You get what you pay for. First the guy left my car door open and my AC on full past as he waited to pull it into the wash. I walked over and turned it off. Then they finished my car and were too lazy to flag me down because I was sitting inside. I had to find someone and ask about my car when I saw it just sitting there. Then they couldn't find my key. First time using this service. After what I experienced, I do not trust this company with my car ever again. I usually wash my car at the Brookhurst spot. The interior clean option cost $100, and I asked for this service minus the trunk space. That space wasn't cleaned, but I was charged for it anyway. Additionally, 2 items were stolen out of my car. A pair of company branded sunglasses and a $35 toy for my brother. I did not discover these discrepancies during the on-site inspection. All my larger items were placed in a trash bag in my trunk, so I was able to locate these right away as I was inspecting. Spent $40 dollars on a wash and vacuum with window clean, they did a horrible job, didn't really vacuum my car, nor did they do a good job cleaning the windows. This place is notorious for doing half jobs at their establishment and I would NOT recommend this place ever! I grew up in cypress and I'm pretty disappointed with the service I have received. I also paid for care freshener and never received that all all as well. I'm highly, HIGHLY UPSET that I was charge a large amount for a basic wash and detailing service. If you want your car to be half done and waste a lot of your money, by all means spend your coin at this establishment. 0/10 definitely would not recommend. read more

Been here twice. Not worth $12. Water spots on the side view mirrors. Didn't vacuum the back truck area even though I purposely cleared it out and left the door open. Dirty spots in various places around the car. Noticed a scratch that was not there previously. Brand new car. And to top it off the guy who cleaned the car didn't hand over the keys until I asked for them. He was clearly expecting a tip, which I was not going to give knowing that there was a good possibility that they didn't clean it well like before a month prior. I'm never coming back. I should have read the Yelp reviews first and could have saved some aggravation. Oh, well. Horrible customer service! I value customer service and will pay more for it. I had my car washed here on a Saturday morning and there was no line. As I went to pay, I asked the cashier if they give military/veteran discounts. The cashier said "I don't know" and did not bother to ask anyone. I've gone to this place before and had better service, but this time was not good. Not only was the customer service awful, they also raised their prices by $3! I've gone here a few times and overall it's been okay. They don't get as busy as some of the other carwashes around-I guess that might be due to their quality of work. I had my car washed today and upon inspection when they handed me my keys back I pointed out that the rims were dirty and there were some water spots on my car. The owner happened to walk out and apologized for the rims, got a rag himself and cleaned them off. He told me the water spots were due to sprinklers-whatever. When I got home, I did a more thorough inspection and the side windows and mirrors and the back of the car still had dirt! I went back immediately and the owner was nice about it and had someone come over to wash and hand clean the areas. I appreciate that he took care of the problem but it would have been nice if they did a good job to begin with. I still think they are just okay but I highly recommend an inspection on their premises when they are done. read more

I came here today because the car wash I usually go to is closed for renovations. Service - 2 The workers here aren't mean or anything, but they're also not super friendly. It was my first time here so I was trying to read through the different options but the guy seemed pretty impatient. He kept asking me what I wanted and talking at me without letting me think. Quality - 2 My car is pretty clean. But like...not great? They left the air freshener packet thing (trash) in my car. And the windows were clean considering how dirty my car was when I brought it in, but not great. My car headlights also have a weird filmy sheen over them now. I think it's soap/cleaner that they didn't wash off and dry properly.. Also, the guy asked me what air freshener scent I wanted and I asked if they had piña colada. He said yes but the air freshener packet (trash) that I found clearly says "Wild Cherry"? And now my car smells like cough drops. Coming again? No. Would recommend? No. read more

Took my car here for a detail and wash and the crew went above and beyond my expectations. My 2009 Camry looks like a brand new car. They shampooed the interior which was stained up pretty bad by my 2 young kids. They even managed to remove a drawing my toddler did on the inside fabric with a pen (he managed to do it while we were driving and told me he had a surprise for me) they also shampooed the mats and it looks like a brand new car. Last but not lease, they gave my car a beautiful wax job. I am beyond satisfied with Cypress Car Spa. Will come here from now on. read more

