Finally a place where you will find a quality and stylish gear and clothing. They carry Bell helmets, which makes the ONLY store in the area that has them in stock and you can actually try the sizes on!! The store itself is beautiful and I already purchased some cool posters. Cannot wait to see the store grow and flourish. Last but not least, they RENT motorcycles! Again, the ONLY place in Cincy to get a motorcycle rental! Keep it up Piston Society!

Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.) They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my rear tire while out riding once and they came and picked it up, filled my tire and got me back on the road. Any time I change tires (Intentionally) I have them mount it to the wheel for me for a small charge - usually same day, which is hella-easier than trying to wrestle it on myself. As far as some of the mediocre reviews I've seen on here... I would counter that it's a small, family-owned business. On this scale, you can't be all things to all people or service any random knock-off scooter who's parts are near impossible to find. There's a reason they're dirt cheap. This is still a fairly niche market and it's difficult enough getting support and parts for the brand-name stuff. I've had to turn to Metro a few times when my extensive internetting yielded nothing and they've always been helpful. I can tell you that what they do, they do well and everyone there has been great to us.

I scheduled an appointment for my Boulevard M50 for tires, oil change, and battery recharged. Made the appointment (8/26) on 8/17 and brought it in later that day. They said that they would try to push it up as much as possible after I told them that it was MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. They said that I didn't have to pay for the tire la until the MC was done....fast to the 26th: still not done. Called and said it would be done on the 27th. Came in at 3:30 Saturday (today; 8/27). Haven't even worked on it yet!!! Said there was a miscommunication with the tires, thinking I already bought them! IT BETTER BE READY BY 11A Tuesday and I BETTER GET A CHUNK OF THE PRICE REDUCED!!! Absolutely never going to this place for service again and telling any of my friends/coworkers to avoid this place! I'm not sure about the sales end, but their service department is seriously lacking!! Just to be clear: this was the Harrison Ave location. NOT the Fairfield location, which is better and where we've repaired/serviced the bikes in the past...the only reason why I went to Harrison is because in now live in Delhi and it's closer...never making this mistake again!!!

No what they do is harass heckel make fun of and threaten the women that have business at thus dealer. I left crying because of what the manager and parts and service male employee's treatment I received.. I was sexually harassed by 2 employee'did to me. Dont understand why this happened but this dealer has major issues with the way they treat women bringing there bikes in . this dealer needs to be shut down
