3 stars for getting the watch fixed. I dropped off a dress, blouse, & watch (for battery repair) on Friday. I came back on Wednesday, and it was still not ready! Plus, she forgot what items I had, even though they are marked on the tag and receipt, so I had to come back the next day. A new dry-cleaning/alterations/watch repair place! It's a one stop shop! Mom and pop shop (literally) just opened about a month ago and took over a previous business called Orchid dry-cleaning. The new owners, Lien and Delvis, are very helpful! Lien is amazing at alterations and knew what I want before I even did. She does it on a timely manner and was completely professional. Don't be fooled by the interior of the shop. I might be a little rough but the work is great. I had a few dresses I bought from Ross that were too big and she took them in for me. It was great! I couldn't quote you a definite price for a dress but it was less than other places quoted me for sure! And they look like they were made for me now thanks to Lien! Delvis fixes watches, sell watches and changes the batteries. He has everything. He might look a bit scary but He really is a great business man! He changed the batteries in all of my watches! He even sized my watch for me because he said it looked a bit loose on me. The dry-cleaning is cheap too! less than $2 a garment? YES PLEASE! and this even do discounts for multiple garments. I saw someone bring in all of their business' uniforms and it was less than $60 (dress shirts and pants!!) I'm not sure how many but it was a LARGE BAG. I would not hesitate to come back and get my batteries changed in my watch, clothes dry-cleaned or clothes altered. The kids are cute too! EDIT: It was a bit hard to find at first but it's on Bolsa before Ward. In the same plaza as that small supermarket and across the way from a small karate suite for kids. It's not visible from the street for you have to search for a little bit. DON'T BE CONFUSED WITH DR. U CLEANERS ACROSS FROM KIM SU. THIS IS THE WRONG PLAZA. The other Yelpers are right - this place is awesome for a watch repair place. I've been trying to get my TAG resized as I received it a year or so ago and never got around to wearing it. Didn't realize how great a watch is in terms of "Acceptable" male accessory, and remembered I had this watch. The only problem was that it was a bit too loose. I hopped on Yelp and started looking up watch repair places and came across several other locations. After visiting each watch repair place, the watch guy would tell me that the watch *cannot* be resized. Initially, I had overlooked this spot because I knew from the get-go this is one of the hardest to navigate through plazas in Little Saigon. The spaces are tight, parking is limited, and the drivers are beyond terrible. Almost defeated, I settled on stopping by this place to see if the watch guy could at least *try* to resize my watch (unlike the other repairmen who simply shrugged and told me it wasn't possible). For reference, I didn't have a terribly difficult watch band or anything - it was one of those steel link type watches. Delvis took a few minutes to look at my watch. During that time, I noticed his array of watch repair materials - my dad - who lives in another state - has very similar watch tools, I just didn't want to go through the trouble of buying insurance and mailing him the watch as the cost of insuring the package would be much more than just having someone else fix it here. Delvis came with the same conclusion as the other repairmen - the watch cannot be resized by removing a link. However, unlike the other repairmen who sorta stopped at that conclusion, Delvis offered a different solution - he said that while he would not be able to remove a link by traditional means, with my permission and acknowledgement, he could remove a link by force (using watch pliers) - which would shorten the band as I wanted - with one caveat - I would not be able to add that link back on. The Result : My TAG now fits perfectly on my wrist. Delvis only asked for $5 (although I wanted to offer him more since he did find an alternative that worked, compared to the other repairmen that simply told me resizing my watch was impossible). Parking is horrendous as usual. What made it worse today was half the lot was under construction/repair. This is not the fault of the business. Its a honest husband and wife operation. They only accept CASH however, so keep that in mind. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I went to other watch repair shops to see how much it would cost to remove a few links off a watch I received for Christmas. They all wanted 15-20 dollars. My sister gave me the recommendation to come here. It was only $5!! The only downside is that they don't speak much English. But the family that runs that place is super friendly, and I was in and out of that place in 5 mins. Parking kinda sucks in the plaza, but they do have one reserved space in front of their store. I was about to give them a 5 stars until I have to make 6 trips total just to pick up my alterations and dry clean (which I never get to see my dry clean clothes bc they lost it). I agreed with all the reviewers about their positive experiences until I had my encountered. 1. Go here if u want to make multiple trips after promised date to pick up your clothes. 2. If they lost your clothes be prepared to make multiples trips to attempt to pick them up and have they accused of you already pick them up but they forgot to have you signed the receipt. 3. DO NOT prepaid for the service until you picked up your clothes. 4. Take a picture of what u dropped off so they won't accused of you of dropping at another store instead of their. 5. Keep your receipt!!! I dropped my clothes off to get alter and dry clean. I finally got all my alterations clothes after multiples visits. They lost my dry clean clothes but fail to admit they lost them. They female owner keep on promising..." Ohh give me 2 days I'll look for them and call you back." She NEVER call me back. I came back a few days later, she wasn't there the husband "come back another time when my wife is here, I don't know anything." I asked when is later? Couldn't give me an answer. I left my phone number and ask him to have her call me when she in the shop. NEVER call me back. Finally after being tired of seeing me multiple times over 2 months (and yes I'm that consistent bc my dresses and jacket are one of a kind) she doesn't admit that she lost them but accused of me of already picking them up. I lost $21 paid which they did not reimburse, 2 dresses and one leather jacket. After sitting in their store for 3 hours they finally agree to issued me a credit or pay me 1/4 of the cost of my lost items. They agree to settle bc I called Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). They paid me $150 for my lost clothes. Which is not enough for me to replace at least 1 of the 3 items they lost. Call Business Consumer Alliance (BCA) requesting for a form to file a complaint on them if this happened to you. Here are the information. The service is free to consumers. Replaced a battery in one watch and removed two links from a band in another, all for $12, while I waited. Both required special tools. These tools are available on eBay and the procedures are well covered in youtube.com videos, but for $12, I'll have D&L do it. Good job! In a Little Saigon strip mall, plenty of parking. read more

Very helpful and kind. Five bucks for removing links from the band on my michael kors watch. The man and his wife were very patient with me. When I first arrived he wasn't there to fix it for me, but his wife called him and he rushed over to take out the links for me. Most places charge 15$ so for 5 I wasn't expecting greatness but he did a nice job. Leaving no scratches. read more

Used their services several times (dry cleaning and watch links removal). Service is good with their watch link removal. Their drycleaning has a 3 day turn around. Both services provided are reasonably priced. Parking is tricky, with small tight spots. I'd recommend them to anyone in need. read more

You better hope your alterations came out good, otherwise be very careful of what you're about to complaint. She will tell your story to everyone there even you're still in her shop and she keeps telling to others although you already left. Very bad experience for me. read more

I also called on Saturday to see if they would be able to clean an item to pick up the following day on Sunday and they said yes; when I got there they told me it wouldn't be ready until Monday.
