside at all, nor did they wash or shine my wheels. When I asked why it wasn't vacuumed the employee that worked hard cleaning the outside flagged down the employee that I initially made contact with. When I asked him why the inside of my truck wasn't vacuumed he told me, "you need to pay extra for that." You can imagine my confusion. I just got back from a camping trip with my dog so his hair was all over the inside of my truck(hints why I wanted it vacuumed). After questioning him why a car wash business wouldn't vacuum the dog hair out of me vehicle(when I specifically paid for that) he continued to get defensive and tell me I needed to pay extra. I decided I was done listening to his nonsense and found the manager. I explained the situation and he simply apologized and had the work done properly. All in all, the lack of professionalism and simply bad business is just a joke. If the work hadn't been done and we were simply able to talk it out and make sure it got done, then awesome. My experience being the complete opposite is unfortunate for the employees that are actually working hard. I guess that's why this place has a 2* overall rating. read more

Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I got my car back with an even bigger crack on my windshield. I asked the owner if there was anything he could do about it, and with an attitude, he said there was nothing he could do and that it wasn't their fault. (I will post pictures) I understood that, but at the same time, why couldn't they tell me that the crack got worse, out of common courtesy? This car wash is by far the worst car wash I have ever been too. First thing that happens when I pull up is the guy trying to sell me on a clay bar wash. Guy cleans part of my hood and pours water on it, expecting me to be surprised when I've seen that happen from a simple wax job! However to humor the guy I ask how much and he says $100 ... lol I then tell him I wanted the gold wash. 45 mins later it's done but there are water spots all over my windshield, on my hood, water dripping down both sides of my car, NOT TO MENTION THEY DIDNT EVEN WIPE DOWN ANYYYY OF THE INTERIOR. My dash was still full of dust, not even touched. I literally grabbed the towels they left on my hood and finished my car cuz they do not know how apparently. WORST CAR WAS EVER!! $17 + $2 and the 2 was for an oversized charge... I have a Jeep Cherokee. There are so many options, screw this place go somewhere else!! -1 star read more

This was the worst car wash I've been to, I just needed a vacuum on the inside and the owner started telling me that it's better to get the car wash deal. That would be fine if it wasn't going to rain the next day, he insisted that the weather people knew "nothing" and they always get it wrong. I kept saying no but a few moments later I was pulling out my wallet to pay the ridiculous amount. In the middle of the "wash" (which is just a rinse), it started to rain... at this point I just wanted to take the car how it is and leave. I did not pay for tire dressing and the guy cleaning the car realized it after dressing the first tire. Instead of just dressing the other 3 tires (which would have taken him less than 5 minutes) he drives around the lot for some reason. Not sure what he was thinking but it did not help...it just made me think he was trying get away with something. Then, he comes back to the same spot and honks the horn to signify that he is done. I asked him why one tire had dressing and his response was "maybe you did not want tire dressing." He proceeds to wipe the wheel which has nothing to do with the tires. Now I have to drive around with one tire cleaner than the rest which makes my car look like it needs a wash. read more
