This is three years in the making. I tried. This business is the bottom of the barrel. I would rather give a 0 rating. The owner, Ronny, knew I was not satisfied, but he did nothing unless I forked over another $89. Whatever he says in response to this review, I'm not buying. I'm a senior. This guy duped me. After dealing with that, JF Technical was contacted and claimed it was not their fault after they admitted there was a small hole left unpatched. According to Fabian, the owner, a rat could not have fit through that hole. Fast forward two years and the job was still not complete as I wanted two cameras in my dog run that had two-way communication. Clearly, that was almost too much to ask as it took two years to get installed. We have never been able to get our cameras on our iPads and were told it was the iPad configuration. Seriously, it's an iPad, how many different ways can it be configured? They also failed to secure the wires that were pulled to the rafters or at least tuck them out of the way. A few years after installation was complete our heater needed to be serviced and the technician refused as the wires were run on top of the unit making it impossible for him to work. Since then, I have had the system completely removed and had CAT6 wires run, and a new camera system installed. Stay away from this company as it will just cost you double in the long run. Now, we love our new system however, it cost us over $10,000 to get here.

Those "windows" are for a reason: to allow the company trying to attain ones business a window for tardiness. My window with this company was from 1200 - 1400. They showed up at my doorstep at 1446 there were two men one wearing a black shirt and the other (who appeared to be the lead) in an OD green shirt. As soon as I approached the door confused by their arrival; the lead immediately began fast talking "oh your (my name) and were looking for blah blah blah?" My first response was "did I schedule an appointment with you?" The Lead, "yes that's why were here. Me: I recall asking for 12-2pm. The lead: you didn't get my message, I called you and told you we were going to be 30 minutes late. Me: Really? Hmmm let me check. As I walked away and went to check, The Lead: we don't have to be here we can just leave. My thoughts: REALLY! This is what you want your first impression to be? I ignored his sass and looked at our communication through YELP and confirmed as I remembered, , , not how he was trying to gaslight me, It showed (per screenshot) I asked for the the 1200-1400 window, scheduled it and showed a confirmed appointment for 1200-1400. I stepped outside, Me: just as I thought, it shows confirmed from 1200-1400 with no other follow up message and you said though how? You were going to be 30 minutes late? It's 2:46 PM and you've disrupted me right in the middle of another appointment. (BTW it was one of MY clients). The lead: well we'll just leave thank you. (He had the audacity to be upset by his own incompetence, the nerve!) Not once was their any accountability nor responsibility for his true lack of communication, lying by trying to gaslight, and no apology for the disruption to my appointment. I am writing to express my outrage regarding the service provided by AceComm. My internet service…read morewas working perfectly fine before your team came out to upgrade a line. Instead of improving my setup, they cut my working line and clogged the existing conduit so badly that a completely new line now has to be trenched in. As a result, I was left without internet service, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since I run my business from home, and reliable internet is vital to my operations. Not only did AceComm cause this issue, but your team walked away without providing any solutions, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I have to coordinate with my HOA, Landscaping and permits from the city to trench the new line. I have since been informed that resolving this issue could take up to 30 days through Cox, 30 days without internet access caused by AceComm's negligence. To make matters worse, AceComm has offered zero assistance in fixing the problem they created. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is absolutely unprofessional. I am in real estate and keep a vendor list so I will let all my colleges know the complete mess I've been left with due to AceComm!
