My vehicle was estimated totaled at chardon square collision which they notified my insurance and so I cancelled the claim and picked up my "totaled" vehicle. Upon pickup I noticed all of my badges and emblems for my vehicle were missing I questioned the manager and they said "it must have broke during inspection" when I pointed out that I had front end collision and that the badges on my trunk were missing they blamed their parking lot for not being fully fenced in. Let me remind you this is in a smaller town on the same street within a mile of the police station AND their lot has a gate. Me and my insurance received a quote close to 9 thousand dollars and that made insurance deem it totaled. I visited Middlefeild foreign auto and my quote was less than half of that out of pocket. Now I have a clean title after cancelling my claim and a trust worthy mechanic. I had to make a yelp account just for this btw

My car was approximately two months old and had been damaged on the road by a piece of flying metal. However, when Preston Collision was finished, there was a scratch on my touch screen. The owner checked to see the replacement cost, said it was too much and told me, and I quote, "It is your word against mine. I am not fixing it." The staff, particularly the owner's son, told me that my car was cleaned inside as a courtesy. However, when I showed him the scratch on my touch screen, he stated that no one had been inside of my car. After seeing his posts on Facebook I messaged Campbell paintless dent repair and made an appointment for today to go in at noon. Fully expecting I was going to get a estimate and then have to make an appointment to get it repaired he looked at it from about 20 ft away and said oh I see it already. After a quick inspection he told me what he was going to do and hold the truck into the shop and even let me loiter over him and watch him do it. Amidst some very expensive tools everything was protected he actually went through the window between the window and the sheet metal at the belt molding. If I hadn't been there jabbering with him it probably would have been a 10 minute job. While he was inside of my door he noticed one other very small dent that he said I'm going to take that one out for you too or do you like it or not! So within a period of about 30 minutes from the time I got there till the time I left my door looks absolutely perfect now. He explained the entire process which he didn't have to do and then did a quick compound and buff to remove any tool marks although I didn't see any.
