When I walked in, the lady asked if we had an appointment and I told her no, but I had no idea that they go by appointments so she was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for as soon as we walked in we sat in the pedicure chairs and got service right away. My boyfriend and I got the luxury pedicure, and with that comes the wax and hot towels, and also a heated neck pillow.
