The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. I first called Zack maybe 4-5 years ago about our leaking washer. Over the phone he told me that he…read morewould save me the trip charge because what I was describing would cost more to fix than for me to go buy a new washer. Right then I knew he was honest. A couple weeks ago our fridge was having an issue with the paddle for the ice/water sticking so I called him and we had a couple other small issues we figured we would get fixed at the same time. He charges a trip charge which gets applied to your repair if you decide to do it. His fee for fixing the first appliance is a flat rate plus parts. Additional appliances were also a flat rate but way less than the first item. So if you have a few things to do at once it saves you. He came out and diagnosed our issues and then ordered the parts needed and came back a few days later and fixed everything. He takes a variety of payment methods and warranties his work. He was so pleasant to have around and I'm normally not comfortable having people in the house. Even my dog liked him! Anyway I highly recommend Zack for help with keeping appliances out of landfills and in good working order.

I called on a Friday morning based on their Yelp reviews. Once I explained my situation, Tom assured me he'd pull some strings to get a tech out to my house. That they did! The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco). All in all, they got me squared away, and the pricing was very straightforward. Hopefully, I won't need service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Advantage FIRST!
