I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. When confronted the owner takes absolutely 0 responsibility, blames me saying I should have told the renters when I openly told the owner we were booked and he had no business sending anybody given that. He then lied and tried to say the guy just knocked and was told to leave while ignoring that they didn't even knock and then just walked in. He then tried to pretend he didn't speak english.
