They know fully well that personally soliciting your business on the Neighbors app is against Ring's TOS and yet they continue to act as if they're sweet and innocent in all of it. So I go down to Modern Utilities. Milan helped me. I actually sincerely thought, this guy knows what he is doing and going to get me a good deal. I walk out with a new modem and "Man, I hope this works." Everything Milan promised worked. Everything! This is my place. They know their sh*t! The whole office are positive, can do folks! He was the only one who answered all my questions and this means so much security, that I immediately told him I wanted to make the contract with you, I visited him in his office we made the contract and he was following up on the installation of the fiber optic. In gratitude for his special attention, I took one of my neighbors as a new client. My wife and I ordered CenturyLink internet from this place. I have never had a more pleasant experience. I felt welcome and I never felt like I was sold a product. Milan Thakkar is the owner and he's a great gentlemen who helped us through the whole process and even stayed with us on the phone while the customer service representative was reading the terms and conditions. He wanted to make sure we're satisfied with all our needs before we left his store. In my opinion this is the only CenturyLink store in the Las Vegas area to visit if you want internet service and you like great treatment from a very customer oriented and thorough sales person. This company is the worst, it's an affiliate of Century link. I called 2 1/2 weeks ago because I wanted something cheaper for internet than Cox. I had zero idea when talking with Kayla that it was century link and you needed a phone outlet. She assured me it was such an easy set up. I waited 5 days to get the box in the mail and when I did I plugged it into the phone jack and it didn't work. I called modern utilities and after you sign up and give them your deposit, all the calls get transferred to century link. Long story short, I called CL 4 times and I was told that they would always call me back, have a tech come out to instal a phone jack that would be for free, dropped the plan from $55.00 to $35.00 and the thing is, everyone I talked to said that they didn't know what I was talking about! None of them communicated their promises to me and no one(as I was told 3 times they would come out here to help me never did!) Over it! Here is the topping on the cake: I called the Modern utilities and spoke to Tom. I told him I was cancelling my service and I just wanted to return the equipment and get my $65 deposit back and that I would be there in a 1/2 an hour, he said okay. I drove there, went inside(their is no sign that says Modern Utilities btw on Sahara) and told him about how awful my experience was. He told me he couldn't help me even though I gave the girl Kayla my card over the phone to this business and that I would have to ship back the equipment myself and deal directly with Century Link. He then proceeded to get angry, not dealing like a professional and calls me a Bitch and throws the Century link Box on the floor?! What?! I mean, this place is a total Joke, so is the Manager, Tom or whoever he is associated with this Modern Utilities of a Joke. This place is very Unprofessional and should not be in business especially when they don't disclose on the phone it's Century Link and in the future that's who your dealing with. Century link is a horrible company and they have the Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! One of the reasons I am cancelling is over 1 week of them saying they would call back about a phone jack installation and never did. I will just go back and get Cox Internet. read more

My modem/router crapped out and being too cheap to pay cox $150 for a replacement, I randomly found this place from a Craigslist ad. I was worried it was some shady deal since a $150 item for $40 seems too good to be true. And it's Craigslist... He wouldn't give me an answer as to why he's selling it so cheap, so no idea how or why. They were actually going to charge me $50 until I showed the cashier the ad. But it's a seemingly legit b&m store next to the old circuit city off Sahara/valley view. Authorized cox and direct tv dealer that also sells random a/v and phone accessories. They're conveniently open daily late till 7pm and they seem to be selling the exact same model that I bought from cox 2 yrs ago. Side by side they look the same except for the generic packaging and the serial # sticker is positioned differently. It's been a week and everything seems to work fine so far. It's also under warranty for a year, so keep the receipt - sounds like they'll just swap it out for a new one if you have issues read more

My experience is that Milan, the owner will greet you with his story of his service and also that he has a million and a half dollars to invest. He will work to gain your trust over the time you come into pay your bills. He will tell you that he can get you a better deal then you can get on Amazon. I bought something from him but after researching found it was much higher. He stood us up 3 times when we had two hour windows booked for him. He asked us if we wanted to steal from Amazon, we told him we hate Jeff but we don 't take other peoples packages. Never have we ever taken a package that was not ours. It is against humanity to take that package open it and even use it when it is not yours. Milan brags that he does it all the time. I have reported Milan to Amazon. He was helping me with setting up my tech and my internet said that at the same time my tablet was accessed at his location another device also accessed it was an android phone and I do not carry my phone with me. He brags that his mistress sleeps in the back room and they access the dark web. It is legit! And I'm almost afraid to write a review because it may become too popular but it's all good because I have my router now and I'm happier because of it. My son is an avid gamer. We didn't have internet through cable because we have Dish and they don't have internet offered in Vegas yet. So he would use our hotspot on our cell phones. Are you friggin kidding me? Get a $1700 cell phone bill one time and you will never ever do that again. Data overage after data overage after data overage. I woke up the next morning with 60 data overages. I almost had a heart attack. Something had to give. And of course that cell phone company let it ride! Let's just say that company's name starts with a V and ends with an 'on'. And then I found Modern Utilities after hearing about something called a Spider H20 whatever. I sought, went, bought and for $50.00 per month my son can play until his thumbs fall off! He doesn't complain about speed. Our computers aren't super fast but we can still use them. I could care less anyways as I'm on the computer all day at work.
