He then told me that the phone call was being recorded and I told him I was glad to hear that it was being recorded, but, in Illinois it is illegal to record a phone call without giving person prior notification at the beginning of the call , so I hope you did record it, so it can come out on how rude this man was to a fellow veteran I did try to explain several times that I had an LG premium Care extended warranty and he told me that I was screwed that they did not warranty it and that it was a waste of money and that he would not honor it again he repeated this to me several times before I ended up hanging up on him i'm not sure if Billy is military related but whether or not he is a veteran. We had multiple other people look at our stacked washer and dryer setup and tell us the repair would require at least two people just to access everything. Constantine handled the entire job on his own. As you can see in the photos, he literally went above and beyond, climbing on top of our stacked units so he could reach behind them, disconnect the hoses, and access everything he needed without requiring another person. He replaced the water pressure sensor and hose, had every part he needed already on hand, and was able to get our washer completely fixed the same day. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He even took the time to look at an issue with our ice machine and gave me a quote for the parts needed to repair it. I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.
