Fridge went out and he was recommended by Angi. Guy was a little shady but he showed up quickly made the repair quickly overcharged me and left. Problem is I no longer had water goin to appliance meaning no ice and no water in the door. Then other problem is everything on the shelves especially top shelf is warm while everything in the drawers freezes. He refused to return to investigate issues and would not answer or return calls. Feel really fortunate to have found Adrian and Angelic Appliance. He is thorough, fair and takes pride in his work. Had a squeaky dryer that needed attention. He was able to show up fairly quickly, within the time slot promised and provided assessment of the problem with no 'service fee', pressure, or obligation. Pricing was very reasonable for the materials and labor provided. Dryer is now running like new. It's never fun having to get appliances repaired but Adrian made it pain-free. I happened to be looking for refrigerator repair and went on Angie's. Three companies came up. This company one of them. Not even 10 min later I received a phone call asking what was wrong with the fridge. I told Adrian Perez, the person who contacted me and I gave him the model no. He msged right back with a price and stated there was a 1 year war2ranty. He at 1st asked could he come that evening and said he would have to bring his daughter. But after he called me back he stated he would have to come the following morning. After finishing the job he explained other things I needed to do which I did. The next day when checking the fridge it still was not working. I msged him Sun to let him know. Mon still not working and I asked for an appt to recheck it. Considering I stupidly paid him $287 in cash I thought I'd get a at least next day appt. He scheduled me for 3 days away appt which was so strange to me especially how quickly he called me Fri eve which I voiced to him, not to mention paying in cash. I msged him Mon morning and Mon evening. Still no response. I was told to contact the company which states on their receipts and Adrian Perez's card 'Quality, Honesty and Integrity which from my experience, I see none of the 3 after not being contacted and after paying for the repair. I also was transferred to the company line by Angi and left a msg on their voice mail to see of they would be sending someone over or refunding the money I paid. Still have not heard from the company either. Juan Perez stated he is always working in Evanston so why was it so hard for him to come and check on this quality work that this company performs. I will be posting this in Evanston too just to let them know about my experience with this business. I rate them from my experience a zero. Unfortunately you can't give that rating. This company is used by the property management company where I live and they are excellent. They have come twice now during the pandemic for my ancient stove and they are extremely professional and polite. They also wear booties (instead of taking off shoes) and masks over their noses without asking. Very knowledgeable and they explain everything to you. read more

Adrian is literally the only person I will ever call for appliance issues ever again. He is actually an honest guy who lives up to his motto of quality, integrity and honesty. I have used his services 3 times, so let me give examples. First visit. My Bosch dishwasher froze during the polar vortex and stopped draining. Adrian came out within 24 hours and figured out the issue and had it up and running less than 5 minutes later. Most people try to sell you unnecessary parts but he was honest that it with just a pump that needed to be reset and didn't charge for it. Second visit. The door on my whirlpool oven broke. Adrian came within 24 hours, on a weekend, and figured out the missing piece right away. He said he could pick it up that day if i wanted and fix it, but he didn't pressure me or anything. The rate he charged was so so reasonable, and he was courteous and kind and answered all my questions. The door is working great now. Third visit. I thought I had another dishwasher issue, but it turned out I had something caught in the filter. Adrian offered to call or text to help me diagnose the issue for free without a service visit. I figured it out with his assistance and he didn't need to come. What a helpful guy. Seriously people. Use this man! He is amazing. So honest and reasonably priced and can work on any brand without any pressure or upselling. 10 stars if i could give them! read more

Adrian is one of the best appliance technician I have seen in the Chicago land area. We had issues with our stove a couple of times and most recently with our microwave. He was able to fix our appliances in no time. He is courteous, always prompt to respond, always on time and knowns his craft. He not only fixed all the issues with our appliances but also identified the underlying electric issues that were the cause of our frequent appliance failure. This is my first Yelp review. It was made necessary due to the complete unprofessionalism of Angelic Appliance Company. They sent a repairman to my house to fix my stove, and the man was very nice. He worked on the stove for awhile, and after fixing it, he left. However, when I went to use the stove the next time, I noticed that it was dented and scratched throughout the outer/top part of the stove. I have called several times. They refuse to speak with me, to hear me out, or do anything to rectify the situation. They don't return calls, they don't respond to texts, nothing. I'm not interested in suing them, so my only recourse is on Yelp and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as they should absolutely not be in business. read more
