I came in for an oil change for my Audi A6 diesel. They didn't have my filter or oil. Sent me to buy it. Ok, that happens. I asked if they would be able to reset my service light. Absolute assurance. I let them know I had a "rodent deterrent system" under my hood. The tech doing the oil change seemed confused about several things and had to ask advice. Ok, that happens. Car ready. I asked if the service light was turned off, yes. Diving away, I saw the light was on. The tech tried to reset to no avail. Grrrr. When I got home my husband noticed they completely disabled (cut/broke) cables. When I returned, they were nice and admitted responsibility and returned the amount I paid. read more

Came at 11:45am on a Tuesday. There were 2 cars being serviced, one in each bay. I pulled up on my work van and was approached by an African American gentleman. He told me the guy that does fleets was away and I had to go to the other Jiffy Lube down the street. I went there and told the worker there what I was told and he said "that's crazy. there is no guy that does fleets, they're all qualified to do them" I have to say I'm not impressed with how lazy the people at this location are. Always trying to sell unwanted services. My worker took Chevy express for oil change they sold him "coolant flush" for 200$. Didn't bleed the system properly and created air pockets in coolant system. Van was overheating for no reason until head gaskets blew. Went in for an oil change end of June. Have been going for years, and always had excellent service. This time was good, although a technician did something to break the oil filter cap. No problem. The manager said they were going to order it and replace it. I was happy that he took responsibility and was relieved. He informed me it would be a few days and he would call me. He assured me it would not impair my car's operation. I was fine. I gave him two weeks, and nothing. I started looking on line for the part and wouldn't you know it. Every place had the part in stock. I called, and have called several times. Every time, I was told the part was on order. Today, I have had it it. I spoke to assistant manager who assured me they will take care of it. Will they? I highly doubt it. I have been going to this place for years, and they value me as a customer less than a $14 part. So this is my first time at THIS location Whenever I go to the oil change places, I'm usually with my husband. When they're done, they usually update my husband with everything they did or what else our car may need. Today, although I was greeted, that was it...my oil info still said 48%. When I read the paper, they checked my tires (didnt suggest I need air cuz they said my tires were ok.-when really they're not. I went into the closest Jiffy Lube on my lunch break from post (JBLM.) I expected my entire hour to be taken up, I expected an attempted upsell, I just expected to get my oil changed (because it was needed) and to suffer the consequences of that need. I was absolutely thrown to not have a wait during a busy weekday lunch hour (1130-1200). Michael, my Jiffy Lube connoisseur was professional, courteous, charming and all together funny as he processed me through the absolute nonexistent wait. I drove in for air check in my tires, Monday Jan 25th.....as I left...the TMPS light came on.....drove home.....my hubby came out to check the tires...35/35/35/42 ...oh, and my 2 of my 4 special order Honda valve stem covers are gone...the 3rd one was about to fall off but was saved...I am truly disappointed and will not return again....You guys know me...I have 2 cars done there with full synthetic.....not any more.....you really need to pick up your professional skills and take the time to do things RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.... your company owes me $20 bucks for the new valve stem covers...but its not worth fighting for it... bye! read more
