Do NOT Trust Bernache Autobody…read more I honestly don't even know where to start with how bad my experience was with Bernache Autobody. It's been almost six months since I took my truck there for repairs after hitting a deer, and I'm still finding issues that they caused. In fact, they've caused more damage to my truck than the deer did! Here's the situation: I hit a deer while driving at 40 mph. The only damage was a dented front bumper and some broken plastic in the grill. I continued driving my truck for weeks after, and then went through my insurance to get it repaired at Bernache. After about three weeks, I finally got my truck back--and it was an absolute disaster. The bumper was crooked, they used zip ties to fasten the wheel wells, the headlight wiring was just hanging underneath the truck, the fog lights were crooked and nonfunctional, and there were missing bolts and nuts throughout the front of the truck. This was not professional work; it looked like a child had put it together. Naturally, I sent the truck back. After another week, I got it back, and the problems only got worse. The headlights were now full of water (they claimed it was because the insurance provided cheap ones) and the daytime running lights were flickering. To top it off, my truck threw an engine code related to the radiator louver--a part they had touched. So, back to the shop it went. ....My truck is relatively new and had been in immaculate condition before the collision. After the third time I got it back, I realized they had replaced several front grill pieces with cheap aftermarket parts, which weren't even damaged in the collision. It felt like they were just trying to cut corners at every turn. Frankly, I feel like they're scamming people. The work they did is subpar at best, and I can't imagine how many other customers have left that shop thinking their vehicles were repaired by professionals, only to find out they were hastily thrown together with zip ties and inferior parts. I would not trust Bernache Autobody with any vehicle. If you care about your car or truck, go somewhere else.

They took my daughters info over the phone and set up a meeting to purchase a used Kia for around…read more$8,000 but when my daughter arrived at the dealership she was told she did not qualify for the $8,000 car but she did qualify for a 2024 car priced close to $30,000...not exactly switch and bait but pretty damn close. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used cat pass this place by and look for a dealership that doesn't lie to get you through the door.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Very shady business. Talked on the phone and checked my…read morecredit I even told them what vehicle I was interested in and they told me yes it's available and that was the whole reason I drove all the way to trade in for it. The paper they sent me also said I have 300 cars to choose from and when I got there the guy waiting outside for me said we have this 2024 Subaru for you. I said I came here for another vehicle older vehicle. They tried to tell me I only qualify for this $28,000 car and I can't get the $8,000 car I called about. Also on the phone call before coming to see the car I called about to trade in the guy asked me if I had any money down and I said I do not and at the table telling me numbers for the 2024 Subaru he also states you need to put $2,000 down. I of course said no because I'm not stupid and won't fall for shady tactics but I want people to be aware of how they play with their customers. It's very sad they have to lie to their customers to get them in the door and also lie and say you only qualify for this almost $30,000 car when it's not something you wanted or called about. Be aware and I strongly recommend other car places to support
