I am very glad that I chose D & E Alignment to check and adjust the alignment on my 2018 Kia. I've had problems with extreme tire wear since buying the car new in 2018. It has only 28,000 miles on it, and had ruined the first set of Michelin tires at just 20,000 miles even though we had told the dealership of suspension noise every time we took it in for service and had it aligned twice. Paul found that one of the rear alignment bolts was loose, and I suspect it was that way from the factory. Like many other reviews have said, guy who answered the phone was rude. Not personable at all. Seemed like I was doing him a favor by calling in. Plus, for a Tesla alignment,m they charge $200. Everybody other shop I called charged between $120 - $160 and had proper customer service. Wow! I wish I knew these guys earlier. Absolutely top notch service and just straight up nice people as well. They took the time to shift the subframe on my Audi when almost all shops will charge an extra arm and a leg for that. Paul runs one of the best shops I've ever been to. He's honest, very reasonably priced, has a great sense of humor and is an all around good guy. It's a family business - his dad works the desk and D and E are the initials of his kids names. He does much more than alignments - pretty much anything. The other mechanic - Ben - is an ace as well. Both are genuinely interested in getting your problem solved vs. trying to extract the most cash from your wallet or brush you off. I can't say enough nice things about this shop! My daughter's 2020 KIA Soul needed alignment after getting her a new set of tires (the old set of tires showed uneven wear and my tire expert at Shorty's Tires on Quince recommended an alignment and then rotation of the tires every 5000 miles to extend the life of the tires). So, I used the Yelp Project tool to receive multiple quotes and information from various establishments. D & E Alignment was highly recommended and the research on Yelp proved that it was very reputable and reasonable. I wasn't disappointed!!! Made an appointment that day and was completed in a brief amount of time. Be careful though. The waiting area was very comfortable for me and I fell asleep . It was a warm summer day and the air conditioner was set at a perfect temperature to grab a cat nap. Highly recommend. I needed an alignment after having my front struts replaced on my Honda Pilot so I called a couple of places and ended up booking with D & E Alignment. My decision was based mostly on price but also because of the favorable Yelp reviews. D & E Alignment did not disappoint. Paul had my vehicle done in less than an hour and my Pilot's alignment feels perfect (no more pull to the left). He said if I have any issues just bring it back. Horrible/rude customer service and failure to align my car. The elderly gentleman at the front desk is rude. He acts annoyed to have to talk to you and does not tell you what is going on. He doesn't let you know what is happening. Doesn't tell you how much you will have to pay, what forms you have to fill out, and doesn't tell you if you should wait there or come back later etc. When you ask these necessary question he is rude and condescending. I have an unusual car which needed alignment work before it could be driven. The actual technician immediately test drove it out on the street despite me asking him not to, and telling him that it was not safe to do so. He was then unable to figure out how to align it. I'd give less than one star if I could read more
