We've been really happy with Cytranet. The internet is fast, reliable, and we haven't had the headaches we've dealt with from other providers in the past. What I like most is the customer service. Anytime we've had a question, their team has been easy to reach and quick to help. It feels good knowing there's a good company behind it instead of a giant call center where you get passed around. If you're looking for dependable internet with people who actually care, I'd definitely recommend Cytranet. Five stars from me! read more

02/16/2021 - We've had decent, basic service for the past two years, and good cooperation recently when we needed changes to how our phone calls are routed. It is appreciated and I'm updating my review. 3/27/2019 - A few hours later my phones are working. Multiple support tickets closed out by Cytranet with no answer, no info, nothing. 3/27/2019 - Current status: Three hours of Internet speeds slow, phone are down, customers calling get message "All circuits are busy" instead of being directed to our after hours service. No business being done. Waiting for help. No response to emails, and *two* of Cytranet's phone numbers are not working. Worried. 2/25/2019 - They sued us again to remove our reviews. A few employees were scared and did so, and Cytranet withdrew their lawsuit without explanation while I was talking to my attorney. 8/27/2018 - Company now being responsive and helpful. Like a normal business. Too many really bad things have happened so far for me to dramatically change my score, but I will definitely give them another star at this time for our current experience. Update: 8/21/2018: Day 91. Cytranet completed the phone changes and transferred all calls to the right service... they didn't tell me when they did it, it was a Tueday morning surprise, so we weren't prepped but we managed to make it through the day. Thank you to the amazing people at the after-hours phone service for keeping their people trained for 91 days while we battled with Cytranet. Thank you to Joey at Cytranet, who is the first truly helpful person we've encountered there, for getting this done finally. There are still glitches to resolve. Here's hoping. Update: 8/14/2018: Day 84. Our new phone message has been recorded and emailed to Cytranet. I've asked when they will make the changes to our phone system IVR and await a response. Update: 8/10/2018 - 80 days since initial request for support. I've asked they cancel my contract since they can not or will not fulfill the terms of their contract (for reasons I will not discuss at this time). We asked for 3 changes, and they refused to help. Recently, inexplicably, 1 of the 3 change requests was recently granted without letting us know it was going to happen. All of the sudden our after hours phone calls were going to the new company. I'm glad, but this happened without notice at all. Parts 2 and 3 are still stalled, they say they are waiting on a new recording from me but that's totally unnecessary to do their part. But I will record it this weekend and put the ball back in their hands again. Update: 7/12/2018 - 51 days with no support. I'm waiting on communication from them. Update: 07/02/2018 - 41 days since we requested business critical, less than an hour to complete, programming changes to our phone system. I've been told that Cytranet will not help me until I remove my bad reviews, but my bad reviews only exist because they wouldn't help me. If all these new 5-star reviews are real customers, and in my personal opinion that is highly unlikely, then all I have to say is "wait until you need help." Update: 05/30/2018 - Chase Nelson of Cytranet has implied a threat of legal action (he said he was "turning this over to legal") rather than address my needs as a customer. He has told me that my requests have been deemed "not critical" at this time. This is not the first time that they have threatened a lawsuit rather than provide good service. I've had a terrible experience with this company, consistently, and the hell keeps going. I'm stuck in a contract with these people, and although they have delivered the most basic of phone services, they refuse to respond to emails and phone calls. I needed them to make a BASIC change to our phone system to allow callers to dial an extension. I'm also looking to change the phone number that callers are forwarded to for our after-hours message service. I got ONE reply giving the options for how they could do this (after they spoke to tech support for the software they use?) I said great, let's do this thing... then they disappeared. No contact to phone calls or emails. The last email I set said that I would keep trying to get good service from them, but that I was going to start giving my honest review of this company online. If they care, they'll contact me and try to be a good company. If they don't, then these reviews will stand. Honest review: For cheap, basic, no feature phone service with absolutely no tech support or customer service, then call Cytranet. Whatever they promise you, get specifics in writing, because what they will actually deliver will be different. They promised awesome customer service, and didn't deliver on it. They promised 60gb fiber internet (but they delivered 60gb downloads, 20gb uploads). They promised a fax line, but we can only receive faxes... we can't send them. Cytranet has been incredibly disappointing as a company. They have yet to live up to the promises they made at the beginning of the contract signing phase. They have a "support" feature that requires you to call and leave a message with the "help desk". They may or may not get back to you in a few days. This is not an over exaggeration. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you depend on the phone ringing, and working to keep you in business. Or, if you would like a professional, mature response to complaints. read more
