I called at 5:45PM no answer. They close at 6PM. The next day I call from a different number only to find out my car hadn't been touched. I take another uber back to F- Auto and ask for my car. Its 10:30AM they open at 8AM. I speak with Louis and he tells me he is sorry for the miscommunication. My statement was... there was no miscommunication, I was clear and so were you... you guys suck. They advised me that to get into the trans and change that, they should replace the whole transmission for a couple hundred more, otherwise they couldn't guarantee the work. And they charged $150 for this "diagnosis". They wanted thousands of dollars for a new transmission, and I was stuck because I couldn't take the emissions test to renew my plates with a check engine light on. Brought it to Tony's Transmissions, and he replaced the sensor in a few days for a few hundred dollars. I can't remember the exact amount because I paid cash and it was about a year ago, but I just saw his business pop up when I was doing a search and remembered that I should have left him a review back then. He really did great work. Check engine light was off, car passed emissions, and we drove it for another year before selling it a friend for his teenage son. Car is still running strong.

Pete is the ripoff owner of GT Auto and on 8/20/2018 I was told to pay $90.00 because he claimed the repair needed was not part of the engine, but yes it was. On 8/20/208 I paid $90.00 to stop the check engine light from coming on. After 1 week of the $90.00 repair the check engine light came back on again. I took the vehicle into his shop on 8/28/2018 and he said it was a 02 sensor this time. I told him he needs to repair my vehicle without charging me, and that is when this man told me to go F myself and attempted to push my car door on my leg. I then contacted the Midlothian Police and was going to make a report but the Officer told me that it was a civil matter and that I would win in court. Pete who is the owner of GT Auto will repair a portion of your vehicle but will intentionally leave other repairs needed so you can return to him and spend more money.
