The heater only worked for a one time and then failed again the same day. When we called the company, the owner told us that our heater is "over 20 years old and cannot be repaired." If the unit was truly too old to repair, their technician should NOT have started any repair or charged us in the first place. This is misleading and unprofessional. An email (with the tech's name and picture) and text was sent when he was on his way which is nice. Art did not rush the inspection and was very thorough.
