As you can see in this photo, the service felt kind of rushed, like the vibe was cool because they had snacks and beverages on the side for customers to grab, but when I was getting my pedicure done, the lady that was doing my pedicure, wasn't even massaging my leg or feet at all, instead she was just rubbing it hard from the top and down to my feet which kind of hurt a little, and when I was getting my manicure done, I specifically asked them to do gel x on my nail and instead they didn't, they did the opposite of what was done, I asked for shopkin nails, instead my nails looks like press ons, and they never had the charms for it, they could've drew the easiest shopkins on the nail and that would've been no problem but instead she was just rushing the whole time and for my manicure and pedicure, after 2 days my pedicure chips, and the day after that almost all my nail charms fall off, for my manicure and pedicure both of it costed $223 together in total which is outrageous, and when they did my moms nails she also asked for gel x but instead they didn't do that so her nails were see through which she didn't even ask for, she paid in cash asking if they had change and they didn't so they took her extra $10 as a tip, this is my first time feeling this way in a long time from this nail place. read more

The owner is extremely rude and hostile towards her staff and customers. She left the door open and a bee flew in. Instead of closing the door like MULTIPLE people asked/suggested, she proceeds to spray bug spray in the air OVER customers! When I made a face, she singled me out asking if I had a problem. I told her that I did not want to be sprayed with bug spray, and she proceeds to argue with me that she wasn't spraying people. After that, she then attempted to say more, but her mother had to calm her down and tell her to stop. Unprofessional and rude. Telling her staff to be quiet because they oppose her. Man I ain't gone lie I ain't wanna leave a review, but I was so upset when I left I couldn't hide it the ladies were really sweet, but the time taken with their clients is a bit too long in my opinion. My nail tech was nice but you would have thought it was her first time doing nails the way she did mine. I genuinely thought I was her first ever client. Either that, or she was just tired and didn't feel like working. Her hands were heavy, she cut me up a few times on my cuticles but I know the sacrifice that comes with getting hair/nails done.. I would have spoke up sooner, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt of cleaning them up right before she were to put the polish on. Which, if you get your nails done often, you know they look pretty crazy up until techs usually even out the acrylic. It was after I washed my hands I said "oh h* naw." It saddened me cause the lady was so nice, but I will not be back again. A lot of left over residue and my nails were incredibly uneven, even though I told her I wanted them round/oval shaped. I enjoy my nail tech lady (the one that isn't vietnamese) she was nice and I had a conversation with her. I came with my friends to get our nails done for her parents wedding. What they owners didn't know is that I am Vietnamese and the whole experience in there was awful. They were talking a lot of shit and their attitude was just rude, especially the guy! I Wanted this to work out so badly. New to vegas and tired of looking for someone consistent. I pass by this place all.the time since I live right up.the street and decided to give thos place a try. I called and was able to set an appt for Sat 06/14 O got there and they refused to acknowledge the appt because they were busy and everyone was already with a client (should've left right then)so I decided to wait instead, it was already 2p on a sat, my chances of getting in somewhere else was slim at thos point. I won't get into the other nail tech going off on clients another having to fix issues or wet nails. Now if that wasn't enough the young lady that proceeded to do my pedi started telling me how tires she was, how ready to go she was and just didn't want to be at work(strike 2).The pedi wasn't the greatest(water cold she barely attempted to rid me of calluses but moving on we get to the fill in (overlay on my natural nails). Basic square shape, matte black on one hand, white on the other, with two accent nails for pride(rainbow). I showed her pics to make sure she could do what I asked, which she assured me she could. 3.5 hrs later(for a pedi and a fill) my nails are longer on side vs the other. Like on a slope instead of a square. They are uneven(acrylic), the polish is uneven, and lumpy, and once we got to the rainbow she removed the design literally 5 times and told me its because she's tired. At this point I'm gonna be running late for my event, I don't have tome to get them redone so she advised she would ask the other nail tech to.do.the design(the tech declined) She asked if glitter is fine(which it was not) so I simply had her do like a neon green on the two nails. The owner didnt have time to speak to me before I left so I messages them on ig after they posted a pic of a gorgeous set. After discussing the issue with them, she advised me I could come in today 06/17 to get them fixed. Just getting off and i tried calling amd messaging to make sure 330 was still okay... they have since blocked me on IG and hung up on me when I called to inquire. Now I have to pay someone else to redo them but I felt they were very unprofessional to start and then to discuss with the ownbers and then get blocked baffled me. Go at your own risk. They do show some good work on social media so maybe js stay away from the 19yr old whose been doing nails for 2 years .. or the salon altogether of you dislike bad cx service. read more
