If the unit was truly too old to repair, their technician should NOT have started any repair or charged us in the first place. This is misleading and unprofessional. An email (with the tech's name and picture) and text was sent when he was on his way which is nice. Art did not rush the inspection and was very thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and what he was checking for. Also took time to explain what maintenance items needed to be completed.
