He was professional, polite, and took great care when pulling the dishwasher out to investigate the issue. He was well-dressed, respectful of our home, and completely transparent throughout the process. Shane ordered the replacement pump and had it installed just a couple of days later. He even arranged for us to have the first appointment of the day! Not having a working dishwasher was a huge hassle, but Cody's made the process smooth and stress free. This was actually their second visit to our home. They had previously repaired our washing machine, which had been bouncing around during the spin cycle.
