Chris came out to my house on March 6th to repair what appeared to be a clogged drain on my refrigerator, which was causing water to leak out onto the kitchen floor. When he and his assistant arrived, it quickly became apparent that I understood how to access the drain better than them thanks to a video a woman had posted online, showing a similar issue with a refrigerator much like mine. After some work, they felt the problem was most likely fixed and charged me just the standard diagnostic fee. He told me that if it leaked again to call him, and he would look into replacing the drain pan. During this visit, he for some reason thought I had told him that I had found this refrigerator on the side of the road. I made it very clear that this was both absurd and incorrect. This refrigerator was purchased new from Lowe's, who delivered and installed it. Ten days after his service call, there was water on the kitchen floor again. I called and left a message as well as sending a text. After not receiving a response, I continued to call and text for over a month. I then discovered a large amount of water had leaked into my basement and damaged items stored there. I contacted him again with this new information. When this still didn't elicit a response, I contacted another appliance repair company. This new company came out and found that the issue had never been the drain but rather a leaking feed line for the water dispenser and ice maker. They were able to quickly fix this and put an end to further water damage. I left one more message for Chris informing him of the result and advising that he respond ASAP or I would leave this review and consider legal action. THIS time he texted back almost immediately with the message; "Company closed and I moved to Florida bud. Glad you got it sorted out. Have a nice day". After receiving this message, a call was made from a number unknown to him regarding a quote for work and was responded to right away. Obviously he is neither out of business nor living in Florida. This proved that he not only has zero concern about responding to paying customers with ongoing issues, but also has no qualms about lying to avoid taking responsibility. Don't be fooled by all of this company's 5 Star reviews. There are far better options out there.

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! Finding trustworthy repair services can be hard and I'm glad I found Pegas and will absolutely be using them in the future, and you should too!

I contacted Home Pro and got a very quick response from David. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, David had diagnosed the problem as a faulty door switch. Unfortunately, the part had to be ordered but within 48 hours, the part arrived and David was back at my home to complete the repair - with a savings of more than $125 off the LG offer. David is professional and very respectful of my home. The first thing he did when he arrived was to put on "hospital booties" to protect my rugs. That attention to detail plus his ability to diagnose / repair in a timely manner is reason enough to recommend Home Pro. Kathy

    My LG washer didn't drain anymore. Living in Newton, I called Home Pro Appliance on a Sunday, and…read morethe repair person came within an hour and a half exactly when expected. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.