I can see why they have a 2 star rating...though I am rating them with 1 Star. Reason(s) for my rating: 1. attendants are very courteous - seems as though they don't like their jobs or know how to greet customers; 2. Person that wiped fine my car must have wiped down the same area 5-6 times and not the rest of the car; 3. Waiting lobby area was not kept clean -looked trashed; 4. Especially in these unprecedented times, the Men's restroom was very filthy! No paper towels and air dryer doesn't work. No hand soap either to wash your hands with. No lights in the restroom as well so it's pretty dark in there. Guess they're trying to save $ on their electric bill; 5. After tipping ($5 on a $20 car wash) the guy, not even a thank you or anything. He just gave me a "dirty look like...is that all I get?" Won't be coming back to this place again. read more

Absolute WORST car wash I've ever been to. You'd think "Full Service" meant you'd get a nice clean car back. Rather, I was returned my car with the interior vacuuming job subpar! The carpets were still very much dirty. The center console was still full of dirt and a sticky substance. I had my Jeep Wrangler washed here today for the first time. The people were nice but the car wash itself was horrible! They didn't wash the grill nor dry it. I had to wipe dry the interior frames on 3 of the doors. I had multiple spots all over my windshield as well as my hood! They spots were plain as day! I don't know how they were missed. The inside dash area was not wiped anywhere but the top. I took my car home and went over the entire vehicle myself. While doing so, I discovered that they made one swipe over my roof to clean it. My roof was dirty and you can clearly see the one clean swipe amongst all of the dirt! They didn't wash my roof!!! They might as well have written "wash me" in the dirt on my roof it was so dirty! They left trash under the seats , the windows were streaked, they did not touch the outside, didn't wash the floor mats, it goes on and on. This was all supposed to be included . This is one of those "I wish i could give zero stars" visits. I was really optimistic about this place as i drive by it every day and it looks to have legit services and never too crowded. Well theres a reason its never crowded... I brought my black 2017 Kia Forte hatch for a wash and got the "Diamond Wash" Not only did they not wipe down the inside (evident by dust on the dash and door panels) they didn't pop the hatch to wipe the jams and also left lots of water streaks all around the bottom of the car. Car washes ultimately come down to the person performing the work and their desire to be meticulous. Not only did the guy who serviced my car put zero effort into the job but he also parked the car around the building after finishing without even announcing it was done!!! I had to track down the attendant to ask where my keys were. If you actually care about your vehicle and are picky about the end result, do yourself a favor and keep driving down Cerritos and skip this place. This place is poorly managed and provides garbage service. Went in for a regular wash for my sedan and it was a slow Wednesday, so the check in guy offered me a "discount" for a detail job. Said it would be $50 and he would put two guys on it to make it fast. Long story short. They took forever and did a terrible job! The detail included exterior wax and complete interior shine. None of this was done with any competence whatsoever. Complete failures. Water run marks all over. Interior was dusty. Horrible job on my brand new car. They left waterspots everywhere, the hood had dirt from their towels just swirled around. The windows are smeared everywhere. They used dirty towels to dry, and so the entire car had dirt just swirled and smudged around. Worst part is, they are pricier than other, better hand car was places. This is my second time here and again I ask myself why?? Price is an issue in the absence of value. There is absolutely no value here. They scrub your car with an old dirty scrubber on a pole. Vacuum poorly, and do a poor job wiping the inside of your car. This is even after I spoke with the manager about their workers not doing an adequate job and yet still it was done poorly. You know it's a problem if you are paying for a service and you have to let the workers know how to do their job correctly. I actually had to go home and wipe my windows and inside again. If you are on a budget go to a car wash express, the automated machines do a better job than this place. Perhaps the owner should think about paying his people better to give them some motivation and provide workers with training so customers can get a decent job done. Maybe the reviews would improve and maybe just maybe people would return and even consider paying more. read more

Please be alert. This is the only car washing place I've gone to in the last several months. Three months ago, I got a ticket and handed the officer my registration and insurance card. I placed it back in the original place I pulled it out from. Two months later I get some other random ticket in the mail of another unfamiliar car under my name and address.. I went back into my glove compartment and that's when noticed my papers were all gone! I have reason to believe that these people are shady and have ransacked my car and have stolen my information. Now I am in the midst of filing for fraud. Also.. I remember locking my glove when I handed my one key before they took it in.. By the time they returned it..
