Any sort of consistency just doesn't exist with this location. I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup as it's a rainy day and I thought it would be a perfect lunch. WRONG. I got given mushy brown sludge. Not sure what this mess is but D'Angelos should be ashamed they sent this to a customer and claimed it was edible. This is NOT soup... This was one of the worse subs i have ever had. I will list the problems with this. 1. I ordered the bread toasted neither sub was toasted. 2. ordered extra provolone cheese on both subs and paid extra for it and neither had extra provolone. 3.the bread was stale on both subs. 4. The subs were both put together like it was a second thought and tasted like it was someone's left over sub. 5. Both soups i ordered tasted as though they came right out of a can without heating them. 6. the whole order was one of the worse meals i have ever ordered. I would request a full refund it I wasn't so hungry. 7. I will never order from D'Angelo again, i will be switching to any other sub shop for future orders. I would rate a -1 stars but the app won't let me. This store needs to be shut down. One of the worse places. There was little to no care in making their orders. This is one of the two D'Angelo shops in Concord. I stop at this location in the Heights occasionally. I used to eat at D'Angelo quite a bit for lunch and dinner a few years ago. I will only stop here if I have coupons since the subs and sandwiches are a bit overpriced compared to Subway and Quizno's which offer footlong subs for $5 or less without a coupon. Cheese costs extra here on most subs. The subs here are pretty decent and I do enjoy the grilled items such as the Number 9, Cheeseburger, and BLT & Cheese. The turkey breast used here is the roasted kind and not the deli meat kind, making the Thanksgiving Toasted (turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, & mayo served with gravy) one of my favorite subs here. However, D'Angelo used to have a seafood salad sub, which is no longer on the menu (I have to go to Yellow Submarine for seafood subs), but the lobster sandwich is offered here during the summer is pretty good, but very pricey as expected. The service at this location has been efficient after I place my order and I get my sub fairly quick (I've stopped in here late afternoon). There's plenty of seating in the dining area. read more

I eat here Bout once a week. The store and bathrooms are always clean. My pickup orders are always ready on time and have never had a mistake on my order. The staff are courteous. Sometimes the hold wait time can be a little long, but never more than five minutes during peak times which is understandable. Great sandwich shop. read more

Ate there a few days ago. Been having some stomach problems lately, so I decided to try the rice bowl version of their steak number 9. Order was processed quickly, efficiently. As I waited for my order, I happened to look up, and noticed a fly on one of the lights over the counter. As I watched, at least two more flies landed on the lights! This says to me that there are way more than three flies around the prep area. I got my meal and ate it in my car. It was very good. I have reservations about eating there in the future. read more

Normally, I love D'Angelos lobster sandwiches. But today my dad surprised my husband and I by bringing us lobster sandwiches. I use the term lobster loosely, seeing as you can't even see the lobster unless you open the sandwich and dig the lettuce off. I suggest checking your sandwich before you leave. These lobster sandwiches are pricy and D'Angelos doesn't really seem to care if you get your money's worth. Ugh. read more

This is the 2nd time we have gone to D'Angelos in the past month and both times our orders were wrong. Not just a little incorrect but the entire order incorrect. Asked for turkey and got chicken. Asked for ranch dressing on the side and got ceasar dressing all over sandwhich. Asked for lettuce, mayo and mustard....got banana peppers and no lettuce, mayo or mustard. The odd thing is the printed receipt attached to our order detailed everything we asked for ...obviously not reading the orders correctly. And if they were out of an item, our telephone number is right on the order so they could have called us. The place was empty both times so no excuse that they were overwhelmed. Sadly, given people's allergies, the staff should pay way more attention to details on the orders otherwise they could have a serious issue on their hands. We will give our business to another restaurant in the future as D'Angelos lost our business! read more

It's a good sandwich shop. Quickly prepared, well made sandwiches. Most are decent. If you want something different, try their Thanksgiving sandwich. Not just turkey, it's filed with stuffing, gravy, and even cranberry. Booths are nice and tall so eating here is quiet. read more

Although the prices here are higher than at Subway, I like this place a lot more because the quality seems to be a lot better (and tastier!). Oh goodness! Being new to the area I have never eaten at a D'Angelo's before in my life. A friend of mine suggested we order delivery from this store and I am amazed. I eat at the Manchester Location quite often and am a rewards club member, I recently stopped in with my wife for some lunch sandwiches to take home..... gosh awful wait. There were a few customers that came in before us but it seemed everyone was ordering hot sandwiches while we each ordered a cold italian. This is the reason I will not order a hot sandwich at any location unless I call ahead. We waited about 20 minutes while the entire staff was consumed with making hot sandwiches for internal orders and what had to be called in or internet orders. Once the sandwiches arrived the quality was typically good and fresh as always. I will not go back to this location because of the indifference of the staff to people standing and waiting for a cold sandwich which only took a couple of minutes to construct once they got started on it. read more

I ordered a Greek salad with no onions for dinner and received a Greek salad with steak on it. When I called to let them know The mistake, I was told I should have said there was an allergy. I did not realize that I would have to say there is an allergy in order to get a Greek salad with no meat. I had specifically asked for a GREEK SALAD and it was repeated back to me. Then I was put on hold abruptly without any warning when I was trying to get it fixed. Instead of apologies they were making excuses and being rude. I was a big fan of their food but will no longer be ordering here due to the horrendous service.
